Wont go back staff is mean. And they say the manager wont give them there employee scoops. Also she treats her staff bad seen it first hand. She told them they can mix ice creams in shakes been going to this br and others never had a issue. BR has special mix scoop shakes so shes not running this right. Going to cold stone the staff and owner are great there.

If you ever need a customice cream cake this is the place to come, (take a pic with you to show exactly what you want ) I always get all cakes here, the ladies are so nice and patient best customer service! And they are not that expensive and so delicious! The ice cream it’s really good too. It’s always a little bit crowded so go in with time. 10/10

Ordered for six people, recieved two icecreams. I dont believe for a second that four options were unavailable. If they were, why would you not contact the customer who spent $50 and ask if they wanted another option? This is terrible customer service. Will not be returning, and will make sure locals are aware of your unprofessional staff.

Im giving this 1 star. Every time my husband goes on a ice cream run, from Coachella to La Quinta they always do this. I can go down the street to get Thrifty ice cream, pay less for it to be full. But growing up its like traditional, Baskin Robbins. Also when my husband asks for hot fudge they always give him a hard time, and we dont mind paying for it. But, its getting annoying Im just throwing money and not getting it filled. Dont get the Hand Pack ice cream, they always do this!!!!

Beyond disappointment. We ordered a cake for fathers day and the cake had not even an ounce or drop of their famous frosting. Anytime Ive gotten a cake last minute from their freezers, they always consist of two frostings. One is whipped and the other is buttercreme. I paid way over the worth of that cake. The beer mug cake was way too small and then not to have their buttercreme frosting anywhere. What a total bummer. They did this too with the mothers day cakes we ordered. We got the big one and still no buttercreme frosting. The reason ppl buy the cakes is because of the mixture of whipped and buttercreme with icecream. Look at the clown treats, they have buttercreme and sell fast, except the sorbet flavors I noticed those tend to linger. Anywhere, The cathedral city location ALWAYS puts buttercreme frosting. I hate having to drive an extra 45 minutes to get there but now I know it will be worth the drive since this location cant use buttercreme frosting for what ever reason. They seriously cant use the pandemic because Ive been ordering cakes for 15 years and just until 3-4 years ago I started to notice the change. If it wasnt for the ridiculously small cake and the super high price and not an ounce or drop of buttercreme, Id stay quiet like I normally do, but come on.

This is my favorite spot for ice cream when Im in the LQ area. Staff is always kind and ice cream is always delicious.

Was going out for some ice cream tonight. I arrive at 9:36p. Signs say open til 10p. Door is locked. Two employees standing there, backs turned to me. I knock a couple times. No one looks at me, no one turns around.....absolutely ridiculous.

Staff was very friendly and service was quick. However the outdoor seating was extremely dirty and smelly. We ended up eating in the parking lot because our ice cream was melting but we couldn’t handle the smell

Went in to get 3 ice creams and waited in line just to get skipped idk why and when I asked why I got skipped 1 person in line and they decide to help a family what was that about was it because of my skin color ??because my 5 year old son knows how a line works

It was nice to see the place was busy...My ice cream was yummy & I enjoyed the chocolate mess I got myself in with a chocolate sprinkled waffle cup😃

Ordered a cake online and it was perfect.

The women who work at this location are rude and have terrible customer service. They insulted my elderly mother and acted like they didnt want our business even though the store was empty. We will never return to this location even though we love Baskin Robins!

For me this place is like heaven. I love ice cream and the best place for ice cream cravings. The variety in flavor they offer is, well we dont have enough time to get into that. And if youre not sure what flavor youd like to order. They will give you a sample to help you make up your mind.

They have not planned very well & have run out of all flavors I wanted. Tables all have dried ice cream. Very dirty place to eat. Not impressed.

Clean building. Tasty ice cream. Unorganized staff. The issue this night was no dedicated cashier. 3 employees taking orders from over 15 people. Then trying to get them all cashed out at the same time. Needless unnecessary wait. Massive confussion all around.
