I was able to find batteries I needed. Staff was helpful at checkout and keeping merchandise organized and well stocked.

We had a very good experience here. We received our first vaccine from Fatima. Didn’t feel a thing and she was so delightful. I observed Fatima with an older Hispanic couple before our appointment. She was so kind and patient with them. Lovely staff.

They need to do a better job with outside the store, there carts are everywhere. I get that they can’t really control it but maybe before entering work they can put them in place.

Agreed with the other reviews here. Every time I’ve come to refill a prescription here they get the amount wrong. It’s so frustrating and very inconvenient for me to have them correct it, or I have to come back again since the amount of pills is short. They take ages to pick up the phone and the whole experience is slow and inconvenient. Some of the staff are nice and others act like you’re doing them a disservice by being a customer. Doesn’t look like they care about these poor reviews either.Will be filling my prescriptions at a different pharmacy.

Unlike Walgreens in Massachusetts, this Walgreens was very clean and organized. Friendly Staff and also sold different varieties of Wine.

This Pharmacy is the worst honestly. They always either lose the prescription or its ready in 3hrs at the least. Their customer service is always bad. They all have a bad attitude like they hate being there. Needs a lot of improvement.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Always find exactly what I need when I come, which is 1 - 3 times a week. Parking is big, and handicapped friendly. I would highly recommend this Walgreens store to anyone!

The store employees are awesome. Beauty and cosmetics has personnel to help with selections and can apply makeup for you to see product. The store is well run and clean, they aim to please. The pharmacy staff is exceptional so helpful, compassionate, dedicated to your health and work hard. They always address me by name when I approach. Its very personal and welcoming store. I have no idea what these other people are complaining about. Centrally located in LQ, so glad this pharmacy and store serves our community.

Worse Pharmacy ever. Ive drove to the one on Jackson before because they are fast and accurate. This one they should replace the people. I have never had a pharmacy screw up more than this one. They are extremely rude also.

Totally incompetent pharmacy.

It is a busy pharmacy that always seems understaffed in the prescription area. The staff is rushed, alternately rude or abrupt but never focused on the slightest respect of our time or our value as customers. I dread going there and try to use other places but it is convenient ... so I probably deserve the mistreatment.

This Walgreens is great! I dont know what all of these people are talking about. Theyre probably high maintenance people, I dont know. I have lived on La Quinta for 10 years and everyone has been nice.

This pharmacy sucks!!!I have been on hold for half an hour to talk to pharmacy. Just trying to see if my prescription is ready. Person picked up my Line at least 5 times, immediately putting it back on hold. No effort to take a message etc., after 30 minutes I was disconnected.This is the worst Service Ive seen from a Walgreens. Apparently nothing has changed since earlier review 7 months ago. !!!!!!!!Go somewhere, anywhere, else!

I took my prescriptions in and told them I wanted to wait for it. The clerk told me it would be an hour. To my surprise it was ready in 20 minutes. The clerk didnt notice my prescriptions were ready,she was busy on the computer,but finally she noticed. Quick and efficient.

I am a physician. I have gone to Walgreens the past 40 years in Wisconsin and found satisfaction as a patient and doctor.I reside in LaQuinta since Jan 2018. I have found the the pharmacy service at this Walgreens entirely unacceptable. They are short staffed, discourteous, incompetent and alarmingly slow to act reflecting more serious shortcomings of medication familiarity. I have borne witness to mishandling of prescription refills leading to great frustration endured by many elderly subjectsI urge anyone viewing this review to consider an alternative Walgreens store

We dropped off a prescription and were told to come back in 2 hours. When we returned in 2 hours we asked to come back in two more hours. It was one prescription for 20 pills. There wasnt even a line. Im not whos in charge of this pharmacy but they need to take charge and find a more efficient way of providing customer service. They surely not the pharmacy in LA Quinta, CA.

This pharmacy should be avoided at all costs. They are understaffed, not qualified and not supported with a facility big enough to do their work. Every time (3 ) that I have been at the counter it has been a 1/2 hour to 1 hour wait while the employees try to find prescriptions or fight with the computer terminal. Please try somewhere else.

This is a terrible pharmacy!! They seem to lose prescriptions, get prescriptions wrong and the wait in extremely long. If you can go to any other pharmacy, do so. Again, this place is simply awful. I gave it One Star because I couldnt rate it any lower.

I am believer in the Walgreens brand, yet I have never seen a location struggling as bad as this one. I moved to the area so this was my pharm by default. Each and every encounter thus far has been extremely disappointing— Uncertain as to why that is, but I do know that i will be taking my business elsewhere.

Love the store ! But their pharmacy staff is horrible. It is their job to assist customers in person or over the phone but yet they never call to let you know its ready or when you do call the ladys seem to be in a bad mood !!! I guess they arent getting paid enough because they seem to hate the job ! SMH!!!!!!

Im not just a disappointed customer. I run a doctors office and we write thousands of scripts and work with hundreds of pharmacies. I have never been treated so poorly by a pharmacy staff. I was told to return for pick up at 9p after dropping off a script for pain meds for a family members major surgery. I returned to find the pharmacy was closed and the Asst Store Manager could not explain why he himself had told me to return when the pharm. window would be closed. It could not be reopened without the pharmacist on site. They promised me the Monterey store 15 min away could pull the script in the system and fill it. They were wrong as it would require the physical slip (schedule 1 drug). No apologies, no offers to solve, no nothing. Family member spent the night in abject pain as a result.Edit 3/30/2018: I know, I know, I know... why did I ever go back here? Well, it was a simple script and I figured lightning couldn’t strike twice.I was wrong.Sent a script here that was time sensitive around 5p on a Thursday. Called every hour until 8:30p for updates. None forthcoming. Around 8:30p I get a rep on the phone. System is down. CannotProcess scripts nor sell existing fills. Recommend I call 24 location on Monterey. No offer to run it down for me.In other words, this loc is a waste. Do not send scripts here

Every employee I have ever talked to at the La Quinta office was rude, condescending or portrayed they were not interested in my questions. I have never felt comfortable in that building and hope another pharmacy opens up in the cove.Also, any time Ive asked pharmacy staff questions on prescriptions or OTC medications they ho hummed a lot and didnt seem educated.

I always go for medicine and photos. Everyone is very helpful. I love the pharmacy department. they are always precise, patience and helpful. This has become my prefer pharmacy since 2 years ago. Thanks for all you do there.
