My wife’s Trike needed repairs due to an accident she had back in November. We brought the bike to Pedego La Quinta last Friday and they had it fully restored for her by Monday. They did a great job so we can ride again.

The guys at Pedego La Quinta really know their stuff and the local area! I was in town for a couple of days and took a couple of their ebikes out on the trails. My friend and I had a great time. The staff suggested some awesome paths and were even flexible about pick up and drop-off times. Cant wait to bring other friends through here on my next trip through La Quinta.

They explained several things that had not been covered by Irvine (initial purchase), and also assisted in getting our units registered, which also was not done by Irvine.They were knowledgable, helpful, and very easy to work with.

I along with 2 girlfriends just rented electric bikes here and had the best time riding around Là Quinta yesterday! We did the beautiful bike trail along the wash. One of my friends had an ankle injury so it was great that she didn’t have to pedal much. I tried to pedal myself most of the time so it was really a perfect choice for all of us. Price- very reasonable too.

My daughter and I had a great experience at Pedego! It was a spontaneous decision. We didn’t have reservations but the crew at Pedego made it work. Great customer service, Brian Is a wealth of knowledge regarding the E bikes, educated us and took his time answering all of our questions, I must say he was very patient. Noah was very helpful as well when we came back to pick up my bike with all the upgrades. Excellent location as well with a safe, beautiful and peaceful environment to take the bikes for a test ride and also for the day rentals. This location it’s absolutely perfect to ride E bikes, so many bike trails and wide-open streets with no traffic not to mention the dirt trails for the off-road bikes. After I rented my bike and test rode a few others I ended up buying it of course, went with my original choice the Interceptor step through, it’s so much fun and absolutely gorgeous! I was fortunate enough that the black and tan combination just happened to be there in stock. We’re hoping to get another one soon!

We had a great time with a pair of off-road electric bikes today while riding around the trails near the la quinta cove. The bikes worked great and Rob was very helpful and made sure he knew what we were doing and comfortable before riding off. Its a great way to spend a few hours and check out the town.

Super easy and convenient electric bike rentals. Friendly staff provided super fast service. We walked in and five minutes later were on our electric bikes. The trails around the shop are amazing! The rates are lower than everywhere else. Highly recommend.

I am from out of town and experiencing a flat tire almost every time I take a ride. Noticed the lining on my wheel was not flush on the wheel and thought it might help to have it replaced. Stopped by the shop and they advised to just take a hair dyer to heat the liner and put it back in place. Worked like a charm. Love they were willing to give advice instead of an unnecessary repair.

I love my electric trike. I have difficulty walking and could no longer ride a regular trike. I pedal when my legs are working and use the electric when they are not. I have already logged over 100 miles and had my first tune up. This shop gives great service with pick up & delivery available. Work with this shop to find your own trike and you won’t regret ownership of your own trike.

These Pedego bikes are next level! You can pedal yourself, use pedal assist which is awesome, or just let the bike do all the work. I was surprised how long the bike lasts on one charge. Long bike rides arent a problem. If you ride one you will end up getting one. They are great for getting out of the house right now during this pandemic. I highly recommend!

Great service done promptly. I had trouble finding a bike shop in the area that would quickly repair a broken spoke and tubeless tire on my gravel bike. I saw that Pedego La Quinta offered repair service for non-electric bikes, too. They were very helpful and quickly fixed the tire and wheel and mounted it on my bike.They called me when t was ready. I was happy to find a local place that was friendly and competent to handle my cycling repairs and service.

Great customer service. They go above and beyond helpful. I had a special wheel that I needed. Tough to find but they found one and got it on my bike. Pedego bikes are great too. Super quality and great fun to ride.

Pedego in La Quinta was top notch. Wonderful service and a great product. The Palm Springs location was closed for remodeling so we rented from the La Quinta location. They dropped the bikes off for us at our hotel and picked them up at the end of the day. The bikes were awesome and reliable. Will definitely use them again next time we’re in Palm Springs.

I learned that the supply chain for many companies had been severely hampered. I was promised delivery, “...possibly July or August”, by two local bike shops.... then I spoke to Dave.After an initial thirty minute phone conversation about me and what I wanted in an e-bike, Dave made several suggestions for me. I arrived at the store to continue my bike shopping several days later on a busy Saturday. Dave recalled our conversation and showed me suitable options. His shop was a bustling place with sales and service customers. He and his crew took care of business in a professional, expedient manner. Dave took the time to answer all my questions and I never felt rushed or pressured to buy. Unlike the previously mentioned vendors, Dave had ample inventory and great knowledge of his product. Making a choice was easy after the ‘e-bike education 101’ I received! He even offered to deliver my bike.I went on my first ride the day after purchasing my Platinum Boomerang. I LOVE MY BIKE. 12 miles today, 25 tomorrow. I’m hooked, for sure. Thanks Dave, for a seamless shopping experience.

The staff was amazing and I’d recommend to anyone. I have a expensive carbon fiber bike that I crashed a few days before and bent derailer. I was riding in Indian Wells on sidewalk at night and dog ran after me and sidewalk was wet from sprinklers and slippery the tires were worn and hydroplaned. So with Covid I ride everyday and everyone was telling me I had to wait a month because everyone so busy. My friend recommended me and got me in basically the same day I called. They did great job tuning up my friends bike. They believe in customer service.
