They came early (yay!) and put everything together quickly and efficiently. They were very pleasant and professional. There was a black mark one one of the foundation boxes and the fellow took a photo of it for their records. Overall very happy. We just bought the foundation boxes yesterday so next day delivery was wonderful- especially on a holiday weekend.

We went out looking to buy an adjustable bed today. We had looked at a number of places and was driving down the 111. Saw the store and decided to stop. I glad we did. They were amazing. Huge selection. Every brand you could want. The prices were unbelievable. The people that work there were out of of this world. The person who helped us was named Holly. She listened to what I wanted. Showed me her suggestions for what I wanted. Then gave me time to shop for what I wanted without any pressure like a lot of other places. I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Mattress Firm in La Quinta. I shopped extensively for the best value for a new mattress, including online, Costco, Sam’s Club and several furniture stores. When I visited the store, the sales associate Tristan, was very helpful and attentive. He was knowledgeable and asked several questions to determine the best fit for my needs. The process was seamless from purchase to delivery. Due to issues with the furniture I purchased, I needed to change the mattress twice, once before and once after delivery - Tristan assisted with my requests promptly and very courteously. I would recommend this location to anyone shopping for a new mattress for quality product and service!

We purchased 2 mattresses from mattress firm, 1st one last year 2020 king temperpedic In Jan and March of 21 we purchased the same mattress only in twin size for a murphy bed we installed. Both times I delt with Holly at the store in La quinta and. She was great, she took care of all my issues when I got a bad box spring,and this time all I had to do was call her.. and I got the mattress I needed..

I was so amazed with the gentleman that helped us at the La Quinta location, I just can’t remember his name. He asked a few questions on how we both sleep. After that he quickly suggested a mattress, we tried a few other mattresses and we ended up purchasing the first mattress he recommended. He knows his stuff!!!

We began our mattress buying saga way back in January. We met Caitlin at the PD store. She did everything she could to make me and my very fussy husband happy. I thought the story had ended when we came up on the quarantine and getting a comfortable bed. The months went by and finally I thought I’d give Caitlin a call and explain that the bed still just wasn’t right for us. I called the PD store but was switched to Cathedral City where Zach politely listened to my story. He said that he would absolutely make sure we were satisfied.
