FRAUD! BEWARE. This company is a fraud. they will purchase new unopened items from you and open an ebay/paypal case claiming it is a used item. We have reported them to the IC3 (Internet Crime Complaint Center) also known as the FBI. If you do a search on these scammers you will see they do it to a lot of other honest hard working people.

I had a great experience with their customer service, they were very nice over the phone and immediately helped me with my issue.

Same as the other 1 star review. Seller Beware. This company appears to commit fraud through purchasing ink through Ebay and using seller protection to get a refund. Basically they buy your new ink cartridge, force you to take a return, then send you back a different opened box. Huge scam stay away from this company as a buyer and a seller. So frustrating that businesses like this are out there ripping people off for pleasure.

Fraud! They hacked my USPS account and were sending out packages with my account with fake labels this was 3 years ago the post office must be such a joke that they havent done anything.

Stay away from this company. I sold an item on eBay which they purchased. After receiving the item they tried to force me into a refund using eBays money back guarantee but making false claims about the item not being as represented. Dishonest!
