Excellent service, On time delivery at an affordable price

Bought 24 hard drives that were supposed to be new, but SMART info showed they were Used for over 2 years. Contacted GoHardDrive and they said it was a mix up. As it turned out they did not have HGST 74k drives new at all so they replaced them with older model 73k HDDs for $10 cheaper. Because of the problems and the drives were older model I was told they would come with a 5 yr warranty.I have had several drives fail and they refuse to honor the warranty.In addition I have called them 3 times and no one answers the phone. You can only deal with them by email. If they choose not respond to your emails there is nothing you can do.Do NOT buy from GoHardDrive

Bought my husband 2 Seagate hard drives for his server and service was top notch - packing of the drives was phenomenal. The next morning he installed in server and they were immediately up and running with no problems at all. Would definitely do business again.

While I did have some issues with my order, those may have been caused by the factory or UPS -- once I contacted GoHardDrive, they resolved my problem quickly and courteously. I recommend using the Online Chat button on their website rather the phone -- it was pretty much instant.I would definitely use them again.

Based on my experience with this company, if you communicate, they are always willing to do whatever it takes to make sure your experience is the best possible. Their products are all Top Shelf, and all will have defects occasionally, so suck it up unnamed buttercup.

My new hard drive failed on me after only 6 months. Getting an email from them took more than 24 hours for them to respond. They wont answer the phone, and when they did they hung up on me. I have a lot of patience but when you treat your customer like 2nd priority its ridiculous. Honestly I wouldnt recommend anyone doing business with them.

Hard drive was DOA. This company sells trash. And also very rude. They are Chinese resellers. Stay away.
