Very rude cashier name Sarah she’s a red head. Scans items very slow gives attitude for no apparent reason and love to pick at her nails while in between scanning items. I’m surprised she’s not fired for worst service.

I love this store, one of my favorites. I ALWAYS find amazing deals. You have to have patience and look through racks but if you love shopping, its no big deal! Bathrooms are always clean, staff is nice and helpful, always plenty of parking, I love all the clearance sections!

Truly disgusting! Stopped in yesterday to grab some small Mothers day gifts. Noticed a very cute childs recliner and decided to get it for my son. Went to grab it and a massive German roach crawled out of it. Notified an employee who pretended to go look at it before just walking away. Assumed she would come back and waited. She did not return at least not while I was there and not before a mother and her to kids walked up to it. Her little boy went to sit down seconds before I yelled for him to stop add there was a second large roach on the arm of the chair!!! They should be shut down honestly. How horrible would it be to gift someone what.you thought was a nice gift only to give them a roach infestation!

I was floored at how ginormous this Burlington Coat Factory is. I was like a kid in a candy store in total awe! 2 story building with a huge elevator was pretty cool. So much cool stuff to buy.

“Sarah” the cashier was rude. Just kept rolling her eyes and gave off bad vibes.

The staff was polite as possible I guess the store wasnt completely destroy like it is most days. I couldnt find a pair of pants or a pair of shoes in my size so kind of a wasted trip, but I did find a shirt that I have been eyeballing for a couple of days so not a total loss.

So many name brands at a great deal. Fashion jewelry is amazing. Im not a shopper but I can be in this store for hours.

The store is always in a state of disarray. It takes awhile to find good items, but its usually worth it. Ive never gone and not had to stand in a long line.

Been to several Burlingtons around San Diego and this one was the least memorable. The selection isnt as great as the one in Clairemont and the upstairs portion of the store doesnt have as much product to choose from. Downstairs the selection is similar to the other stores and is filled with clothes, shoes and other relevant items.Also the restroom is horrific only one of the faucets works and only gives a small amount of water for you to wash your hands.

I understand that the loss prevention guy is doing his job! But he follows the wrong people around and he needs more training in identifying the right shoplifters! Ive watched him on a few occasions follow the wrong people around. While I see the real culprits stuffing stuff in there pants and hand bags. I dont say anything because Im one of the people that he follows when he should be focusing on the real shoplifters. Get some better training!

Lines are too way to long. Not enough staff you can never find anyone to ask a question or receive help. The clothing choices are out dated they must have a old clothing buyer who does not know anything about the current clothing trends. If it were a better store I would shop there more often.

There are renovations going on, so the line to check out is longer, however with that in mind Burlington has never looked so organized. The store looks cleaner, feels like there is more room to move around in and the clothing no longer feel tightly packed.

Lots of wonderful clothes at very reduced prices. We are thrift store shoppers. Burlington is s step up and very reasonable.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU SHOP...BUYER BEWARE AT ANY Burlington! If you go home and wash your purchases and they shrink, THEY WILL NOT TAKE IT BACK.Its COMPANY POLICY. One day, after buying $ 100+ worth of clothing, I had to return because everything shrunk. Their products did not match was I tried on in the fitting room and bought.You know what they said I could do with these shrunk clothes? They said I could donate it.Donate it?!I wonder if corporate cares if they lost me forever as a customer?Tell your friends and family. Burlington doesnt refund your money if their products are faulty.You know why they are just Burlington now? Cuz now they are just like all the other lackluster stores like Ross and Marshalls.

Had a very bad experience here with their customer service. They dont honor their return policy. I had to go to another Burlington location and had no problems returning the merchandise.

You can find great deals in here with quality products. Usually a long line for check out and/returns because theres only one line for everyone and not too many cashiers handy.

Sucker for a good deal and this place has an infinite amount of them. Found a great pair of running shoes for $30!

Large building but makes for a waste of space in this store due to lack of inventory. Very little items stocked in each dept. I do not recommend this location, cannot find much here at all.

Customers are terrible!!! Filming people and laughing at them. Staff removed the husband for sticking up for his wife??? Should have removed the woman for filming and laughing at a mother struggling with a toddlers temper tantrum. Ridiculous!!! Never shopping here again.

Haven’t been to Burlington in a while due to the fact that it was being remodeled and they rarely had items I liked. Went in this past week not once but twice. My second experience was disappointing because I planned on being a returning customer now that they have upgraded their store but their employees are so lackluster! I asked them if they could get more cashiers on line suck sideykng their weremire than 10 customers in line. All 2 cashiers (plus one trainee) looked at me and said nothing. About a minute later one if then paged for more cashiers but I mean at least say something to your customers! Oh and then the cashier who helped me failed to give me one of my bags! Like honestly try a little harder! Geez! Will go back just once more, only to probably return something and that’s it for this store!

Absolutely the worst costumer service I have EVER had. Not only was I waiting in the return line for 30 minutes, they wouldnt give me back to full amount that I paid for for my items because it was after 30 days, and they would only put the refund on a GIFT CARD because it was after 60 days with the original receipt! I guess shopping early for Christmas is something they frown upon at this store. The manager Shirley was no help at all and the guy Theo that was helping me was extremely rude and unprofessional. I told them I would not be coming back to this store therefore a gift card would not be appropriate, they shrugged it off and tried to push me out of there. I will be giving their corporate office a call in the morning and hope that they will do something about this. Note to self, never shop here again!

They have a really bad supervisor she don’t respect costumers, she doesn’t know anything about her job and they lost my stuff and she didn’t return my other clothes she said you have to keep it, and she did point her finger at me in front my kids.
