My husband and I went into Big lots today in La Mirada looking a the couches Stacey was such a great help she answered all of our questions and was so friendly and helpful! Its nice to know theres still great customer service out there!

Workers are always friendly and store usually stocked good. Every once in a while I cant find what Im looking for. And thats only because this location gets lots of business. But store is always pretty clean. I just like the people who work there; always so nice. In the complex its located in theres a Target too. Both are easy to get to. Big Lots is less crowded than Target so I usually go there for smaller needs.

Loved this leather sofa so much I had to get it. Great service reps made my purchase easy and pleasant.

Big Lots on Grand is perfect for me. They have all the paper goods I need & use dailey. Reasonable & bargains to galore for kitchen & bedrooms.

Clean service was fast

Bought two queen size bed sets last October and November. Recently contacted store regarding broken box spring rails. Was advised store only offers 30 day warranty. Stay away from this store for big purchases. Better off going directly to furniture or a bedding store where at least you would receive standard 1 year warranty

More than 8 people in line to check out and only one cashier 😔 store was clean and orderly.

This is a nice Big Lots. I actually have not been to one in a long time but had seen this one and needed a small foot-warmer heater and Big Lots came to mind. This one is clean, organized and pretty large. You can go in there and spend a long time just looking at all the different types of items. Found the heater for $20 and it works fine. I will be going back. You can find Christmas gifts of many kinds here. Good store.

Some of the customer service is fantastic here. Some leaves a lot to be desired. Price tags always seen to cover important information on the smaller products. But last time I visited all the items I was interested in needed a price checked. Grrr pet peeve.

Big Lots always has random, but useful things at sensible prices. This one is great.

We enjoy our visits here always well stocked especially the seasonal items. You can buy everything from groceries to furniture. Prices are always reasonable and if you come as a looky loo chances are you find something you want 🤜🤛

5-STAR RECOMMENDATION: This store is located next to the Target store and across from many of the restaurants and small stores in the same plaza. The customer service associates are very friendly and helpful. The ambiance of the store is nice and well put-together. There are a large variety of items available for purchase.

POOR SERVICE - They offer in store pickup for orders placed online with the option to list an alternate name for pickup. However their system in the store doesn’t recognize that field. It was very frustrating trying to get my order and the on duty manager lacked customer service training and communication skills.I will never order online for In-store pick up again.

Purchased a curtain rod. Price was fair, and it was a little busy.

Its a great store. But the furniture section is way to big. Come on its Christmas hardly any toys. There are toys but no alot. And clothes forget about buying a rob or under clothes. Please redo your floor plan.

This store has great deals. Now a rewards program and occasional Sundays with 20% off everything. Super fun! I buy everything from dog snacks to cleaners at Big Lots. Nice clean store!

Always a great place to do some bargain shopping. Good specials and an interesting food assortment. Big Lots are most always associated with a shopping center with plenty of parking.

Great place. Lots of items. Frozen food, candy, toiletries, electronics, office supplies, furniture. You name it and they probably have it at a good price. :) I love shopping here.

My second home. Says it all. Convenient, free parking, easily seen from Imperial and Idaho. Restrooms, competitive pricing, seasonal household items. Toys, school supplies. A little something for everyone. Hurry for spring and summer surprises. See you there. Bathrooms clean.

Havent been here in years. Glad I came back. Nice selection of shampoo conditioner lotions etc. I think they should accept coupons though. For Sure!!!

Doris in furniture section is no help & rude. This is why stores are going out of business because they don’t hire helpful employees & do no adapt to current times. Wouldn’t be surprised if big lots went out of business in a couple of years. Sad sad sad
