I came here specificly for the 25gallon bins. You just have to be careful to make sure things arent damaged. The store has really good deals just make sure you inspect your items as you would in any store, maybe a little more 😉

A new employee was helping us out with furniture and was doing a really good job at being attentive with us as his customers. He went and brought someone who I’m assuming is a manager/owner (Tall and bald man) to help us with negotiating pricing. He double checked with his manager and/or owner asking him if he could sell us the furniture for a certain price. The manager or owner declined and gave a different price. He began to get extremely upset with the employee in front of us and told him he didn’t need to be asking “5 other people” about negotiating that certain furniture piece. It wasn’t about getting the item for cheaper. The way he handled the situation was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful not only to his employee but to us as customers. He also proceeded to walk away and hide in his office instead of confronting the situation. The employee that originally was helping us was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience. Someone who may be of “higher position” shouldn’t be dealing with situations in that way.

These people need to take an etiquette and /or Customer Service class. Its quite obvious in all the bad reviews they were given. First of all, without customers thered be NO BUSINESS. People I want you to really take the time and read all the reviews received. Notice how they only replied back to ONLY the positive ones by saying thank you. And the negative reviews received nothing. Instead of saving face and apologizing to the customers for having a bad shopping experience and saying theyll work on improving their business, NAWWW THEY RATHER NOT!!! Tsss smh SAD AND U PROFESSIONAL. And to be honest the prices are average. Nothing impressive. Id rather spend the extra $2 on price at DDS, TJ MAXX, KOLES, BURLINGTON COAT FACTORY, AND ROSS.

Ive been meaning to hit this place since I moved to La Habra. There was a great dollar store called Dollar Central near me but it went out of business unfortunately. I was hoping this place would be a replacement. Unfortunately, no. This is a pretty huge store that sells all sorts of things from clothing to cleaning products, but the prices are not impressive. If you have coupons and a membership card, you will do a lot better at CVS. I spotted a rack of $1 shirts and dug in. They were neatly folded and when I picked one up, I saw that the front of it was shredded. Not in a good way. It was like a cat attacked it. I found a decent pair of sneakers, but it did not have a box, and there was no tag. It took a while to find a clerk, and she took a while to find a manager. The cost: $25. I can do better at Ross or TJ Maxx. The aisles are also too narrow. It was not even that busy, and shoppers were jostling each other. I spent about an hour here just browsing, and by the end I was feeling claustrophobic. There is a furniture section, but NO CARTS ALLOWED. I had a cart and turned around. Maybe there are better deals there? IDK. Employees are not friendly, but there dont seem to be many of them. Will probably not return.

Beware of anything electric or electronic that you purchase here, there isnt any warranties and only a 7 day return policy with receipt. Ive had problems with these items and it was my loss.

Wonderful place I bought 56 Viso Tv and 3 white foldable chairs here awhile ago and forgot to review sooner. Brian (hopefully spelled correct) helped a lot with giving me information about the other TVs available and assisted with putting them in my car. Very helpful employee :D Thanks a bunch.

Wish I could give 0 stars. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ONLINE from this company. All their online stuff is listed as NEW with a favorable price. But when you purchase and receive your item it will be very obvious this is a Costco or Sams returned/open box item. I bought a christmas gift for my son and when I received my package i could tell something is not right then I opened it up and sure enough the item is all scuffed up and dirty. It is obviously used and not at all what was advertised as new. Then mysteriously their web store is gone and under construction. You try to call the store and they put you on hold for the online sales manager never to be picked up again. They messed up and told me the online sales managers name was Dan but you will never get him on the phone. Total scam I will be reporting to the BBB and then some. stay far away is my advice.Update: Costless contacted me explaining they accidentally shipped me the wrong product. They gladly refunded my money and even let me keep the product. I give them a big thumbs up for customer service.

They have a really neat hour long video on how great the store is. I not only watched it, but went through their inventory to develop a shoppinglist. I couldn’t believe the low prices, particularly the Kirkland and Members Mark brands, 25% off of Costco and Sam’s Club. Well, I got my answer. The only item I found was Windex spray for $1. And based upon their inventory? They seemed to have a massive coffee display. But I couldn’t find it. I knew there were problems when I asked an employee, who didn’t know either. So, here’s the answer. There are no everyday low prices. For the most part, their goods are discontinued or slightly damaged, even open boxed items now boxed up. The explanation I received is I came in after a busy weekend. Maybe. But I’m fearful it is just as likely that the inventory was never that large to begin with. While I feel for any retailer in this day, people need to be cautious as well.

Normally I like giving good reviews to companies, but today I was taken back by the customer service. When discussing with a representative about a particular item when another woman of the same race as the rep comes and interrupts our conversation. The rep politely engages her along with me. She insists in the beginning that shes going to wait her turn. She then walks away and gets another rep to assist who then comes back and aggressively demands the rep assisting me to give her the information for the item before me and stares at me with intimidation.. Its ridiculous that this other rep couldnt just pull the information for the other lady without all of the extra but its apprent I will not be back. Sick to my stomach

Remember this is a liquidation store. You may see items that may have been used and returned, and there are items that have not been used. I purchased a set of Samsonite luggage for ninety nine dollars. I asked the manager to open the box to inspect the merchandise. It met my expectations and I purchased the set. If I went to a regular retail store it may have cost me between one hundred twenty nine dollars up to one hundred and sixty nine dollars. I recently purchased a set of Tommy Bahama 7 Position Hi-Boy Beach Chair for twenty dollars each. On Amazon they are selling at one hundred nineteen dollars and above. So you can save a tremendous amount at Costless, but I recommend you visit on a weekly basis or bi weekly to see what new products have arrived.

This store will be remembered as a life saver during our virus crisis of 2020. They are so organized, very humble and safe. I love their strategy of letting in only a number of customers at a time which i know at a later time will go away once things get better. Bad management. They post items in Facebook and OfferUp, they don’t answer question via social media, you call to the store and ask about the item and price availability and drive close to 30 miles to the store for the manager not wanting to sale at the advertise price. He then starts making excuses for not replying to messages. The sales associates are great, but management definitely have no customer service skills.

Great deals to be found. Buyer beware- you should carefully inspect items including dates on perishable items.

These guys are cheaters. They posted kayak for $150 on Facebook. I confirmed I’m on my way to pick it up. 15 mins later they post it on Facebook with the same pictures for $300 and tell me it’s sold. Avoid this place.

This store is no different like any other discount store. However, certain items may be defected and a tab to pricey such as Women’s jackets, beach accessories and household goods. To me I feel like the isle is super cramped and can be a bit more organized.

This store does bait and switch all the time. Advertised philips airfryer, called several times to verify with no answer, drive 40 minutes to the store and they dont have the item, but a no name brand for $10 more. I buy the lesser quality item because I figured I had already driven so far. Get contacted on Facebook by one of their employees today that advertises their items for them and she tells me they still have the item now. This same thing happened to me last year with a portable steamer from this exact same place. Dishonest business!

Found a listing for a gas dryer on craigslist listed by them for $75.00 we get to the store and it was really 149.99 I told the guy about the listing and that I had called he said he would honor it which was nice but they neglected to tell us it was missing the plug and that it wasnt a gas dryer like the listing said it was electric no refund all sales were final. Definitely never doing business here again.

Product condition is not good. The wagon in Costco is 50. We brought 45 in this store. The wagon is dirty and had a lot of scratches. Had better check before you buy it.

Check package contents before you buy!! Most are taped so its difficukt to open - bring a pocket knife. Many things have been used and returned previously. Example: I bought several outdoor light sets and they were missing parts, still had dirt on them & didnt work. A hose that had invisible pin holes all over & still had water in it from use. The store only gives store credit on returns within 14 days with your receipt!

Prices are not bad but anything you buy that requires battery or a item that is material for instance a tarp make sure you check it in the store first before purchasing it I made the mistake of not checking the product first ..which was a tarp, I thought it was a square and it was a triangle and it had a burn mark in it. by the time I discovered that the fact I could not returned it for store credit

I do not recommend this place I was tricked and scammed with an audio system that was not what I expected, it discharges, the box where it came was broken and open additional that the speaker on the front side has a blow, the function of charging the cell phone does not work and I am not satisfied with this product.

Bad experience today 02/21/21 I bought an inflatable mattress, the seller told me that it was fine, the night came and I turn it on to check it and surprise it has a big hole and it is dirty. Tomorrow I will return to the store to see what you can do ..... my advice is to check all the product before buying it .... bad experience .... 👎👎👎
