Trust the bad reviews and don’t waste your time here. I called ahead to ask about an oil change and the rude manager told me to just walk in, so I came at noon and the same rude guy told me they’re full for the rest of the day. Then he blamed me for not calling to check their availability before l came.

Be aware of good comments on this store were in the past. This store has been deteriorating in the past one year. Most negative complaints happened lately including on Goodyears own website. I called 3 or 4 days ago to make oil change appointment but was told no appointment possible, first come first serve. I went around 10:20 am on Friday 2/5/2021 but was told by the Manager, Gustavo, that I needed to leave the car until end of the day and no appointment is possible. It is quite a waste of time for an oil change, which only takes less than an hour (last time my oil change was done within an hour by this same store over a year ago). Additionally, when I told Gustavo that I wouldnt have transportation, if I leave my car there whole day for just 1-hr oil change, he very impatiently told me to take Uber (the cost most likely more than the oil change itself). Goodyear stores were pretty good in the past. I do not know since when Goodyear stores became so terrible and staffs attitude so mean. I have reported to Goodyear website the same day but am still waiting for Goodyear headquarter s response.

Read every bad rating and the complaint is the same and the guy giving the horrible service and super unwelcoming attitude is also the same. You are as good as your weakest link and that unfriendly guy with the horrible attitude that has no clue as to the word service should not be at the front who meets people. It seems like that guy hates doing oil changes, maybe it’s not as profitable or he hate Groupon users.

This is a very good oil/tire spot. Gustavo was very polite and professional. Recommended some services and wasnt in the least bit pushy. If youre looking for a honest shop that wont swindle you, this is it!!

They were so nice to me I had to have my tire patched. It is my sons car n he had his military things in the trunk. They were so sweet and pulled everything out and put the spare back for me. Yes I will definitely go back to them if I need to.

Service that was above and beyond! We got the oil and filters changed on a Saturday and the staff was friendly and helpful. Great overall experience. You run a great shop, Robbie!

Purchased a Groupon discount for 2 wheel alignment at 39.00. That was fair. Asked them to rotate and balance my tires. They dont do High Speed balancing, however their price for balancing was $ 94.00. Seemed really high.

Terrible experience I was told I couldn’t redeem my groupon voucher and then the manager said well it cost more than $35 to do a tire rotation and and oil change, I charge 175 for that. So I asked then why do you have your company on Groupon offering this offer he said it’s for most cars not yours I have a freaking KIA FORTE you’ve got to be kidding me. Don’t give these people your business I’m sure they do chopped work their. DONT GO HERE

So I came in for an alignment and it had warranty, I got my axles replaced and needed and alignment again but they covered it, Robbies great the workers are great, made my day

Went in for oil change. I was asked how many miles my car had and was told I needed $900 work before the car was even inspected! Left to get the oil change. I received a call asking for a tire rotator part for my car (even though i had already told them where it was). When i told him, he hung up on me. When I revived my car there were things on the floor on the passenger seat that were in my glove compartment. Obviously wasn’t handled with care!

Gus was very helpful and was able to get my tire delivered in a timely manner.

Professional, honest, and fair. I moved to California within the last two years here and have visited over 3 mechanics. When I stumbled into auto service I knew I found my home. Honesty goes a long way! Smog tests and all auto repairs . Chris is the man!

Came in for a flat tire repair, had a bolt right in the middle of my tire. They took a look to make sure it is repairable and plugged/patched the tire within 20 mins

*GROUPONS* Had my girlfriend go in for an oil change + tire rotations and air filter change with a Groupon I purchased. Ive used groupons plenty of times. I send her a photo of the barcode and voucher # and all that. She was having issues receiving it and he says yeah I have to see it. Okay so the photo eventually goes through and he says I have to have him here with the Groupon.1, no you dont. you only need the # from it and it then becomes unusable on my end. (Fyi Im on the phone so I hear everything) she asks if he could start the work while Im on my way. He gives her a hard time about having to know exactly what it is for. She tells him exactly what the Groupon was for and he refuses to start.I had to drive from work 15 miles away to physically show it to this guy only for him to press the mark as redeemed button. One star for being quick sure. BUT later I check her car and ALL THEY DID WAS THE OIL CHANGE!Customer service: not great.Service itself: not great.Would I recommend? not at all.
