I am very happy with ALL STAR AUTO GLASS!!- I was driving on the freeway when a rock hit my passenger side window.it slowly cracked and then with a loud crash ! glass every where.- Needless to say I was un-happy.I call ALL STAR and upon arrival, Francisco had a new passenger side window installed and working in less than 40 min. wow!!a price that was more than fair and quick service.

Was suppose to get my windows fixed again because the replacements that they put in were wrong and looked very off. I called the shop and said I someone is suppose come out today when there was a time given to me 8 to 12 and then they also had me scheduled for tomorrow between 1 and 5. Horrible service. AAA recommends this place but I wouldnt. I would go with safelite repair. They have better reviews

I do not recommend this company. AAA recommended I use this company, but they let me down on every front... sad day. Please read this book Satisfied Customers Tell Three Friends, Angry Customers Tell 3,000. It only costs 6 dollars....

They did an excellent job. Everything from the appt set up to when the new windshield was installed. They also asked if id like new wiperblades, of course I did, what a great idea, new blades for the new shield.

Very bad experience. Do not use this company. Long wait time on hold to set up appointment. Technician showed up late and while installing the new windshield broke the new windshield. After waiting on hold again, the representative wanted me to pay for the broken windshield! Horrible customer service.
