Great tire service! Helpful staff and really good mechanics.

Walked in early in the morning and they were friendly and flexible on timing, taking the same day service with no appointment. Called in approx 3.5hrs later with a fair and professional opinion. Managed to perform the whole service quick and were ready for me when I arrived. Friendly staff and will visit again!

Daniel was so nice and courteous! I have a 1996 S10 Chevrolet which is an older vehicle and harder to pass. But it passed! just barely. Daniel went the extra mile and explained that I needed to drive it more and not just let it sit. He also suggested a tune up. Being a woman, I need all the advice I can get regarding cars. I would like to take a moment and say that the service representatives were attentive and willing to have conversation with me. Their professional observations and relaying them were not dumbed down to relay it to me. Did not feel insulted nor did I have any feeling of (we are being nice to you because you are going to pay us) feeling. I do highly recommend them for service of any sort. Took our vehicles in for oil changes. Our Colorado was done in less than 30 minutes. I requested a complete inspection on my Equinox since we are going to be extensive traveling. I ended up needing 4 tires ( although tread still good, cracks noted on the side). I WAS NOT pressured into purchasing the most expensive tires, but it was suggested to purchase equivalent tires to what I had. Also had back shocks leaking (😢) that needed to be replaced. My complete service was done without any pressure if services not needed. Staff very courteous and attentive. Will certainly return and recommend.

The service itself was fine. However, unless you have a dash cam I cant recommend this place. One of the service techs hit my front left bumper on the lift and left some damage. I noticed it when I got home and went back the next day to ask what happened. Despite the video evidence the manager denied that the hit had happened at the tire place. The video shows the tech asking how bad the damage was to other employees and captured the moment he hit it. After telling them i had video evidence they agreed to fix my car at the body shop. I was then left without a car for a week.

The guy at the counter super nice, knowledgeable and multi-tasking.My care runs great! My only 2 complaints was a blond lady sat at the desk on the customer side for a period but after a bit decided she didnt need her covid mask(she consistently wore it below her nose to begin with) She consistently complained about people that wear them and how covid was a hype.My 2nd complaint was I didnt see any sanitation going on. No wiping down the sets, or doors which I know is a requirement for any business to remain open during this covid crises.Other than that I am happy with the services. But the safety factor for clients during this epidemic leaves me disheartened

I came later in the afternoon and had my car back with new front breaks, an oil change and a tire rotation that same day by 5. I always go to Daniels, they are friendly, accommodating and fair.

After getting a flat tire, I first shopped at a warehouse store. I experienced price-switching and unsatisfactory service. I then went to Daniels, where I should have gone in the first place. This is my second set of tires from Daniels and they have been nothing but professional with great prices. Daniels will be my first stop from now on.

I called Daniels Tire Service and asked for a price and time frame to get an alignment done on my vehicle. I walked into the shop approximately 15 mins after my phone call and was met in person with exceptional customer service. I explained the issue with my vehicle and handed over my keys and waited in their clean customer friendly lobby. Approximately an hour later my vehicle was done and the services completed were explained thoroughly. My vehicle was fixed and overall I’m satisfied with the service provided. Highly recommend to those in need of service on their vehicle!

Easy to get appointments, nice and friendly.Great work and reasonable.

Firstly, Jay was very patient in getting me an estimate for my oil change. I had called a few times and finally made it to my appt yesterday and all went great! He knew me by name right away. The wait room is spacious enough for social distancing and is well air conditioned. Bathroom was also very clean. Wait- time was much less than I had expected. And the total cost was exactly what he had quoted me.My dad who used to frequent iv auto repair will check out Daniels Service the next time he needs a service of any kind. I highly recommend this place!

Jay said i needed $1600 in work to get my motorhome to drive straight i went there for $160 alignment. He said he would not do the alignment without getting the other work done 5 days later I went to a place in Glendora they did the alignment for a $100 date of my review 9/26/20

Weve been customers at Daniels Tire for 3 years and have always found them very trustworthy and easy to communicate with. They help explain things when you want them to and often break down their recommendations with what is necessary now vs what you can wait a little while to fix.We recently recommended them to our family who was visiting when their AC went out. Long story short, they got the AC fixed for a reasonable price but then the car broke down 45 minutes later on the highway. The whole transmission fluid leaked out and the truck stopped working. A near by repair shop found the transmission line disconnected and the clamps off.We are sure it was an honest mistake but it definitely broke our trust. Still, we took our car back to get an oil change/service and when they called us with a quote to resurface the front and back rotors, it was going to be $260 just for that! Online comparisons do rotors for $25 each. We just cant afford those kind of prices right now. Maybe well be back for the basic oil change, but its getting harder to trust this place for us.

I had 3 tires replaced. Good service. Fair prices. The only downside was that service took longer than expected. They were busy the morning I went. Thankfully, I had the time.

Communicative, attentive on the phone and in person, and kind. On top of that, they never do more than necessary. Many times they say I don’t need a service or day I probably have another ###miles until I need a service. And they’re prompt! All around great service!

I got a coolant flush and new thermostat. I returned to ask for a different thermostat because my heater was blowing colder. They refused saying I needed a new water pump and radiator. So installed a new one myself and now the heater works great!!

I received a fair price for the radiator replacement for my 2003 ML 350. However, I am not satisfied with this time because of the power steering pump. Before I arrived at Daniels, the car was still drivable and the pump was working, as I know that it was leaking. When they finished replacing the radiator, I barely made it home because the steering is barely turnable since the pump was heavily damaged.As of now, I am purchasing my parts from the dealership and having some other shop to fix the new major problem.
