Love home depot ❤👍especially around Halloween 🎃.

My family have been visiting and purchasing from this specific location as long as i can remember. the parking lot is huge and they have pretty much anything you might need for your home projects. weve gone to other locations and theyve been alright but this is truly the best from having items in stock and available to the customer service through the years.

The staff are terrific folks; really helped us well to get needed items and get on our way quickly.

Whenever or whatever you need something for home improvement or construction work, I am reminded of Home Depot. Probably Home Depot is the place I visit most. This time is same as usual. I bought some materials for job site and a flat dolly with 4 wheels for home furniture moving. Nothing unusual.

Home Depot outshines Lowes in customer service and attentiveness!! They are always available to assist you when needed. They are well informed on the topics you need answers to. And for being a huge chain - they are remarkably affordable.

I only go here when Im in the area and short on time. There customer service is fair and their return policy is excellent. Lowes has better quality products, and service. Their return policy is not as good. Most items have a 30 day return policy.

Recently, I had some assistance from both Al and Maricela who persistently helped in expediting a product and completed the task. Thank you! I also have gotten very good assistance from an older man and an elderly man in plumbing. They are driven in finding the product besides being very knowledgeable.

Prices are reasonable. Dont always have what you need in stock. Call ahead of time or check online if you can before hand to see if they have it in stalk

Well hey, just to pass along a fantastic experience in a retail store – I like reviewing the positives as well as the negatives.I just had a wonderful experience collecting information about the contractor that installed my vinyl sliding glass door (which was a FANTASTIC experience - especially when I had no idea what in the heck I was doing!!!) It was with a store manager (Albert) at Home Depot. This guy went above and beyond to help me out and he was just a very nice guy. A very very nice guy, and it was not a “put-on”... it came from inside,m. I don’t know what this man makes as far as salary, but I can tell you it’s not enough! [If Albert reads this, Thanks so much!]This guy himself is why I will never go into another competitors store instead of this one. I could tell that he was personally and GENUINELY pleased to help me out - and this will not go unnoticed!I sincerely hope everyone else has the same experience when they hire a contractor, and I hope someone from corporate reads this and understands this store is by which other stores should be judged.UPDATE: Yet ANOTHER wonderful experience.The lady in charge of the districts Home Depot contractor projects is fantastic. She totally arranged and organized for them to come out and replace the screen door on a sliding glass door I had installed by Home Depot. She was totally helpful and friendly. I hope she reads this! THANKS SO MUCH! You were great!

Went down to HD to get supplies for my project, but doh! I forgot my wallet at home. Would be nice if HD accepted Google / Apple pay as an option.

Always been the go to place for home and yard improvements. Good selection and prices are reasonable. People there to help you with your questions, knowledgeable and friendly. For small items that I only need a small quantity of,I go to Walmart, screws, bolts,etc... both stores have what I usually need at good prices. 👍

Love this place always open when I need them and super friendly customer service. As a plus show them your military ID or DD214 and you will get an additional savings.

Is like always you ask someone to help you and they dont know or they dont work on the department today I needed something to use inside a wooden box for a planter the experts on the garden department no help.The experts on the air conditioning department no helpThe best I was looking for a 3/4 PVC cap the expert.and he expressed him self you never cap PVC pipe.I have meet only one person at this location that knows his stuff David on tools.

Garbage!! DIRTY!! THE MANAGER HAS NO HEART! I HAD MY WALLET STOLEN AT GUNPOINT. HE HAD NO MERCY FOR ME. ALTHOUGH I PRODUCED A COPY OF LICENSE. I HAD RECEIPTS. MY CARDS WERE ALL STOLEN.

Great variety and value of what is sold here, Paint department is always super helpful, any one of the staff I asked for help was friendly, polite and willing to help, Carpet department had great service, I like the fact you can self check out.

This Home Depot is nice and well organized on the inside... only thing that sucks is having to look for a lumber cart. In my case waiting outside for a customer to come out with one...

Very disappointed with the service every time I come to this location. No one is very helpful and it isnt helpful to be told to walk to the other side of the store to stand in line when no one is in line. After walking across the store to stand in the front of the line I am immediately told to go back to self check out since it was open. They saw no one was in line and insisted I dance back and forth, and not with a light cart I might add.

My husband had went to the garden center right when Home Depot opened and the manager Albert was being very rude to my husband saying that “they didn’t need his service today” my husband clearly had his money and wallet on hand but he continued to accuse him of stealing just because he switched out the mulch he was getting for us. The manager here can’t even follow his own policies.

Stuff to buy. Selection of products acceptable.

Love this place. Go there to find just about anything you need for your home plus they usually have great customer service and they let my Pittie in for his walk.

You can find nearly EVERYTHING you need for home improvement at Home Depot . . . and ALL at reasonable prices! . . . definitely one of my go to places when doing home repair/renovation! . . . and the staff are friendly, helpful, and professional, as well!

Excellent Help tracking down water filter for my GE Refrigerator we bought at this Hone Depot last July

I dont like to write negative reviews but I didnt have an excellent experience. We went in to find an extension cord and when we couldnt find it ourselves we decided to ask for help. The worker was rude and offered no assistance. We were sent off to look for it ourselves and once again we couldnt find it. I dont think this single employee is a representation of this store at all but it was a dissatisfying situation. I understand the situation in the world right now can be a lot on everyone so I dont want to blame this employee for their behavior. But I also didnt appreciate the behavior. Overall not the best experience but I wouldnt hesitate to go back and give the store another chance.

Incredible service:I asked a team member at customer service to talk with the manager. I was told I could wait as he was helping another customer. I was given a bottle of water and a chair to wait in.Amazing!

Why go anywhere else.....Home Depot has everything you need

Key machine is very easy to use, but it has a limited selection of designs. Also a beautiful garden center with affordable plants.

This is the best home depot. The customer service is awesome.

Would be 5star but today was 2nd time the return people try to short change me. 2 weeks ago was 100 dollars... yes i said 100.00. I had to come back to have them do a recount on their register... today was a couple of dollars. Just make sure to count your change when checking out. Simple fix would be train employees to count back change like the old days. Hope they listen to constructive criticism.

This is the worst place to go to if you need help. Employees who dont ignore you dont know where items are. When you finally get someone to help its not their department and you end up looking for someone else. If you go know where what you re getting is. They have great products and sadly horrible service.

Our go to store for home improvement projects. What’s there to say except you can find almost anything you need for a home repair project. The staff in the rental department are friendly and knowledgeable.

Well stocked location. Just dont expect plumbing help on busy weekends.

Thank you for being what I needed

I needed an air purifier for my wife to help her with her allergies. I called the store to find out if they had an air purifier. Someone told me they had one in stock and was going to check. She put me on hold for about 15 minutes and I never got an answer. I went into the store and they had five of them on display with no others in stock. I asked somebody if I could buy the floor model and waited about 10 minutes. A very pleasant woman helped me and was finally able to get an answer from a manager who said “no.” I overheard them saying that it throws off their numbers. So basically what I got from that was their numbers first, customers after that. That’s why they got a one star rating.

I hadn’t been to the La Habra store since before the holidays, and from the moment I pulled into the parking lot I was pleasantly surprised. The garden section looked fantastic before I even walked in, once inside, everything was so pleasing to the eye, not to mention, how well the products were displayed. I’m not sure if there is new management, or just what the change might be, but the improvements were impressive and as a consumer at that store since they opened, all I can say is BRAVO and keep up the good work. The efforts are noted and appreciated!

Curb side pickup went smoothly. I am recovering from some injuries so this is a welcomed option.

A well run Home Depot that follows the standard Covid-19 pandemic rules and guidelines.

Went online to order firewood, web showed 30+ bundles available so ordered 8. Waited several hours for email that order was ready, only to have order canceled as they were out of stock. How do you allow your inventory to be that far inaccurate? Why did it take that long to find out and notify customer? Badly run, poor customer service, will not use them at all!

Staff is always helpful so Im done quickly

My experience at Home Depot at first was really good the one gentleman that cuts the wood did a fantastic job he was patient and really providing good service another gentleman by the name of Ben helped us with purchasing a desktop unfortunately I wasnt able to get the managers name which totally dropped the ball we needed a price on the desktop and that manager took forever to get a surprise when he didnt tell us that we could just walk up with the manual that was on the desk and take it up front to the register and they would get the price there so we waited for about 30 minutes unfortunately he was distracted buy a another customer and he didnt bother to come back to us so overall I gave it a 3-star rating I was tempted to give it a two-star but the other two gentlemen were very helpful.

Im a fluid art painter and the home depot carries so many supplies for my craft. I definitely recommend shopping at the home depot for art supplies.

We went to two different Home Depot stores and found this one to be relatively stocked with items we wanted. I love Home Depot, it offers so many selections to choose from at great prices.

I dont know what the deal is with these guys but everytime I go in this store, no one helps me. Today I went to buy supplies to build a garden box, I was willing to spend money on blocks and lumber I also needed sealant and supplies for the application of the sealant and soil, unfortunately all I could get was gloves because that was all I could find, I bring up the pictures on their website of what Im looking for and ask two people both send me a direction to go by myself and dont come along to help find the items one told me he would be there in a minute but never showed and after ten minutes I gave up, after they were incorrect about where the items were and no one would help me I left spending only $7.00 and with no supplies. I guess I will just go to a smaller store to get what I need cause home depot doesnt want to sell anything, dont go here

Like always went into Home Depot got a few things, people were wearing there mask lines were moving fast. Just one question has Home Depot ever given money to Trumps campaign. This is what IAM hearing!!? Anybody out there know? I like to know.

This home Depot has one of the best layouts as well as having a rental center and is conveniently located off of harbor and Lambert I do find that the entrance from harbor is terrible if you are headed southbound. Staff are helpful and friendly really like the lumber department here has quite a bit more than the La Mirada store about the same size maybe a little smaller than the Brea store but I cant say for certain.
