Ask for Sean DeCosta new vehicle sales! I had never purchased from Kokomo Honda before and stopped in to browse their inventory. Sean came outside an introduced himself. Great buying experience!! Fair, local, exceptional attention to detail & follow up, down to earth, consistent. Ill definitely be back and will work with Sean again. Happy new Honda Pilot owner. Additionally, Dustin was great to work with in Finance. Signing was quick and transparent.CC

They tuned up the car with new rear brakes, fluid flushes, airbag replacement (due to a recall), oil change, and tire rotation. Okey-dokey place to take your Honda or Toyota for service.

Service station is terrible. When in for a diagnostic, they reset the computer instead. Had to go back in for a diagnostic and they won’t refund my money for their mistake. They keep telling my husband and I 2 different things. They didn’t test drive the vehicle after resetting the computer and whatever they did caused my vehicle to have more issues. If I wouldn’t have called my husband after leaving and not even drive 1/2 a mile down the road, we would be out a vehicle. Poor, poor service.

After a minor misunderstanding that occurred between the Service Department workers and I, the manager Maddie Barton took the time out of her day to make things right. She was polite, understanding, professional, and went out of her way to ensure I received the service I needed done on my Accord.I also would like to say a big thank you to Ben, one of the mechanics working at Kokomo Honda. He took a chunk of his time to test drive my Accord, identify the problem, inform me that the issue will be fixed under warranty (free of charge), and then lastly fix it in a timely manner. Ben also went out of his way to answer other miscellaneous questions I had about my Accord.All in all, this is great Honda dealership filled with very knowledgable and professional workers!

I began my experience with Kokomo Honda online through their website a week or so ago. I was contacted by Sales agent Sean DeCosta by the phone shortly after and after talking to him and text made the beginning of the buying process easy. We set up a time to come in and test drive not only the Honda Civic (which we bought) but other vehicles we asked to test drive. At no time was he pushy or tried to up sale us. He know our needs and limits financially and work with us. Sean was very knowledge and willing to help. I would recommend Kokomo Honda for you car shopping needs and to work with Sean with your next car purchase.

I bought a used 2014 Toyota Avalon from this place. Nick was the salesperson. I cant speak highly enough about my experience. My prior car was involved in a wreck and I needed a replacement asap. Since I live in Cincinnati, I was planning to take a bus to Indiana to go Kokomo Honda to purchase the vehicle that I was interested in. Nick sent a driver from the dealership all the way to my house to pick me up (2 hours away). The whole process was really quick. I bought over 6 vehicles within the last 5 years and I never care to leave a review. But I had to for Kokomo Honda. Wish you much success Nick Teeter in your endeavors. Going forward, Ill always check with you first prior to buying any cars. You earned it :)

Part #1 : I wish I could give zero stars. I havent even had my truck 2 weeks and the frame is rusting through, I can put my finger through it is so weak. I have a plethora of other problems with this truck. I was screwed over by them several years ago and swore I would never go back. My husband is much more forgiving, he likes the truck but is sick the frame is compromised. The truck is 13 years old and I expect rust BUT not to the extent we are afraid to drive it now. I called their service department yesterday to tell them the frame is rusted horribly and I got the typical well, so and so will call you, our customers happiness is #1 evidently now. I havent received any phone calls. I guess I have to pursue this further.Part #2: After speaking with Greg Landwerlin, he solved our issue. He is honest and has integrity. We are highly satisfied! if you are looking for a vehicle, please talk to Greg! Thank you Greg! you are awesome!!

I do not recommend this store for car maintenance service, since they didnt do their responsibility fixing my car properly. I was a customer here for 5 years, until I make a brake pad change here. Ever since that, my car had some odd sound. I bring the car back to them and ask to fix them, and the check result is all good. They mentioned the sound is probably due to the new brake pad, which will wear off over time. After a half year, the issue remains, and the regular check result from them is still all good. I moved to other state, and the new dealer take a look and found the brake pad and rotor is not installed properly, which will cause friction and vibration. The replacement cost me $850. They didnt do their due diligent to understand the problem in your car and try to fix them, and I have to pay from the consequence. From a customer perspective, this is definitely not a pleasant experience, so I dont recommend this store to anyone.

Buyers be ware. This shop is a classic example of a dealership trying to take advantage of the uniformed consumer. Prices for services are way out of whack. They will also try to get you sold on unneeded services and up charges. Very disappointing. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Our Honda Odyssey has a recent breakdown and needed repair. I spoke with Jason over the phone to work out the service order and got a quote for the price. When the work was completed, I came in to pick the vehicle up. The invoice price was off from the quote price. Before I could blink Jason, Christy (I believe that’s her name) and the GM had it worked out. I didn’t have to meet them somewhere in the middle and they made my experience very positive. You’ve earned my business. Thank you.

We have not bought a car yet. However, Brayden did a fantastic job with making sure that all of our questions were answered and doing all he could to find what we are looking for. We drove over an hour to get to this dealership, but working with Brayden made it worth it!!

I got my break work done here. After that, I started to have a problem in high speed. I brought my car to Honda dealership in Fisher and found out that axle nuts were not properly secured when the break work was done. It could kill our whole family. It is outrageous!!!

They gave me the wrong info for the recall notice so instead of making a doctors appointment I had to cancel and it cost me 80$ they said a rental would be at no cost to me not its a 50$ hold on a debit card i was shocked to be treated so when the recall notice said at no cost to me

My dad bought me a car here, and it took about 4 hours to do the paperwork and wait for the finance guy. I literally was there for 4 hours. But their salesman Justin was very pleasant to deal with even though my dad was not being pleasant to say the least. Would buy a car from them again, especially from Justin, but I would hope they would have a 2nd finance guy by then because 4 hours is too long, even when buying a car.

Useless. Parts and service departments are closed on Saturdays. If you work Monday - Friday this means buying parts online or driving much farther away to a dealership that has Saturday hours.
