I can’t thank Kyle enough for all his help in checking my daughter’s car. I’m 2 hours away and felt helpless not knowing if it was her alternator/battery or just a simple fuse. He went above and beyond!!! Great customer service even with a follow up call to inform me on what the diagnosis was. He was very helpful and knowledgeable!! Today I needed wipers. Went in and the clerk found what I needed quickly and even came out to put on the wipers. Great company fantastic customer service.

My husband usually takes care of all my auto stuff but I really needed new wipers on my van but he had been busy. So I decided to go to Auto Zone to get them. The gentleman that waited on me was so very helpful. He even put them all on for me. Super helpful amd very nice. It was cold and windy and he didnt complain one bit and was nice and polite the whole time. Thank you to this nice young man.

Needed my check engine light put on the scanner so I could see why it was on but due to the corona virus they couldnt do it. Told me I could do it myself and to connect it under the dash....somewhere. It would have helped if they had told me where to find the connection. I went to Advanced Auto and they took care of it.

The store manager help me. He came out and tested my battery. It had a bad cell and I bought a new one. He was very pleasant and professional. He removed my old battery and installed my new one and I was on my way in a short period of time. I was very pleased with my service.

Like most Autozone establishments they have a pretty good selection of items needed for your car. I was impressed with the staff, they were helpful and direct regarding pricing. I didnt end up buying from them but I would absolutely go back if I needed something because of their candid assessment of what I needed and what they had (both stock wise and price wise).

A good place to get car parts. Staff are generally quite knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable. Local selection varies considerably, but if it isnt in stock, they can usually get it fairly quickly.

When the manager Ben is working everything goes quick and easy. The other guys screw up everything. When we deal with Ben we are there for 5 minutes. Anyone else it is a 20 minute ordeal. Good store if you already know exactly what you want.

Incredible service. Week before went to a competitor and had a completely opposite experience. Greeted warmly, helped choosing some wipers, then despite the cold rainy weather was offered to install them for free. Would give them five stars, but has some work to do with LGBTQ/HRC issues.

I often wear a backpack when I ride my motorcycle as its my only means of stowage. For years, Ive worn it everywhere, grocery shopping, convenient stores, liquor store, even my bank and the BMV! And not once has it ever been mentioned. Until the Jerk behind the counter at AutoZone stopped in the middle of helping another person to inform me that Id have to leave my backpack, that was securely strapped to my back, up there on the front counter with them while I was in the store. And I almost complied because another employee had already told me where the item I was looking for was, but thatnkfully, I thought about it a second more, and said I will just buy it somewhere else then. It wasnt a cheap part that I was buying, and I wouldve lost sleep that night if Id gave them my money.But what may be more relevant to those without backpacks is that right next door is a way better store, ran by a far superior company, with way better service and inventory... Oreilly Auto Parts!! They even carry a selection of parts and supplies that are exclusively for Motorcycles, like break shoes, oil filters, batteries, and more!! Try asking that bellend at AutoZone for break pads for your bike and see how much help he is.
