I went to Discount because I thought I needed a new tire. Turns out my valve stem that I was having installed on a different tire was the culprit. I was at a racing event when my TPMS system started affecting my traction control. Called them and pulled up 15 minutes later, Dakota was in the parking lot waiting for me. In and out in less than 10 mins. Dakota is the man, highly recommend.

Came there looking for a tire they didnt normally carry and looking for wheels as well...they ordered everything and got everything taken care of in 5 days or so I took my truck in for an install of everything... when they opened one of the wheel it had come damaged so they told me and ordered a new one And then called when it came in and got me taken care of a few days later and fixed the problem in an hr or so...really good experience Appreciated their level of professionalism and customer care.👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Bought two Pirelli run-flat tires last year and two more at the end of March, 2021. The rear tire sensors notified me of low pressure, so I called and the folks at Discount Tire told me to come on in. I did, and the checked all the tires and topped up the ones that needed it free of charge. Good to know theyre there when you need them.

Tire stores in Kokomo are so busy some dont even answer the phone! You can make an appointment for a scheduled time or when they can fit you in, you drop off your vehicle and they will get it done. Staff is extremely busy, be patient and they will take care of you.

They were great. They found the tire sensor problem and made it right although I had to go to another or different Discount Tire store in another city because the first one, the guy was blowing smoke at me because he didnt know how to sink the tire sensors they sold me.

Completely disappointed! We have rims and wanted to use a reputable business to mount tires that we have already purchased so we came to Discount. When my husband dropped it off he told them he trusted them to not mess anything up and was assured all is well and that he would receive a phone call when its ready, so the guy calls says its done and asks what to do with the keys because theyre closed they discussed that and hung up. Upon my husbands arrival he finds only 3 of our 4 tires on truck with a very very different 4th tire and every single rim has gouges in them!!! Nothing was said at all about any of this when the guy called to say it was done.. closed shop and left it like that!! SMH

I went to a competitor (where I purchased my tires) to get a tire repaired that had a fast leak. I had to book an appointment 4 days out. I called Discount and they said they we get it fixed that day as long as I made it before close. They said they would stay late to get me back in the road. I will be back for all my tire needs regardless of any price difference. Good job team Discount!

I live 40 minutes from here but its the closest discount tire near me and i paid for extra insurance..they tell me it will probably take an hour to get my tire patched and i say ok Ill be in there..thinking they would put me in some kind of que..and when I get there they tell me its going to take 5 hours to get a tire patched..i wouldnt have risked driving 40 minutes one way if i knew i had to sit there for 5 hours.

My place for life! Always busy but worth any wait you experience. One time I had only enough money to buy two tires and so when the gentleman said it wasnt safe to put two old ones back on I about cried. He said hang on a minute. He went to the back, looked thru trade ins and found two tires that would work. He gave them to me, installed them, all for free!! I felt they actually cared about me and my safety! If you buy the guarantee, which is very inexpensive, they replace tires for free! They keep your history on file which is helpful when trying to know what to buy. HIGHLY recommend!

Rotate and balance on all four tires. In and out of the store in less than 25 minutes. I was pretty impressed with that. And they save me from having to go get my car aligned. I thought my car really needed a line but apparently my tires were just out of balance real bad. The best part was I paid for this 2 years ago when I bought the warranty with my tires. Customer service was great! They have fast service I dropped my car off thinking it was going to be a hour but it took 15 minutes thats even with 3 people that was in front of me! My battery was dead when I went and picked it up but they were very helpful and helped me out

Normally I love this tire store. This time, after telling me on the phone that they had what I needed @$51/tire, suddenly, when I got 2the store, they wouldnt work. But the $80/tire would. Then I watch as all the work bays were empty, with employees standing around with hands in pockets, while my job sat outside the door. Not happy about this experience at all!

This location is great. They helped me with a flat, fixed it up and I was on my way. I was from out of town and came in late afternoon and they could have easily pressured me into 4 new tires instead of patching the old one. I appreciate their honest professional and attentive service. I would definitely go back!

This place is very unprofessional....Its play time in this shop.So, be prepared to wait......I will not come back here for anything.I wish I could post a video to show you the work ethic here.. I would be embarrassed if I was the manager.But who knows, the manager must be unprofessional to allow the employees to act like children.Your better off going somewhere else.

I needed a rotation and also had a slow leak in one of my tires. I called and got in immediately and Nathan was the one that assisted me. He had a great attitude and my car was in and out in a short time. I have bought my last 2 sets of tires from them and have had no complaints about the service or the attendants. Beware: They are not cheaper if you include the hidden $25/tire mounting fee. The tire dont do me much good unless theyre on the car. Then we include the add-on scams like: your tire pressure sensors are bad. We have new ones for $75/tire. They dont need removed, just put the tire on the rim. I replaced 2 of them less than 6 months before this. I have to throw down the BS card! Ive been working on vehicles my whole life. Buyer beware!!

They didnt correctly balance my wheels and tires that I just bought. When I took my truck back up to be fixed they did a poor job taking off the old weights scratching the new wheels in the process. They ordered all new for me and fixed the problem but I had to wait another week. It was an inconvenience. When you spend over 3k on wheels and tires you expect nothing less than the best service. They did make it right in the end though.

These people will repair and/or sir up your tires at no cost even if its not their tire! Good prices on new tires too. Outstanding.

Just went in a couple of minutes ago. They fixed my two back tires (had nails in them) Absolutely free of charge! This was all while they were super busy! Genuinely friendly people.
