Walked in and got fast friendly service. Did some quick shopping, and my car was ready in about 20 minutes. Quick, easy and inexpensive. Will definitely be back.

Great service just what I asked for but the wait to get my car in was slow techs standing there chatting was why they lost a star!!

It seems like it would be convenient to get auto care services why you shop. But there is no appointment and you might be waiting for 2 hours and never know what to expect when you show up and if you do your shopping while you wait you cant get shopping cart out back door where you parked. I found it easier just to pay a little more and get more services like engine problems suggested issues without going for a dealer quote. Mind u it was just real people suggesting what problems could be so I had ideas where to go after that.

This one is decent, and theres a good group of guy working back there. The reason for 4 stars is because of the waiting upon arrival in that department. No-one at the counter. But its Walmart, so I guess thats to be expected since its kind of the norm for Walmart.

Too busy to get you in ever especially without an appointment but after your told they are too busy to get you in and repeatedly see 4 or 5 workers doing nothing standing around and not a single car Im the shop I mean literally all bays were empty you began to wonder... To busy or you already serviced x amount of cars which is your quota for the day theyre all parked outside in the parking lot and yall just dont feel like doing more is that what it really is?

I was there from 5 minutes before my appointment time of 10 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.Was told it would only take 1 hour 15 minutes.

Service was great but when I got home my hubcap had fallen off. I do not blame the kid who worked on it but the cheap design by Toyota. Not the first time. Would have gave you 4 stars but now I have to replace a 100 dollar hubcap. Once again the young man who changed my tires out was a good worker.

Never answer phone slow

Certainly not my 1st choice. Hardly any waiting space, not accurate in time stated for service. When I went to my car they had thrown items out of passenger seat over by door, maybe by fast driving or turns? One was a book, I take great care of my books, never even look used after I have read, my book was bent, cover folded backwards. I spent a few minutes retrieving items from floorboard, by door, and off ground where they fell when I opened passenger door.

I took my car to Walmart to get tires. I had a small antifreeze leak because of overheating and I sat in my car until it stopped and turned off my fan. when I was in the store picking out my tires one of the techs came in saying my car was spewing antifreeze all over the place which was a lie. when I asked him what I could do to get tires he told me to go some place else, which I did. He was the RUDEST person I have ever come in contact with. I will never go to Walmart tire & lube again if I could give it a half a star I would

2 hr wait but i was not suprised since it was a sunday and they were the only place open for an oil change. The gentleman who took care of my car was very knowledgeable and dif a great job!! Very friendly and informative.will continue to come here for my oil changes!

NEVER again! I’ve gone to Walmart a few times in the past for their tires bc of the prices. Today proved it wasn’t worth the headache! I presented to Walmart at noon and was told they were behind. I called ahead to ensure they had what I was looking for and the price. I waited two hours and was finally paged to only be told that they didn’t have my tire size available. A waste of two hours of my Saturday!

Went in for a oil change, next day my father in-law noticed I was leaking oil, had it checked out and they cracked my oil pan. Now I have to pay 100.00 more to fix the issue. I will not be returning due to this incident.

Unbelievable. Let my car for a tire change, got a call saying they couldnt do it, went back to get my car, and they had closed early because it was a Saturday and I couldnt get my keys. An hour later and Im STILL trying to find someone to give me my keys so I can just get my car back. In the mean, the tired still needs changed. Seriously?

Got tired of waiting for someone to even wait on me at the service desk. After 30 minutes I went to jiffy lube...bottom line is I spent more time waiting at Walmart than it took from start to finish at jiffy. Price difference was maybe 5 bucks. Lesson learned!

I have been here for about 4 hours for a head light bulb and when they got done i had to walk around my car and then take it back to them because the head light was not all the way in. The guy that was working on it said it was like that and he tried to fix it. I took them a brand new car that wasnt like that after about 5 mins of me yelling they are now trying to fix it

Didnt even want to give one star but i had too!! Take your car or truck to a garage that actually cares about you as a person!! The staff are badly trained and rude and their knowledge of vehicles is worryingly low!! Stay away you dont waste your time....

I will not be going back to the Wal-Mart Auto Center. There are many other places to go in Kokomo for an oil change and tires. This one is at the bottom of the list!

We were able to have our car serviced quickly, workers were friendly, and price was reasonable.

Bought my tires here. Had 2 flats in 2 years and they fixed it at no cost. Seems to be understaffed. Walmart employees have always been great, its the trashy customers who make bad experiences happen.

Horrible customer service on managers part. Waiting 1.5 hours just to get a lube check and pay for oil change and battery exchange

Couldnt even get the lug nuts off my car. Nwver answers their phones either. Waiting over an hour just to be told they couldnt get the tire off.

I order tires 6 days ago they finally came in, then they took my car in to put tires on the car was on the rack for 3 hours they finally put the tires on, they had 4 people in the shop only 2 of them was working on the cars, worst service ever, I should of gone elsewhere, I will next time for sure, tire barn anywhere but here, didnt new Val stem, Im afraid to go back, seriously

A lot of stuff out of stock oil filters, oil somebody is not paying attention to what isnt on the shelves.

Took almost 2 hours for 2 front tires. Nothing special about this place....

Got here at 7am when they open. I was first person in line for an oil change. I am still here and its 8:45 am. Really an hour and 45 minutes for an oil change.
