They were very friendly and knowledgeable about the equipment. I will be using them again and would highly recommend them to anyone.
Great service department. Quick turnaround on my Echo equipment. Have been my go-to for my lawn equipment.
Best place in East Tennessee to buy Gravely mowers and parts and to get mower repair and service.
Bought a cheap used mower from them without a warranty knowing if something happened it would be on me. Well when I mowed my yard I noticed one of the blades wasnt turning fast enough to cut. I called them thinking I was going to order a belt from them but instead they told me they would come pick it up in the morning and make sure its working right. They came and picked it up like they said they would and dropped it back off 2 or 3 hours later running and cutting like a new machine. They are stand up people with old school customer service that you cant find anymore. Extremely pleased and will for sure do all my business with them in the future.
Very helpful people with my problems on a old Gravely mower
Great experience purchasing my new mower followed by excellent service every time it’s needed. Highly recommend!
I am surprised to read all of the bad reviews since I called for a part that was discontinued for my mower and they went above and beyond to help me find the part. Its true that one bad customer will tell a hundred and one satisfied customers only tell a few. I am Highly satisfied and will recommend them to everyone!
Customer service is extremely lacking. Husband and I walked in prepared to purchase a mower but couldnt get any assistance. We were in the store for 10 minutes. No one even acknowledged our presence. This is not a big store. There were several employees in there talking to each other. Surely someone couldve asked if we needed some help. Well take our money elsewhere.
A year ago we bought a maruyama weed eater from them. Weed eater ran great for a year. It had to go go in for service. When I dropped it off the technician was told the following: it needs an air filter, a spark plug more than likely, and whatever is causing it to not idle correctly fixed. It was in picked up and supposedly fixed. Got it back out on a job site. Boy were we surprised. It ran an hour-and-a-half had the exact same issue. Take it back in the technician takes it to the back and says oh theres no air filter in it...Much to my surprise when it was brought out to us the first time the technician never put in it. This machine was under factory warranty when it was originally serviced. after an hour of them wasting my time looking for the ticket that evidently was not either written up or filed incorrectly...I call the guy that happens to be one of the owners out over the fact that the machine was given back to us without an air filter in it, resulting in voiding the warranty.he politely informs me that we voided the warranty the minute we took the shield off of the head. understanding that we are a commercial company and this is a commercial warranty for two years on this piece of machinery.. this should not even be an issue let alone a conversationI asked him at that point do they not have a standard check all machines to make sure things like this do not happen.. his answer know its different for every machine we dont have standardized checks. So that said I want very angry customer at that point told him what I thought of him voiding the warranty on the motor do to it not having a debris shield on it. for those of you that dont know out there having the shield on it only can screw up the gearbox at the end of it has nothing to do with compression on the motor. This was not a reason to void the warranty or to not service it. this was simply they screwed up ruined a $400 + machine and now will not stand behind their work.If I were you I would go anywhere other than to l&m service.the second piece of equipment that was there I took it in and told them more than likely the clutches were locked up on it as it happened to be a chainsaw. Two weeks later I called to check on it and it was not done the technician said it needed an air filter far cry from the clutches. Two weeks later during the above incident I asked him where my chainsaw was and if it was done.... A different technician comes out and says its the clutches. So after a scolding over the fact that it was clutches that we were waiting on for a couple weeks and the wait could have been completely curtail I could have just went and got a different chainsaw.Mauryama is a good product dont misunderstand me. Just understand the technicians here suck. And the owner does not hold his people accountable. more importantly when they damaged something they certainly dont get held accountable instead they want to claim that something has voided the warranty that has nothing to do with what it was brought in for.Enclosing either pay the extra money and go to stihl or go to the dealer in Crossville if you are in the Knoxville Tennessee area
Horrible hours. I dont know how someone who works M-F is supposed to do business with these folks without taking off time from work during the week The Internet is going to kill small businesses like this that dont go out of their way to offer convenient hours or suberb customer service, and this place has neither.
PURCHASED A PROTURN 460 HERE ONE OF THE HIGHER END MOWERS.HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE,HOWEVER AFTER 1 YR AND 34 HRS THE ENGINE FAILED.I RETURNED THE MOWER AND IT DID TAKE SOME TIME APROX 2 MONTHS BUT THE EMPLOYEES AND OWNER WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE I RECEIVED A BRAND NEW ENGINE AT NO CHARGE.THANKS GUYS HOPE I NEVER NEED ANOTHER MOWER BUT IF I DO I WILL COME BACK.
Bought a Spartan SRT-XD 61 ....Chris and the guys were great...delivered it quickly and gave me some great advice as to using the new mower. Highly recommend L&M and the Spartan products as well.
The guys here were very friendly and was very willing to help you
I was in there once and I got the same treatment the other lady writing had. No one seemed to care about service. Had to bang about and yell when finally someone decided to help. Ask if they had a fairly common part and they did not. Had to order it and it would take time and the cost was about triple what I could get it from another dealer farther out. So there went a long drive. Oh well. Now that was first of spring, perhaps they have changed, who knows.
Very nice people
Good people.
I have purchased two, 460 zero turn mowers from these fine folksthere price was competitive, there sales and service team has been more than I could expect,Ill buy my next mower there if I ever wear one of these out !!!
Takes forever, they never call to update you on your mower and when you do call, it takes them forever to find someone who knows what’s going on with it. Plus they don’t do what they say they will. Save your money and go somewhere else!
Great people fair prices
Always ready to help.
Its an okay spot in a pinch
