Took my Sthil Pro Weed eater in to be repaired because it wouldnt start (no spark.) They called me a week later and said the ignition coil, carb, gas lines, and something else all needed to be replaced. With the parts needed, plus labor, it was going to cost more than a new similar Sthil weed eater. Cost me $60 to get told it was basically worthless. Went on amazon and bought a new ignition coil for $15 and it fired right up second pull and runs great. Not sure I would take anything else to them for repair since they dont seem to know how to diagnose something as simple as a bad ignition coil.
I have been coming here for years, bought a 425 tractor with 40 loader yesterday, very smooth transaction and a more than fair price. Love dealing with these guys! I will he back! Ag-pro recently bought them out but still the same small town dealership feeling. Thanks
These guys are great, they always have exactly what I need for Stihl chainsaws, John Deere tractors. They are a parts / Service dealer. I am always treated well, great store!
Wayne Davis and his staff are great people to do business with.
Called to get a price on having my mower blades sharpened. Price was fair, but as soon as I informed the lady on the ohone that my mower was not a John Deere, they said they dont service Cub Cadet. I understand that, but really, tou cant remove and sharpen blades on a different brand. I was then told they had 100 John Deeres sitting there waiting to be done. Guess I will take my business elsewhere.
Jason is very helpful!
Honest, professional & very helpful. Owner treats his employees really well. I like spending my money in a business that knows the importance of its employees.
Great
The staff was friendly and took the time to meet your needs. Great place to have your John Deere worked on.Santa gives them a two thumbs up rating!
I have now had 5 different John Deere lawn tractors repaired at Farragut Lawn and Tractor-Excellent Sales and Service. Wayne Davis and his complete staff -including the technicians-have raised Customer Service to a new level. Great Job!
Love going there. They are always helpful and dont mind my questions. Bought a gator there and they were great.
An unacceptable retail experience. As e-commerce grows to farm and home/garden needs, I truly hope this retailer takes a fall. I support local business when they are willing and able to provide a shopping experience and customer support that is unmatched by the digital era. Save your time and money do not support this business.
Great friendly customer service. They take time to explain things when you have questions about parts and/or service. I pass two other shops to go to come here but its worth it as they have always been honest about what they do to my equipment.
Have always had good experience and service with this business, as have many in my neighborhood. Always ready to help however possible, even when slammed with work. Good parts inventory, as well. Glad they are there...
Extremely rude and unreasonable. Would rather protect his own interest rather than seeing where he was wrong and admitting his mistakes and taking responsibility to correct the issue. I will never do business with someone who is not as concerned about me as about himself in a situation.
I stopped in looking for help. I needed a new belt for my mower deck but didn’t know how to get the belt off to replace it. The guy behind the counter was nice enough to print out a diagram that wasn’t very helpful. I told him I have the whole mower deck in my truck in the parking lot. I asked if someone could just come out and pout with their finger which bolt on which pulley I needed to take off to remove th belt. He said I’m not pulling guys off their job for that. So I asked a price on the belt and if I could find it anywhere cheaper or if it was a specific size that only JD makes. He said $25 and yes it probably is But sounded not too sure. I figured out with some help on my own how to get it off and bought a belt at ace hardware right across the street for $9.
This is a first class and great company. Today I purchased my first John Deere and highly recommend Farragut Lawn and tractor as a dealer that provided best in class customer service.
I found that the owner of the business is the worst person to deal with ever. On more than one occasion he has proven to be very difficult. I would recommend the drive to Marryville to Richie Tractor. Much Nicer! And they actually appreciate your business.
Beware! They’ll find a way to void your warranty.
Great place
Friendly staff. Ive purchased quality John Deere, Honda, and Stihl products from them. They service these products well. They also have a large stock of parts.
Great staff! Excellent products.

Best place to buy an eXmark mower. Best service anywhere!!!
Always does a great service on my mower.
Took whole deck in for blades. Didnt charge labor for removal or to reinstall.
They have a great service dept
Great parts person
Worst treatment I have ever received. Owner is very rude! He cussed me and hung up on me while I was trying to get information on a repair and warranty claim. I will never buy another John Deere again!
Always too busy to work on mowers dont ever take in a Scag because they will not work on it.
Good good great
