Its nice to have a few businesses that want to help the customer, and tractor supply in Halls is one of them. I prefer this store over rural scheme aka rural king any day. Im glad I have no trouble using my tax exemption here unlike some other competitors. (Rural scheme) Staff is always friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help. Prices are also half way descent too.

This was the only store that had the mower we were interested in purchasing plus they allowed us to use their trailer free. Alyssa and Trey were fantastic in helping us get checked out, purchasing what was needed for maintenance, and helping us get it loaded. I cannot say enough about their professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to go above and beyond on customer service. Even though they are about an hour away from us, I would shop here because of them! Thank you both SO much for everything!

Just went and had two propane tanks filled, and the young lady Andrea I think her name was was spectacular in the customer service department. The cashier needed help with an item and she quickly hopped up and took care of it. If more companies Had employees like that. The world would be awesome 😂

Ive been trading with this store for quiet some time. Ive never received any sort of discount or coupon and I spend at least $200 to $300 twice a month. If Im not going into this location, Im ordering online products. Membership isnt worth it

I love Tractor Supply but I wish they could keep my cat food in stock. The big bags. They’re out more often than they have it in stock. 70% of the time I have to make an extra trip to a competitor to find it.Biggest complaint is checking out. Staffing up to check customers out seems to be an afterthought. There will be a huge line and they’ll close one of the two registers. Are you kidding?Just the check out process itself seems to be cumbersome too. If there’s one or two folks or no one in line it still takes significant time.Also, when I’ve been waiting ten minutes to check out, it isn’t a good time to try and get me to sign up for your club. I just want to pay and leave.

This place kills ducks. With the exception of the cashiers, the staff here are also very rude.I bought some ducklings from here, and they failed to mention a huge amount of their stock had died spontaneously. Turns out that in addition to keeping livestock in cruel conditions, their ducks had an extremely deadly disease. Instead of doing anything to fix this, they sold the rest of their stock anyways. Now the rest of my flock is at risk. Dont buy from here.

They had the buckets I needed for my tomatoes at the right price. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

They closed at 7:55 tonight *Friday June 19th 2020. We went in 7 minutes before closing and the guy made sure to tell us they were closing very soon. They did help us with our stuff but they need to close at 8? I will give 4 stars though for them actually getting us our stuff. (We got 30 7ft post out in the outdoor section) and right after checking out (7:54) the guy tells the cashier (girl) to go ahead and close up. He was out the door and in his car leaving at 8:02. (We were in parking lot strapping down post)

STAY AWAY FROM CUB CADET!We purchased a 50 inch cut rider at tractor supply in Halls TN. A little over a year ago. Also purchased 199.00 extended warranty. Extended warranty already denied 3 claims. Only 60 hours on mower. Carburetor needs replaced extended warranty denied claim. Said manufacturer warranty is still in affect. Manufacturer warranty denied claim also. They said Kohler warranty dont kick in till 3rd year. Stay away from cub Cadet. Taking info to better business bureau! My mower was in shop for 2 months waiting on desision. Have it home now

Showed a mower online and it was a returned mower. Drove 45 minutes to pick it up, just to find out it wasnt available.

The store is very well stocked and the staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. The prices are great. We support 15 chickens 16 ducks 9 rabbits and three dogs from this place due to quality of product and prices. We are here at least twice a week and love going. We always find great items and unique things that are fun and helpful. Love the selection of flannels and outdoor clothing as well. Cant say enough positive things about it...

A really well stocked, great country store for anything you’d need for your farm/country home. Kind, friendly, helpful staff too. I highly recommend this store over other agriculture/farm supply stores much closer to my house that aren’t stocked well like this store.

Tsc truck tool boxes are junk. Employees are super nice!

The workers are awesome nice and sometimes dont know if they have the things that you are looking for so they take you over to the terminal and you find what you are looking for and sometimes the terminal says they have it at that store so they take you out to the back of the store and they help you find it then you go buy the item the you go on with your day.

Farm specific merchandise and great prices. Not really for browsers but if you know what you need, you know to come here. Helpful staff who are more than willing to go above and beyond on a regular basis.

A Wal-Mart like store on steroids!

Pam and her staff are Super Friendly and very Helpful to me. I had a car accident a few years ago and am in a wheelchair. They go out of their way to help me with all of my needs.Awesome store and I Love going in there.I was in the store today and had a great experience.

They are generally pretty good here. I did have one employee try to tell me I couldnt fit a horse stall mat in my car. Otherwise I have always had positive interactions with staff.

Maynardville Hwy tractor supply worker named Gin was very rude when my husband asked about a chain saw. We have been customers over 15 years and today marks the end of that. We will take our business to CO-OP or Rural King.

Customer service section was very helpful about my Muck Boots I bought for work. Not cheap and no half sizes, so they guided me to the right size fitting.Checking out when more than moderately buddy was a bit of a wait. Nonetheless, great experience.

Called ahead to make sure they had a 150 roll of fence as it was a long drive. Spent 10 minutes on hold, was told they had it. I went to the store and guess what...they didnt have it. The lady said, well it could be on a truck on its way here. I said, then you dont have it. She said, I guess not. I asked if they would sell me 3 50 rolls for the price of the 150 roll. The lady rolled her eyes.Never go here. This place sucks.

Friendly folks. I purchased online and picked up in store. Was immediately greeted and directed to the service desk where a very nice man looked up our order and plucked our widget from the the backroom and put it in our car. Could not have been easier.

The store is always well stocked and the staff is helpful without harassing customers. I wish the aisles were a bit wider so you could comfortably pass another shopper with a cart, but overall everything is great. Unfortunately, I dont often want to drive 30 minutes from west Knox to buy chicken supplies.

Love shopping this store. So many options from tools, parts, and animal supplies. Generally its not easy finding an associate to help but its not too hard to find what youre looking for.

Halls location has great staff that are always helpful. I buy the 4-Health Little Bites dog food for my dogs. Only sold at Tractor Supply. No preservatives or grains. Its the ony dogfood mine will eat.

Customer service here is nonexistent. Management has no experience and generally does not care. Could be a good place to shop if not for those issues.

They seem to have everything I need. John has become mygo to person. His knowledge and customer service skills are a 10+ on a scale of 1 to 10.

Bad to have lines at checkout. Many times stock is absent on floor, but if asked about, they will bring some out for you. Would be nice if floor was constantly stocked.
