We had 3 bathroom mirrors and 2 showers installed in a new construction home. They are a very professional company. Tara was great to help guide us on our choices. Matt did an excellent job with the installation! We are so glad we went with the ultra-clear glass in the showers. Its nice not seeing the green color that we see in other showers. It was well-worth the extra cost. They look beautiful! We highly recommend Creative Reflections!

CRI is a great company to work with. They have great customer service and attention to detail. They are straight forward with lead times and do a great job.

We have used Creative Reflections twice now for replacement glass tops.The first was to replace a glass inlay that broke when my cat pulled a curtain rod off the wall and it crashed onto the table.The second was to make glass table tops for my mother’s new living room tables.We couldn’t be happier with their work! Their prices are fair; their measurements accurate and their staff always very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend without hesitation and plan to go to them again should the need arise.

They went above and beyond. We had a broken cabinet glass, and they were able to cut a new one quickly and reasonably priced. Recommended.

Edit: I should have mentioned we were asked to bring in a peice of the broken glass which we did. We were never told they couldnt make the glass. Why would I waste my own time?**We dropped off measurements and sent pictures of what we needed 2 weeks ago and havent heard back for an estimate. I have also called twice and left a voice mail each time with no return to call. I am shocked at the lack of customer service. The lady we spoke to originally was super nice and detailed. We had high hopes but there wasnt any follow through.

Had a full-size framed mirror made for my wife that was taller than me (Im 63) and they were very helpful in choosing a frame to go with it as I have no eye for design and very fair on pricing. They also have an awesome store mascot dog named Bailey. :)

The best experience and great customer service! We had to get a curved piece of glass made along with a mirror for a curio. From the first person we spoke to through the entire installation was awesome! ....not to mention during installation our electricity went out, so they worked by flashlight with no complaints...and quite ironically after they finished, we had electricity. Great attitude.... HIGHLY recommend!

Very helpful finding us find the right fit we were looking for

I drove 25 min. to get here. I pulled up at 4:54pm & online it says they close at 5. Theirs a dog at the door & the door was locked. I called multiple times & knocked. No one answered. If they’re going to close early, maybe put up a sign saying so....Or don’t ignore my calls & knocks when theirs cars out front. Very unprofessional
