They replaced two large patio door glasses in an hour! They are professional and courteous. The glasses are beautiful! We can now have a beautiful view!! Allied Glass is not worthy of one star but thats the only way one can review. Rusty Webb will not return phone calls nor is the receptionist competent enough to understand what you are communicating nor cares whether your call gets returned. They are only interested in the quick money and not interested in small work. They are manufacturers representatives and will not honor or represent. Make sure you contact any glass company other than Allied Glass. The sooner they go out of business the better another honorable and honest enterprise can prosper.

Mike and his crew at Allied cut some glass for shelving at our business and it is perfect. They were great with customer service, had a quick turnaround, and the shelving was exactly what we wanted.

I had to have 12 panels of glass cut for my outdoor lamp that had a slant shape and the ladies at the front desk were very nice.One of the ladies gave me a quote and a time of finished product.I picked up the glass and it was well cut and fit how it was needed.I will go to them if I need glass cut again.

This place is a joke ordered replacement glass for home window was told it would be in the next week and never had a call from them so called back about 2 weeks after ordered and was told it would be In The next week and again Becerra heard from anyone so call back yet again another 2 weeks later and was told it was on back order and they didnt know when it would be in dont waste your time this place

I received an estimate to replace four glass windows in February. Someone came out in May to measure the windows. They sent a crew out on August 15th to install the glass. One piece was installed. Two were the incorrect size, one is now installed with masking tape to keep out the rain as it is too small. The fourth was not installed because they did not bring the correct equipment. The installers damaged the moldings so they will have to be replaced. I called the company on Aug 15th and they were unaware the installers had a problem. To date, I cannot talked to anyone except the woman who answers the phone and no one else will call back. I would definitely NOT do business with them.

They will not return calls, show up to requested appointments, or deal with difficult projects. It sounds like this is a pattern when you read the other one star reviews. And yes, the receptionist is clueless.

They do excellent work and they do it quickly.
