The crew that installed our fence were hard workers and did an excellent job. They were diligent and and paid close attention to detail. We choose a French Gothic Scalloped wood privacy fence and it is beautiful. We have received several compliments on the fence since it was installed. Edith being our point of contact in the office, went out of her way to ensure that everything went smoothly. We would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a fence.

I had Factory to you fence install a 330 x 6ft privacy fence at my home in May of 2021. After having been quoted (and paid for) pressure treated wood. My fence was installed using dried and in some cases splitting wood. I was told by the installers that I would need to weather treat the fence immediately. When quoted, I was told it would take 2 yrs to season the wood before I would be able to treat. I requested the owner personally inspect the quality of the wood (which he would not) instead he involved and blamed his supplier. While I understand the situation that should not be my battle.. I promptly signed a contract with and paid Factory to You Fence almost 8k for warped and molding wood. The gates are sagging and the hardware is cheap. The company did replace a few of the worst boards,,ironically with pressure treated wood (which now does not match the rest of the fence ) I did not have a good experience rectifying this major issue and therefore cannot recommend this company. I used Factory to You Fence to install a chain link fence with four gates around about a third of an acre of land. The workers were on time, professional, friendly, and did a fantastic job. Ive waited about 5 months to do this review and the fence is still in great shape. They spent about 1 full day with the installation (split between two days), and did a good job cleaning up afterwards. The fence is sturdy and was positioned exactly as I had specified. I had a good experience with this company through the entire process; from receiving a quote to scheduling to installation and cleanup. I had four companies quote me for this job, and Factory to You Fence came in thousands less than the next lowest quote. I was a bit worried about the implications of going with the lowest bid, but so far Im not disappointed. I might be singing a different tune if this was a wooden fence (judging by some of the other reviews), but chain-link fences use standard, stock materials and are hard to mess up. I would definitely go with this company again for a chain-link fence.

Horrible company to work with. They no showed multiple times. I finally canceled my fence then they showed up and started to do the install without even asking. They broke my sprinkler and cut my AT&T fiber without ever calling 811 to mark utilities. The installers were great to deal with but the office was horrible. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere

Very awesome fence for an awesome price. Called three fence companies and Factory Fence to You was 2k lower so we went with them. The install crew was awesome and did an absolute fantastic job on the fence. Only reason why I cannot give 5 stars is one: they called and told me they couldnt do cedar which I requested the day of the estimate the day before the install and sold me on the pine they use. My family was in need of the fence so I agreed so we will see how it turns out. Second: the crew left my water hose on so be sure to check yours after they get done. Other than that check also the fine print terms on the estimate because it is actually the final contract.

This is the contractor for my fence purchased through Lowe’s, so I didn’t know what to expect. They were fantastic! Amanda in the office was timely and friendly in all our communications. Not only did she handle initial appointment scheduling, she called with arrival time updates as well. We were having a rainy/snowy day so I was expecting to have my install cancelled, but the crew showed up and worked through the weather. Miguel and his crew impressed me with their efficiency and skills. Even slogging through my mud they made the installation appear effortless. This was an 8’ high wood privacy fence on a slope. The project took 2 days to complete and both Miguel and Amanda were in touch with me about all the details. In a world where we’ve come to be content with a low level of customer service, Factory to You Fence reminded me what exceptional service is. I have already called Amanda to relay my appreciation, but I also wanted to put it in writing. Quality of materials and workmanship, professionalism, efficiency, friendliness...I got it all and wood recommend them without hesitation.

If I could give no stars I would sorry excuse for a fence company. Don’t waste your money . Do your homework.

Salesperson and office staff were Excellent!Mentioned some repairs needed and some shoddy install and construction done on completed project. They said they would get it handled. After a while a repair guy for them called me about the repairs. Several times the repair guy called me about coming by, schedule changed and last time he said he was going to come by he didnt. No call no reason. Now it looks like I am going to have another fence company come out and fix the fence the correct way seeing how the warranty period is up. Also never a invoice on completed repair with materials used. Very disappointed........

Caleb came out with a great quote on Thursday, I called Friday to get on the books, on Monday the crew arrived and completed 152 linear feet in one day! The fence looks great and my neighbor and I are very pleased with the quality of materials and workmanship.

This company came highly recommended. At first they were great, the salesman came out, we told him what we were looking for, and showed him a picture of what we wanted the back to look like. We were waiting on concrete to be installed prior to the fence. They told us to call when we were ready, they would keep our estimate on-file. We called about a month after the estimate to have them get started. The front office told us someone would call to let us know when they would start. No call, finally got the posts set, again someone will call to let us know when the boards would be going up, and again no call. We had to call multiple times just to get a timeframe. We took the salesmans advice for the top of the board on board, he claimed he had a great looking solution. He referred to it as crown molding for a fence. The installer showed up with 2x4s. We talked them into using actual fence material instead. Had we known what the end product would be, we would have kept the dog ear tops. Once the boards starting going up, the installer didnt have the correct material to finish out the back part of the fence. We called the salesman, and reminded him of the picture we had sent him. He apologized and said it was his fault he missed it. He then told us he would cover the extra cost for material since he missed it. Then the story changed and we had to pay all of it. Another set of installers came out to finish the back, but yet again didnt have enough material. This trend repeated itself again, numerous calls to the office. There is a complete lack of communication between the salesman and the installers, and even more lack between the company and the customer. I would not recommend this company at all.

Did not get my gates

Have had this company install fence at 3 properties since 2007. The first 2 installs were great and I couldnt have been happier. The current and third install is HORRIBLE!!!2 of the 3 gates were not available on the initial install and took me over a month of phone calls and basically begging to get them delivered and installed. Now one of the gates is rubbing the post and my 1 year warranty is up in a few weeks. I have been calling and asking them to send someone out to honor their warranty for the last 3 months and all I have had so far are many broken promises and have been talked to very unprofessionally over the phone. After being told many times someone was coming a very rude man told me Yeah, it aint even scheduled and I dont know when or if it will be we are short handed someone quit. I can only assume they are stalling until the warranty expires?A repeat customer gets treated this way? This is my 3rd and FINAL purchase from you.

Havent gone there yet

I recently got a fence put in my backyard to replace a chain link fence I had purchased from a big box retailer. The results of Factory to you Fence were amazing. I wish I could have went back in time and selected them first. They rates were even cheaper then the big box retailer but the quality was 10 times better. If you dont know who to go with and are considering any type of fencing please call them first you wont regret it!

I had a fence and an automatic gate installed by this company. The gate stopped working in less than a year, and we have called no fewer than 10 times over the last six months trying to get someone from the company out to fix the problem. Every time, the answer is the same: Ill have ______ come out and look at it or Ill have _______ give you a call to set up a time to come look at it.We are still waiting for the gate repair man to show up. Six months and counting. Avoid this company.

First of all the crew did a good job on the actual installation of the fence ; however, we had an underground fence we wanted to keep so we could use in an area that is backed up to a farm and has bob wire fence and we couldn’t have the fence put back there. The crew was suppose to come on Monday and take two days for installation. They didn’t show up until Tuesday and came before anyone was there. Nick, the estimator, said the fence would be put 15” inside our marked property line which would have protected the underground fence. However, the installers put it 6” inside the property line which was right where the underground fence was installed. When I talked to Scott, he was rude...said the installer was told it was fine and to continue. Scott said the installer called him...I think he was the one who told him to continue because there was no one at the home when they began the job. My son did come probably an hour later, however, they had already dug (and cut the line) on one side of the yard. Scott said it was in my contract that they weren’t responsible for cut wires, etc. we got the estimate/contract via email and no contract was ever signed. My poor rating is based on my experience with management...I’ve owned a business and I was responsible for any mistakes that were made but Factory to You Fence took no responsibility for their error.Judy Thurman

The sales team was patient and worked with with me to achieve a fence design that was affordable, dog friendly and secure. The installation team was on-sight early and worked very long days to ensure my fence was installed quickly. They communicated with during the installation process making sure I was in agreement with gate placement and board spacing. I appreciated their eye for detail and installation skills.I am very pleased with this total experience. They installed around 350 linear feet of a 6 foot privacy fence in two days and the fence looks awesome.

I was referred here by a fence supply house to get materials for my build out for my dog training facility. I called in and was told to drive over to get a material list quote. He said it would take a few days and he’d get back to me. I waited two weeks, called everyday the second week, employees said they’d leave the guy a written message to call me finally I called 4 times in one day and the guy lost the measurements he wrote down for my project. Terrible customer service. Don’t recommend these people. Also their office looks like a cluster very unprofessional

We had issue after issue. Posts were not set in-line and had to be re-set. Even after we gave them a survey and flagged the property line. Gate was the wrong size and had to be re-ordered. The first crew who walked off the job was inappropriate and would only talk to my husband and ignored me. The wood gate was put up without supports and was sagging and had to be fixed. Huge cement blocks were left in the yard after having to dig up the original posts - killed our grass and destroyed our yard along the fence line. Long process of going back and forth. We had to withhold payment until the work was done to our liking. A job that was promised to be done in 3 days took 2 months! We still have a chainlink gate that is misaligned. We chose this company based on other reviews and were very disappointed.

They arent the cheapest in town, but they are probably the best. I work on many properties and have hired many contractors, including fencing companies, and this is the first fencing company I left a review for, because they did a real good job and went beyond the standard. I would hire again. Just be leary of the cheapest company in town, and hire a good one. I would recommend.

Installed our privacy fence several years ago and it still looks great! I referred to our neighbor who used them as well.

Factory to You Fence went above and beyond to give us the fence we needed. They made multiple trips to our home before they received any payment as we had special circumstances in our yard that required extra planning. They finished the job on time and were very reasonable. Everyone that has visited our yard remarks on the beautiful fencing. I hope they will be there for us if we need repair but I fully expect them to be. Thank you for the great job!

Factory To You Fencing installed my fence and gate in 2011. So good. In July, 2017, both my entrance and exit gates and some adjoining fencing were damaged. I waited almost a week to get someone to give me an estimate. A month later, I still dont have my estimate, and I have called three or four times to inquire. Each inquiry is met with an excuse that someone is on vacation or otherwise out of the office, but the receptionist/secretary assures me she will have someone call me back. But, no one has called me back. NOW, I am looking for someone else to repair my gates and fence. These people get a ZERO -- no points.

Very bad service

Best service and quality work around town! Weve had our fence for a couple of months now and could not be happier. Nick was able to get us a quick quote upfront and able to direct us to lender to discuss the same as cash option. They got us on the schedule for installation within the month and the crew was friendly and fantastic. Our fence was completed in just two days and our back yard has never looked better. I cant say enough great things about Factory to You and Nick in particular. He made the entire process easy and simple and created a custom fence for us at an affordable cost.

This is an update to a review on a fence we had installed last summer. We had a poorly installed chainlink fence that was started in early May and because of the bad crew, the miscommunications the poor work that had to be re-done several times, it did not get finished until mid-July. And it got to the point we just didnt want them on our property anymore so we settled. The chainlink was installed improperly and not pulled taught. It started to droop and sag and the dogs were able to push right out from underneath, resulting in animal control paying us a few visits and a ticket! We had to spend a few hundred dollars rigging it and anchoring the bottom resulting in an AWEFUL eyesore. After the wasted almost $3k to get it installed! The crew didnt place lines, follow our property markers and the poles were all mismatched and unaligned. The caps were all scratched from the crew hammering them on. The gates installed never swung properly and we had to beg for supports on the 15 foot wood gate. (They installed it without cross supports! We are still looking at the hardware that was installed crooked and misaligned.) The customer service was terrible, the crew was discourteous - leaving trash all over our property and the foreman would not communicate with my wife and would only talk to me resulting with him storming off the job. A second crew had to come in. We finally had to bite the bullet and get a new fence. We hired another local company who did a stellar job! The chainlink was removed and 361 feet of 6 foot Cypress was done in 2 days. The superior service we received from this company brought up all the bad memories of Factory to You, hence the update. We are sorry we didnt go with them last year. We DO NOT recommend! There are better, more professional and more cost efficient companies in town.

Poor customer service. Met with company rep in mid March. Fence was scheduled for install in mid April (aprox 130 plus a gate and hand rails for steps). Didnt show up on originally scheduled install date, then rescheduled again the following week saying material hadnt been received. Finally started fence install on a Friday and said they would be back on Monday to put the gate up. I had to call twice to get them to come back and put the gate up. Then had to wait several weeks for them to get the hand rails installed - which took four trips for them to get the handrails satisfactorily installed. Didnt follow through on phone calls either. I had used this company once before with no issues but this time was a terrible experience. Their prices are probably the lowest but I really had a difficult time dealing with the company this time around. I would not recommend using this company.

They couldnt/didnt read my survey and installed the fence on the property line instead of the easement. Then when their crew came to move it, the foreman, Sam, shouted at me and was extremely rude and arrogant. James, guy they sent to fix the gate that doesnt latch (second time, and my dog got loose) and pick up the lumber they left on my property was great. Pleasant and efficient.

Best money weve spent in awhile. From start to finish I felt like they really delivered on what they sold me in our first conversation. The fence went in fast they showed up promptly with everything they needed. They were especially easy to talk to and work with. l really enjoyed the install team, I dont think I could have got a better quality fence elsewhere. I would certainly always suggest this company to all my friends and family.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews but BUYER BEWARE.Crew was friendly, fence is fine, but customer service was terrible. We were told all materials were on-hand for our fence, so it should only be a one day job. The crew showed up and put up part of the fence, but they told me to call the office bc they weren’t sent with all of the materials. Office told us they actually *don’t* have all the materials on-hand to finish it, so they’ll have to order it and should arrive in 4-5 days. The office said their guys would be back on a certain day the following week but they never showed up. No call, email, or text letting us know that they weren’t completing the job that week. We had to reach out to the company to figure out what was going on. They told us someone would call us back, and we never got a call back. They actually started ignoring my husband’s calls, so to get through to even get an update I had to call from my number and leave out my last name. What kind of business treats customers like that? Awful, awful customer service and extremely unprofessional. We had an incomplete fence in our backyard until they came back a MONTH later to finish the job. Barely got an apology from them, but at least we have a fence now...

This is absolutely the worst experience that my wife and I have had hiring this company. We had a vinal three rail installed,The fence was installed with post 3 out of plumb, some post not put in square, posts spans were 10feet and the next 7 feet and then 5 feet and the 8 feet, latches in stalled crooked, and there were rails that werent even in the post only held up by the wire mesh we had installed on the inside for our small dog, the installer took $30 from my wife claiming I had agreed to pay for additional work, when we got the owner to come over to show him the poor work we both agreed to uninstall the fencing and go our separate ways, they were supposed to take up the concrete for the post but only covered them up, I called Scott and he agreed to have his crew come out and put Everything back to it original condition but they never showed up, I hope you have better experience, but I will never recommend these people, we didnt do anything to receive this kind of treatment except to give them business, fortunately we didnt pay any money up front and didnt sign a contract, SHAME on you Factory to Fences, if interested, I have photos to backup my claim.

Not happy. They started June 7th, put in posts. Came back on the 8th to put in the fencing and gates. However, the gate lock that was sent, was wrong and there were corrections that needed to be made, which we quickly called on Monday, 10th, to discuss. ONE MONTH later these corrections have not been done. We keep getting promises to come out and rain has kept it from being done on some days. But one month is rediculious!! Sadly, I would not recommend. Guess we should have taken our chances on a property lein if we didn’t pay on the 8th. Maybe these corrections we gave been done by now!UPDATE :They finally came out and fixed everything to our liking.

They did some repair work on a fence they originally built 6-7 years ago. Workmanship was awful. Ive been calling them for past 3 months periodically with the promise they would make t right. They never have made good on that promise. Buyer beware using this company.
