Chelsea helped us through the aisles getting slabs moved so we could pick out granite. She pointed out options that met both my wifes and my criteria until we found the perfect slabs. She was very helpful! Her knowledge of the stone was useful.

From the receptionist, I learned that this business is principally a wholesale company. You must purchase the whole slab of stone, regardless of size or your needs. Also, you must have your own fabricator because they dont do cutting or installation. They will not recommend fabricators. I went without an appointment and this is apparently an essential step in the process. I asked if I could see the stone and was told no. I give two stars because I think this information should have been clear on the website to save long drives. The receptionist was friendly, however.

The worst customer service I have ever received. Both times I have been there (two different people) I was greeted by the rudest and unhelpful people. I tried to call and make an appointment multiple times and no one ever answers the phone either. Prices are good and material seems quality but customer service pushed me away to another provider.

Such a wonderful place to shop and make your dream kitchens come true. Andrew and all his staff bent over backwards to help us and make sure we got the right stone for our family without sacrificing the look we wanted. Andrew even pulled a rabbit out of his hat with the one we feel in love with. Triton went out of their way to accommodate our fabricator Riley Chauvin-Duchesne with Blue Galaxy Granite, who is a master of design and encyclopedia of knowledge. Everyone who needs any stone supplies, Triton is the place.

We have worked with her on several projects over the years. We were very pleased with Levi Morse as he worked hard to make sure we got just the right counter tops. He educated us on the different types of stones and the pros and cons of each. He also helped us match up tile and and flooring. He sent emails and made calls, even on his off days. Levi went above and beyond and we appreciate him and thank him for his work.

Angela aka “Vinny” is a rock star! We were like kids in a candy store and had a great time in what is usually a chore. Top notch countertop place. We called and set an appointment, Chelsea greeted us and made sure she knew what we were looking for. Then she took us in back and showed us a huge variety of slabs. She ranked our choices and then doubled back and showed us our list again to see if we had changed our minds on any of them, which we did. Really nice people from the front desk to all the folks in the warehouse. I’d recommend them to anyone.

I probably don’t have enough space to say what a great experience picking out our quartz counter tops has been. Thanks to a young man named Levi Morse, I have a kitchen I’m looking forward to seeing! Levi was kind, extremely patient and so gracious to let me lean on his expertise of his products. So much so with the countertops that I also took his advice on the sink, faucet and all that goes with it. I live over an hour from the showroom so to say I depended on Levi is an understatement! He picked out items after figuring out what I liked and didn’t like over the phone and gave me a product that was perfect and affordable. Even though google and the door says that they are open on Saturday, they really are not unless you make an appointment. We walked in on Saturday and was promptly told that they could not help us unless we had an appointment. My suggestion is that you advertise your self Closed on Saturday and then add, other hours by appointment. That way your potential customers wont make a trip down to your show room only to be told that they cant be helped.

Lied, tried to sell our reserved slab out from under us, and raised prices at the last minute. The whole stone process is a great example of illegal collusion amongst everyone that you are forced to use. If there is ANY WAY POSSIBLE, find another stone dealer. Otherwise, youre running a huge risk of being screwed.

Triton stone is my favorite place to be. We are remodeling our home and the selection of stone and tile is endless.
