We remodeled our kitchen and looked at several countertop companies.Rocky tops and Frank made a great first impression and the fact that they don’t work with subcontractors, but do the job themselves was very reassuring.They also had by far the largest collection to choose from. Throughout the process they were supportive and reliable and the quote we received was the final price. They simply did an amazing job.

Sandy greeted us then showed us the slabs to choose from in the warehouse. She was helpful through the process. I paid half down and waited for someone to come measure. He was very nice. He did a thorough job. He also was kind enough to stop and pick up my sink. They attach them at the shop. I had to order mine it was a small cabinet base. I had chalk painted and dark waxed my old cabinets then added crown molding, filigree and crystal knobs completely transforming them into a work of art.Two men came out to install. When they were putting the counter in they scraped one of my cabinets down to the paint. I touched it up as best as I could but it will always be a fly in the ointment :(They were great with after care. The counter chipped around the sink. They came out and fixed it good as new.The dry treat warranty is worth every penny. My cat spilled a coffee flavoring syrup. It left a caramel stain. After wiping with a wet rag several times. It faded and faded. Then disappeared!

First class all the way. Price quoted was the final price. Frank did a great layout job. The slab we picked out had some natural imperfections and he worked around those to insure those were eliminated and the counters look incredible. Install team was excellent. Mike, Travis and Caleb were the best. Could not be happier. Would recommend to anyone.

Rocky Tops took all the anxiety out of picking and installing the perfect counter top for our kitchen. Jasmine gave us unparalleled service from start to finish. We ended up having Cambria installed. From start to finish the process took about two weeks. Amazing service and craftsmanship!

For people who have experience and great products to pick from we have shop for our kitchen there and now were doing a second bathroom using their Granite top and that room too very thorough on time and again very very knowledgeable

Begged for 3 days to get a quote and never got a call back. Worst company ive ever dealt with. Ifbyou want granite and want it soon go to granite depot of the crossroads you will actually have it the same year

I have dealt with Rocky Top for two renovations in three kitchens in the past year and one-half. One kitchen was done in beautiful granite, (which I have since sold), the second in my daughters house was also granite, and the third was in a residence I recently purchased and redid the counter tops in quartz. All three jobs were done perfectly and on time. From my first encounter with Sandy to the tear-out with Doug McCollough, to the marvelous men who came and fitted everything perfectly (pieces cut exact), to the final water hook-up and caulking with Doug, each part was done beautifully. Sandy kept in touch with me every step of the way and when taking me to make selections, she never pushed and let me take as much time as I needed to make selections. Sandy is warm and considerate, but also professional and knowledgeable about the inventory. She is willing to guide you and answer all questions relative to your particular job. I highly recommend this company and give it the highest marks possible.

Wonderful experience. Oscar was a true professional and never pressured me in buying but had answers to all my questions. The installers were efficient and professional. They were outstanding. Love my granite and I will use them again for my bathrooms!

They flooded a friend of ours home. Then would not take responsibility of the cause once they realized how bad the damage was. They even contacted the water restoration company for my friends. Big big joke.

Frank was great to deal with. When it was time to set up install Frank called and said the slab we picked out had a scratch in it and he sent us an email showing us different slab close to ours (since we reside out of town). I am happy with the new choice and they did a great install. Highly recommend.

We were referred to Rocky Tops by our neighbor. It can be very intimidating when you walk through the warehouse and try to choose the right granite. Sandy was a big help to us and after several changes, we went with the under counter bronze sink. Installation was actually very pleasant and professional. We are very pleased and would highly recommend this company.

I had a horrible experience at the Location off of Watts Rd I think the guys name was Steve I spoke to. He was very rude & unprofessional I was interested in doing 2 full bathrooms but he definitely made me change my mind. There was a woman in the office at the time I think her name was Mindy she was very pleasant wish she could’ve served me instead. Oh well overall there showroom was nice & clean. I ll just do tile for both bathrooms.

I met Sandy, who was extremely helpful. We looked at the Granite Tops and she gave great description and information about each type of stone. I went and collected 2 other bids and even though one of those was cheaper they were not as professional and knowledgeable as Sandy. I ordered our Countertops, less than a week later a gentleman measured and less than 2 weeks later they installed. Service was great, gentleman who measured was great, and installation was great. I will recommend Rocky Top to everyone I know. I cant say enough positive about this part of our remodel!! After the fact, I was talking to a neighbor who used Rocky Top as well and he had the same experience. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Sandy helped us from the time we arrived - decided on granite, Blanco sink and accessories. The installers were beyond capable and the job is beautiful.

I had Rocky tops come out to do a cultured marble shower came out to measure, 3 weeks later told us we had to move a wall,would have preffered that they told us they could not do the job to start with.on another job they drilled to many holes for a special kitchen sink.Im all about second chances, three strikes?, not gonna happen.
