We used Stone World for all of the granite countertops in our new home. Our selections ranged from exotic granite in the common areas to level one granite in our laundry room. Working with Stone World was by far the best experience we had with any of the vendors we used for our house. Rianna and Louwrens were incredibly helpful with our selections and they were always quickly responsive to any questions we had. The installation was likewise flawless. Because we love the look of natural stone, we had decided prior to the building process to make our countertops focal points in our house. Stoneworld did a great job on the granite for my newly remodeled kitchen. Riana was very helpful during the granite selection, and continued to answer any and all questions during the process. The installers were efficient, professional, and left everything clean when they left. I would highly recommend Stoneworld!!

Stone World Fabricators Review:In our search for our dream kitchen’s countertop we visited four different stone fabricators businesses. Stone World was middle of the road price wise, but top of the line for experience, ease of working with and quality of instillation.We chose a standard quartz for the kitchen but a delicate natural Onyx stone for the dry bar and its backsplash. Stone World was happy to take on the challenge of working with the delicate Onyx. It turned out truly amazing, and we had it back lite to have its natural beauty shine through.Our finished kitchen is amazing and elegant and all we had hoped for, largely due to the excellent work of Stone World.

Louwrens and Rianna at the Knoxville location were outstanding when selecting granite for my home. They patiently worked with me through several design visits to their showroom. My kitchen island was a unique shape and very large. I didnt want seams, so it required a single slab that was over 81 wide. On top of that challenge, I was also very particular about the pattern and color. They persisted until we found the piece that I wanted. They even re-cut my bar slab after the wrong sink was initially sent by others. Their prices are competitive and the installation is very well done. Dont bother going anywhere else. You wont find anyone more professional or accommodating than Louwrens & Rianna.Update 6/15/21: A little disappointed about lack of action on my follow up request for small piece of matching countertop granite to be used in a built-in bookcase bar. No status received since last spoke 6 months ago.

The best experience! And we have been involved with several remolds around town.. This is a family owned business that is looking to do right by their customers and make a name for themselves in Knoxville. We 100% recommend them. When you go in ask about their familys Quarry. They have a great story to tell! They are upfront and honest about the performance of granite, marble etc and listen to what you want versus what you may actually need. From start to finish 2 weeks. The install staff is great as well. You feel very comfortable with them while they are at your home. Pictures of the before and after attached! We will never go anywhere else and recommend them to everyone!

Superior stone was a pleasure to do business with very professional & nice. We picked our granite out then they sent someone out with state of the art equipment to measure . they were here a week early to install the granite. They have the most beautiful back splash that they make out of crushed granite. You must go see it at showroom just beautiful. Will definitely be using superior stone again for bathrooms soon. Would definitely recommend it.

My experience with Superior Stone and Cabinets was perfect from measurement to installation. Everyone was very respectful and answered my many questions. I was assured that no matter how small or large the job, my complete satisfaction was their goal. That was nice to hear after I was treated so rudely by a competitor down the street, I had to cancel my order with them. I wish I had gone to Superior Stone and Cabinets first! The price quoted was the price charged. The granite was gorgeous and Im SO happy with how my job was done and how I was treated. I will use them again when I remodel my master bathroom. Absolutely the very BEST experience that we have had anywhere. The best selection - fabulous Africa Range stone that we have not seen anywhere else. Ended up at Stoneworld by accident, and fell in love with their choices of granite. Wonderful family owned business with a great backstory. Found the slab I wanted but there was a spot in it we tried to avoid in out layout. They were very accommodating. The whole process didnt take very long and the install was very quick as well. It looks beautiful!

Riana was so easy to work with and gave great advice when choosing a sink color. The installers did a great job. There was one seam on our countertops and you can’t see it at all!

We were surprised by the bad review. Every part of our experience was positive. We looked for a long time for the perfect granite for our kitchen. We found the slabs that worked with our decor at Superior. We received a firm quote that included everything and when we got the bill it was exactly that quote - no surprisesWe received an email showing where on the slabs our pieces would be cut from and we were able to tweak the actual layout of our kitchen topsThe installers showed up when we were promised and were helpful and competentWe highly recommend Superior!

I just completed kitchen and laundry room remodel and had a great experience with Superior Stone during purchasing and installation of granite countertops. They impressed me with a great attention to detail, friendly and helpful demeanor at every stage of the project and excellent quality with automated laser measurements of my kitchen and precise robot stone cutting. This process minimized the amount of cutting of the stone and assured great quality and a flawless installation.This was one of rare remodel projects where you enjoy not only the excellent quality of the final product but also the process. I highly recommend them. Here is one little detail (out of many) that gives you an idea about their customer service: When we needed to select the sink, Lawrence accommodated our busy schedule by opening the showroom just for us on Sunday at 6pm.

Everything was done professionally from start to finish. We found Stoneworld by accident- what a gem! We are remodeling my parents house and had been looking around for a countertop worth installing. Louwrens met us as we began walking around outside, listened to what we were looking for, and made a couple of recommendations. He is certainly a master of his trade. Louwrens and Riana worked with us through meticulously precise scheduling and a beautiful countertop is now installed in my parents house. If I could justify purchasing more granite from Louwrens familys quarry, I certainly would. They were a pleasure working with, and I hope to work with them again in the future.

Louwrens and Riana are absolutely amazing to work with. Pure perfection in all of the work they did in my home! I had a specific type of marble and in a very specific color I was looking for and with their dedication and a lot of searching, they we’re able to locate it and make it happen!!! And now my kitchen is stunning! In addition, they did two bathroom vanities in a beautiful white quartz. Their showroom offers a much better selection and much nicer products than anywhere else I looked in Knoxville. I would highly recommend stoneworld.

We didn’t get our countertop from here but because the place we used went out of business, stoneworld stepped in and helped us fix our sink when it detached from the countertop. The customer service was above and beyond what we could’ve asked for! They were wonderful to work with and we will remember them for the future!

8 MONTHS WASTED!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Horrible communication and would have to practically BEG them for business. Took them 8 months to come to the conclusion that they didnt have anything that would fit in our budget. Gave them specific instructions on what we wanted in our kitchen and it took 8 months for it to finally sink in. They strung us along telling us they could get it in our budget and would get us in the store and it would always be $600-$700 more than quoted. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU KNOW WHATS GOOD FOR YOU! Tried to get an itemized list of the cabinetry to see where we could cut to make it work with them as we had already invested so much time with them and I was treated like I was a criminal for asking! If you are still thinking about going here after all of the above then you deserve their services. Rant over... Dont be fooled by review that was posted right after mine in a feeble attempt to sway others as this person lives in NY and is probably friends with the owners. NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL!!! Thats why it took 8 MONTHS to understand what we wanted!!! GO ELSEWHERE!!!VERY DISSATISFIED!!!
