Great staff, found exactly what I was looking for, and some things I wasnt. Definitely recommend this store and the staff.

Generally crooked practices. Multiple fake positive reviews from the alternate accounts. Refused to except returns insisted on exchange only. Products are Chinese in origin and knock offs. I looked up several of them and found they were marked up 70%-150%. Utterly insane. I made the mistake of purchasing an item here. I’ll never come back. I don’t know how this place has a RadioShack listing when it’s so janky.

Called to ask about a part, person answered did not sound very friendly. Unfortunately, they didnt have the part and I asked if she could recommend another store. She did, which was nice, but the call was just a bit abrupt.

The products at radio shack are so good quality that its better than Amazon and best buys put together. The owners are very smart, polite and so if u need electronics, lights, or gaming system go to them and the price are reasonable.

Me and my wife Love this store so many different phone case for my wife to from our daughter love the baby yoda pillow and the among us key chain our son love the. Hover board and the drone he love talking pictures and videos for his school work we both love the owners super nice super sweet always cleaning the store

What is up with these reviews. They all seem to be saying the same generic things in batches. Its like its easier to get a bunch of people to write reviews then solve the issue. It just screams insecurity.

I’ve never walked into a store where I’ve seen the owner and the worker knows so much and know exactly what I need when I describe it I wish other stores could be like this store it’s very rare to find a unique store like this that knows everything about what they have he really knows how to do business

I purchased a product from this location about 10 days ago. I never used the product and went back the next day to return it and the store lights were on but the gate was down and nobody was inside. It was about 4pm and within their posted hours. I went again two days later about 2pm and same thing, closed up and no one inside. Then I went today 10 days after purchase and was told all I could do was exchange and I was outside the 7 day return policy. I was speaking to a man that identified himself as the owner and he told me repeatedly that all I could do was exchange. He expressed no compassion or apologies and did not seem to care a bit about the situation. I didn’t have a need for anything else from the store and he would not admit it was the stores fault that I could not return it in the window of time available because they closed during business hours. To top it all off they closed up immediately after I left once again within advertised hours. No wonder Radio Shacks are going out of business. I am taking this issue to the corporate office and to the BBB.

The service is poor and so are the toys. I purchased a few items from them and 2 did not work properly. I had to go back into the store. They gave me an adapter to one of the toys to help it charge. They replaced another toy that did not work. These toys are cheap for the price. I suggest going somewhere else. When I brought back their toys they werent happy. They had more customer service when they were taking my money, but since there products failed they have an attitude. The toys are cheap and over priced.

BUYER BEWARE..50% OFF 150% Marked up products... I was curious to see how much they would charge me for a mic and boom stand set up they had for sale. The entire setup should not exceed $60 on the high end. The associate told me it was a $400 kit on sale for $150 🤣 ... Im not sure how they are able to call themselves a RadioShack when 90% of their products are bought from Wish or Amazon and marked to a ridiculous cost.

This place is great.. not only do they have literally just about everything youll need for any electronic adventure you can imagine but the gentleman who runs it is both incredibly nice and knowledgeable about the products.

The store seems more like a flea market then a RadioShack.

I bought some cords about 10 days ago. I wasnt able to use them the way I wanted to, so I returned them for a refund. The store manager told me I could not get a refund because it had been more than 7 days since my purchase. SEVEN DAYS? Ive never heard of such a stupid policy. He did give me a store credit receipt. I told him that from now on I will buy my stuff on Amazon. Now I understand why Radio Shack is slowly going out of business. Poor customer relations. I wont be back.

David, the main guy that works there tries to talk you into buying things you don’t need, and when you politely refuse he is rude and tries to make you feel bad about not buying it. All the prices are way overpriced, lots of the items they sell can be had for half the price on Amazon and Ebay. Will not be coming back. Avoid this store at all cost!

This place sells items that do not work. Tried to return a USB iPhone charger and only exchanged it for a different item. Another item I purchased I was given the option of store credit. Why would I want store credit for stuff that doesnt work? Save time and go to Walmart.

Best RadioShack around. They make a point to still stock electronic components and had the exact transistor heat sink and compound I needed right away for a project. Sure you can order all this stuff cheaper online but when you absolutely need it right away this place is a godsend. The customer service is great too.

Haven’t been in one for years and this RadioShack had everything I needed for my vape and all kinds of vape juice. Also David and Sayla r very knowledgeable about car stereo systems when I went to replace mine. Had bought a drone for my grandson so he can have fun on the weekends and the battery life lasted longer then any drone I have bought. Greatest RadioShack around!!!

Good place. I needed resistors to fix a security problem on a car. They had what I needed. Real nice battery powered soldering iron. Was able to buy a small amount of solder too.

The staff were very cool, but the store not having DVIs was kinda iffy. The components were a bit pricey too, and the whole cash-only and no refunds or cash back was kind of annoying. I might go back if I absolutely need a component at that moment

Hello I would just like to say, Whenever I go into RadioShack David and Michaela always and always have what Im looking for or what Im not looking for. They always have the best selections of every electronic you would want, from remote control helicopters to cell phones to phone chargers to phone accessories to speakers to home theater sound systems to laptops to tablets to heaphones. Basically anything youre looking for theyre going to have it. This store location is far the best RadioShack I have ever been to and the customer service I receive each time its amazing and out of this world.

This is my favorite place to go to in the West Town Mall, I absolutely love Radio Shack and what it has to offer. Whatever I need they have from a wireless charging stand to a slim wireless charging pad they have it, or if youre looking for something as simple as a pair of headphones, you cant go wrong with the : NCreible1 Wireless Headphones I got a pair, cancels out all the outside noise a really good buy. I just have to say its only ran by 2 people,but theyare some of fastest professional store clerks I have ever met also some of the best well mannered young adults I have ever met in my generation. This store is horrible. I was talked into buying 4 bogus screen protectors and one of my phones broke less than 3 hours later. The owner and operator did absolutely nothing and I feel like I was completely swindled out of my money. Do not buy those bull screen protectors from this store.

I went here today and To get a soldering iron, I’ve never soldered before but the lady I spoke with was very helpful in all of my questions and I left with all of the stuff I needed to learn to solder, even a learning kit to practice on. Super excited to try it and I’ll definitely be back.

Stay away from this store! I bought a Voyager Drone from there and tried to return it today and they refused to give me my money back. Told the owner that I may have to return it when I bought it and he didnt bother to tell me that their policy ws exchange only! He told me it was clearly marked on the receipt. It was but I didnt even look at it until I handed it to him for return. He should have told me the policy when I bought it since he was aware I might return it. This was really bad customer service! I will NEVER go there again for anything and will let everyone know how they will be treated!

Extremely and pleasantly surprised with this visit to RadioShack. It’s been a few years since I have been in a RadioShack, and last time I was, all of the fun stuff that I used to go shopping at RadioShack for seem to be missing. So we’re talking about the transistors, and the resistors, and the LEDs, and the diode‘s, and the soldering guns, and the solder, and the desoldering guns, and wire, and the radio receivers, tubes, etc. all of the stuff that you used to buy to build your own stuff was gone and now just a store full of prebuilt stuff. In my opinion, there were plenty of other stores selling the prebuilt stuff. We didn’t need another one selling the same. And I for one was saddened. Of course, you could still order all of the components online, but I wanted to see and feel what I would buy. So today I had to make a visit to the Apple store, and while I was waiting for my turn in line needed to use the bathroom. On my way to find a public restroom I was stopped by young lady outside of the RadioShack, she asked me if I had seen the explosion? Then, when she had my attention, she told me to follow her. She’s definitely working on becoming a top sales person, and I think she has a lot of potential. I did follow her, and I was absolutely thrilled at what I saw in the RadioShack in the mall in Knoxville Tennessee. Unfortunately, since the ability to write long reviews is somewhat limited, you’re going to have to go there and check out the RadioShack for yourself. If you’re anything like me, I think what you find there is going to be very refreshing to you. Some old, some new; a mix of great products and interesting things to do. Go check it out. Phone cases, headphones, remote control, why are more than a couple reviews saying pretty much the same thing in the same tone? Okay that makes me a little suspicious.In my own opinion. I like it, but my mom brought a boombox from there that didnt work, and when looked up found out it was sold for double the price. I wont fault the people for it, but not gonna shop at radio shack again for stuff.

I went to Radioshack a few days ago to hook up my stereo system and they had all of the cords and adapters I needed to do it, the manager was definitely a lifesaver because I had no idea what I was doing, this is the best Radioshack I’ve ever been too.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. They sell bootlegged, fake game systems. I bought what I thought was a super Nintendo Mini but it is a knock off. They even refer to it by brand name in the store. Most of the games on it also dont work and are copies of the same games over and over. They also sell a 2nd controller for $20 that youll realize once you open your package was suppose to come with it anyways. When I complained the only thing they offered was to exchange it with another of the same fake game system that they legally cant even be selling.I called another radio shack and found out theyre all individual know but that this location is known for selling faulty products and they arent sure how they are still in business. I will be contacting the BBB and FTC.

DO NOT BUY HERE this clerk/manager is price gouging. He has very bad store practices. He doubles the prices on certain items that he doesnt have price tags on. And some items has price tags, why is that? Why not all itens on display have a price tag? Also he has set up his cash register not to itemize what you buy so he can manipulate the prices and give you a grand totalod his choice. And when you ask for clarification he responds with thats just the way it is! Ive compared the prices for the same items on the website and its exactly half of what he is selling for. Thats PRICE GOUGING to the unsuspecting.
