Overall experience was great.....until I had the cabinets installed. double vanity was not centered to plumbing and light fixtures as would be expected. I was able to make both plumbing and electrical corrections,However upon contacting Dixie Kitchens to cover the cost, they told me on 4 occasions that this was my fault as i signed off on the drawing.I was stunned at the unwillingness to accept this as their mistake; not to mentioned that they were not willing to credit me a mere $100 for the cost to move the electrical.this was my first time using Dixie Kitchens, and it will be my last!

We were building a new home in TN while living in VA and contacted Yvonne at Dixie Kitchen Distributors after a poor beginning experience with another company. Since we were out of state, Yvonne had to work with us through pictures and descriptions of the ideas that we had for our floor plan. She was able to take our vision and add helpful suggestions to make our dream kitchen and baths a reality. When we got into town to make more concrete decisions, we were pleasantly surprised to find that Dixie Kitchen Dist. has an outstanding showroom with a large variety of designs, colors and styles to fit any budget. Dixie Kitchen Dist. has their own fabricator shop and created a custom appliance garage for us. Yvonne personally went out to our worksite and measured and marked the floors and then worked with the trim company all the way through delivery, installation and completion of our project. We were able to contact her with rework on a backsplash piece and she had her team out the next day to cut and repair the issue. We highly recommend Yvonne and Dixie Kitchen Dist. and will be working more with her in the near future.

The selection, customer service and price is unmatched anywhere in the Knoxville area! We couldnt be happier with our new kitchen cabinets. And service after the sale too! Clark was so easy to work with and always responded quickly to all our questions.

Donnie made mistake after mistake with our cabinets. Originally, he ordered the wrong color. His inability to communicate was frustrating. The wrong cabinets then got delivered. The right cabinets were finally delivered, but locks werent on the doors for the bar area. I would not do business with Dixie again because of Donnie.After over a dozen issues, they finally got everything corrected. I still would not change this rating of 1.

Back in January of this year I had these guys do a remodel on my kitchen in my loft downtown. Gary was my sales guy and he was a pro throughout the process-very thorough and his attention to detail was great. I have no sense of color or design but these guys made my place look amazing. Would definitely go with them again. I highly recommend them!

Dixie does really good work-on time and good fit and finish. Dan price did an excellent job of listening to us and taking the time to really figure out what we needed. The remodel turned out better than we imagined. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I suppose they do take it serious now since public reviews are more important to business. However, the proper response could have been we are sorry that happened and we do better to make sure we take care of our customers now and we hope we earn your business again. But your response conveys nothing like that ... Just that no one should take my review seriously. Did you leave a bad review about Dixie Kitchen?. I told him my experience and he said he was about to call and lose it because he was experiencing the EXACT same thing. So, to answer the reply, it was the 90s. Bad customer service seems to stand the test of time.Original; We bought two sets of cabinets over the years from Dixie Kitchen. Both purchases before the Internet, so we just had to deal with the terrible service. They were a week or two late the first time we placed an order, which is understandable.The next time they were at least a month late. Their comment was well, you can cancel, but it is just going to make it that much longer for you to get cabinets. I asked for a discount, they said no way. They knew they had us and didnt care. I guess at the time they figure word of mouth was a relative few people. Now with the Internet, hopefully I can warn many more people that they should seriously consider purchasing from some one else.I wish I could give them a negative score. Maybe they are better now, but my experience was horrible.

I cannot say enough good things about the wonderful people at Dixie Kitchen. They helped my husband and I put together our dream kitchen and it is amazing. I have space to cook now!

It was great to work with Yvonne. She really knows what she is doing, and cares about her clients-she goes above and beyond. Great eye for design. Would recommend them to anybody and we’ll be using them in the future.
