The personnel there were very nice! We were traveling from CLE and had a pair of shoes that were shipped to us with a security tag. When we called the main office we were told because we had (unworn shoes)them so long there was nothing they could do. The personnel in TN took a bad situation and made it better. Shame on you main office. Regardless of how long we had the shoes it was due to your negligence we were in this situation. Thank you TN continue making people a priority instead of following your antiquated policies.

Look Ive been comeing here for a verry long time too buy my yearly nikes and boots love the deals but going there this year I learned there is no deals anymore. Thats a shame thats what distinguished u from the other guys besides from the great hospitality witch u still have. Its a let down

The store was great. But, I ordered a size not in stock and they shipped it from Knoxville to Atlanta and back to Knoxville for delivery. Took a week to get them.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Everyone was friendly. I was pleasantly surprised at the wide selection of brand name shoes. The store was clean, neat, and organized. One of the staff members followed up with me later to see if I needed help. I found a pair of athletic shoes that I wanted to purchase, and my purchase was handled efficiently. I definition will be back.

The young lady that waited on us was fabulous and helped me maneuver thru the app to Spin the Wheel on my phone and to find the save $10 coupon. She was super sweet and smiled the whole time she waited on us!!!!

If you are a blue-collar working individual, avoid this location. I had walked into their building with muddy boots and wiped them on their entryway and suddenly I was being harassed for my name and number to pay for the cleaning. There has never been a time where wiping my feet on an entryway became a financial liability.Initially, I accidentally walked in and left a few tracks, but I left and knocked my boots off, returned, and wiped them on the entryway. As I went to browse, I was approached and told that they need my name and number before I leave.I will definitely not be returning to this store and they absolutely lost out on a shoe sale from being jerks.Well done.

We had to exchange back to school shoes a couple of times and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Chris went over and above to ensure that we were satisfied with the exchange transaction.

Excellent employees in this store!! When we were there trying to find shoes for my daughter they were so nice to her (she has autism) and so helpful. She picked 2 pairs but only 1 was in her size. They offered to place a order for the correct size on the 2nd pair and had them ship it to our house. We had them in only 2 days! I seem to be lucky at these stores. I am always finding my size in the sketchers work shoes I like. Color not so much but with such a large foot I will take what I can get. I wear a 16 in most companies but the Sketchers work shoe fits a 14. Best fit in a work shoe with steel toes ever. I have been shopping at them for years and have only had to special order once.

The tellers were extremely friendly and helpful. Cant beat buying 1 pair and get 2nd pair for half price.

This is basically the only place I shop for shoes. Great quality shoes at reasonable prices. The shoe perks club and buy 1 get one half price is the best.Also the service there is great. Even though I have more than once showed up not long before closing, the staff was very friendly, helpful and patient while we made our selections.

Nice selection of name brands for women, men & children. Today they had the usual season change buy 1 get 1 50% off. When We bought only one pair of heels from the discounted rack the man still gave us 50% off another item (which was a nike bag not on sale) very kind to myself & my daughter. Store was also very clean, they also cleaned the checkout area between customers as per the covid19 crisis we are currently having issue with.

Found a great pair of sandals in one store, but they didnt have my size. The attendant called another store to see if they had the same sandal in my size. They did and they asked them to hold it for me until the next day. I went to the other store and got my shoes. Great price and great service that is what it is all about. Thank you

Ive always loved this store & this is only place I get shoes. But this last time Ive noticed they dont have as much variety on some stuff like they used to. Sketches didnt have much selection for women & the boots was smaller section than Wal-Mart. They didnt have any boot size above size 8. Not every woman has small feet. So went to get 4 pairs of shoes & only got 2.

Went for buy one get one half off bought my sons pricey shoes and boots for me asked about the return policy bc i have foot problems manager said no problem. Next day brought the boots back i couldnt wear them w the receipt to the same manager changed her story now i dont get my money back and said i could have store credit ( about $60 of the 120) cool, then changed her mind again and only gave me half of the half off? So instead of $60 something ( half price) she acted like it was a computer issue, got rude and gave me $13 back? When i asked for her manager and a math explanation she told me to call corporate and ignored me for the next customer NEVER AGAIN will i be back and she she be fired! I know she pocketed that money bc she slid cash from the register to her pocket during the transaction! Shoes overpriced anyway

I had a bad experience. I went in on a time crunch to find some shoes. As I am looking and trying on shoes a sales worker circle me 5 times each time just staring...never once asking me (the costumer) if I needed any help. I decided if she circled me a 6th time I would take my business somewhere else...down the street to off Broadway where they hopefully treat their costumers like they actually want their business. I asked to speak to the manager to let him know and he said he wasnt unaware...which I said well now you do! I hope they speak to that worker and all of their employees because thats very rude and uncomfortable... I shouldnt have to feel like I am being harassed.

Im still shopping right now and everything is is in order and the service is great! :D
