Well called this company looking for a Shifter tower for a 92-94 nv3500 for a 4.3 s10. I Was transferred multiple times, eventually talked to a sales lady there whom to kept saying Id need an exact make model and year so I gave them said make, model and year above, multiple times. the sales woman continued stating she needs an exact year. First time caller and will be the last time I bother ever calling them again.

Went to WIT for the first time today. Had ALL my parts in stock and for cheaper than I could order them online. For a 27 year old Jeep. Unreal customer service. We need more parts and parts men like they have at WIT.

Went to purchase a transfer case chain and there were 2 options. When’s to pick up both since it was late on a Friday and when I get there they all of a sudden didn’t have 1 of them after telling me they pulled both. I purchased 1 and went to leave and all of a sudden they “found the other one” got home and went to watch the chain and the 1.25” chain was too big, I opened the 1” chain box to find a 1.25” chain that was about 4” too long. This has put my business and my customer out for at least 4 days. Ridiculous!
