Courtesy Body Works did a remarkable repair job on my minivan. I was hit by a flying lawnmower! Damages were repaired in a timely manner. They called me to update on progress. Very courteous. They even detailed the inside! I really appreciate Courtesy and their fine staff!

Our collectible Porsche was the recipient of unwanted attention from an uninsured driver that backed into the drivers side rear quarter panel. So, I ended up bringing my vehicle back here after I said I wouldnt as I was in a rush and never found a better quote for my seatbelt. Ended up paying close to $500 because I needed another part as well. Feel like the price was on my high end but Im happy with it as my passenger side seatbelt works again and the seats recline once more. Extremely happy with the same day service.

I went here to get my headlight fixed and it was done in probably 15 minutes flat! The gentleman who fixed it for me was so nice! The place is really clean, I really enjoyed the environment and this is the best car repair shop I’ve ever been to!

I just moved to Tennessee, so I did not have an auto body shop but I found who I will go to anytime I need work done. Courtesy Body Works. Micah and Courtesy were nothing short of spectacular to work with. I was always kept up to date on my cars progress, and the estimated time it would take to fix was pretty much spot on. The car was spotless when I received it back and the repairs looked incredible. You will not be disappointed going here.

My wife was rear-ended in a parking lot, so no police report was available. The other driver had auto insurance through Safeco. While he accepted responsibility and was nice, Safeco was a nightmare to work with. Courtesy Body Works was my choice when I had to get some minor body work done on my car. They performed the work on-time, kept me aware of what was going on, were able to easily fit me into their schedule, and were able to do it at a cost of HALF what I was quoted at some other places around town. I will definitely be returning to them if I have more need for body work!

The level of service and professionalism was outstanding. My collision repair job required Micah and his staff to source all kinds of small parts and come up with creative solutions. The communication was excellent and they kept to the initial estimate price even though I imagine they encountered additional expense based on the complexity of the repair. I am new to driving and owning a car which I know left me in a vulnerable position when my car needed extensive body work. I live very near to this shop so I went over and talked with them first, then read the reviews at Google. They took care of everything I needed and was allowed through my insurance and did a couple of smaller extras I had added in. They gave me a reasonable price and stayed with it when the work was finished.The shop has a number of different workers and each one was so easy going. I heartily recommend them! I have one more smallish thing I would like to have done now since getting my car back and I will be going right to them for the work.

They also went above and beyond when I went back with a couple concerns (unrelated to the work they did) and they happily looked over my car just to ease my mind. Had collision damage to the front end of my car and needed a quick and QUALITY fix. My hood was wrinkled almost the whole way across and now you cant even tell I was in an accident. This place has been around for a long time (3 generation family) and Ive seen the work the shop puts out. I no longer live in the area but ill return (3 hr drive) if I need body work or paint on my vehicle. Micah is friendly and honest, and wont give you the run around. My hubby was in a wreck in MY truck on his way out to meet us. I picked Courtesy based on reviews. They were right! Not only was I (a woman) treated with respect and not spoken down to, but they didnt overcharge me or try to upsell anything. They were able to fix my frame and do the necessary work so we could get back home across state. The waiting area is very comfortable. I highly recommend this shop and have already told friends in the area about it.

Highly recommend this Locally owned and operated bodyshop. Since 1952 they have been treating people right, Knoxvilles oldest collision repair center.

The did what they said they would do. Not good on the communication though. In my experience of business if you want people to keep coming back. You always do at least 1 thing above and beyond. They did not and I did not ask them to. In the picture under the Honda symbol the white trim is still the old paint but the hood and bumper were repainted. I would have painted that piece. Especially if the only 2 calls you get are We are waiting on parts and They sent the wrong parts. Also I wish they would have asked me if I would like to buy another headlight to match the other. Just my opinion

A few months back I bought an 04 Lexus Ls430 and I needed a body shop to do some reconditioning work as it is over 10 years old. Courtesy reconditioned the whole front bumper cover which had pretty bad road rash from daily driving and scrapes on the bottom of the bumper. The hood was also repainted and reconditioned while they repaired a large scrape that ran along the passenger side rocker panel. Their estimate was competitively priced and the customer service was great. The consultation was informative as they break down the pricing for parts, paint, labor etc. so you know what you’re paying for. I was really impressed with the paint matching and blending; the front of the car looked brand new after they corrected all the scrapes and scratches. The work was completed on time and overall I highly recommend this body shop.

They lacked clear communication. I would talk to them and they would do something different than what was discussed.

They did a really good job on my mother-in-laws car. It took a little longer than they estimated, but that was because they wanted to make sure it was done RIGHT.

Friendly but dont have their stuff together. I would not recommend them. They half a**ed the work on my vehicle and took longer than were supposed to.

Courtesy was prompt about fixing the rear bumper of my 2001 Infiniti SUV and kept me informed what they were doing the duration of when they had my car.

All went well from the beginning but took a dismaying turn when I got both of my cars home and discovered that two of my parts were missing (front fender and a radiator). I contacted the shop to let them know that I wanted them and they said they would be on the lookout. Fast forward two weeks and I was given excuse after excuse and never given my parts, they had scrapped them! Without my permission no less. I have all paperwork (receipt included) and them is zero mention of permission given for scrapping materials that can still be used. Since my step father owns his own shop in Nashville I know that practice is illegal. Micah was rude from the jump and became more so when the BBB notified him of my complaint. He lied on his BBB response and accused me of non-payment and then never responded again. Had I had the money to do so I would have sued. Hire them if you want, the workmanship done to the car is beautiful and I dont have any problems with the body work (the radiator change did affect my engine though) but make sure to cross all your ts and whatnot because Micah is devoid of ethics.

2014 Camaro SS front bumper repainted perfectly. I will definitely come back if I am never need of a quality paint job.
