I called a few weeks ago to ask if they had a copy machine and they said yes, however when I went in there over this past weekend to make a few copies the girl at the counter said no. She should of told me it was broken and out of order. At first I gave one star because I was upset but the owner messaged me and told me the situation and the photo copy machines were broken. Also the person was a new employee. I changed my review to 5 stars because the owner was sincere in his concerns. I like that the owner contacts people and that to me makes for a great customer service. Thank you for messaging me back. God bless! 😁

I rent a mailbox here that I use to receive packages and the service is phenomenal. As soon as a package arrives for me they check it into their computer and send me a text message.The staff are always friendly and helpful, both before and after I decided to rent the box. Highly recommend this place.

Listed as a Western Union location on the national website. Number comes up on phone as western union. Western Union plastered all over the front windows. Couldnt send money western union here. SMH

I had gotten a package that required a scan code to be shipped back. Gary told me to come on down and hed help me figure it out. He not only got new shipping labels for me, he packaged the three boxes up for me taped them re labeled them and said he ship them for me. It was awesome! Clean store, air conditioned, super friendly. They make copies, ship all services and they even sell stamps. My new go to store. Thank you Gary for your help.

Super fast, super friendly, and so much more convenient than the post office! I mailed packages the week before xmas and I was in and out in about 20 minutes.

Have shipped packages out multiples times through Ontime Pack & Ship and been completely happy. All packages have arrived on time and I love having an alternative to ship USPS, UPS or FedEx without needing to go downtown. Such friendly service - Gary is pro-community and shows it in many many ways. They opened during a tough time but Im hoping they will be around for many many years to come!

I was able to buy a padded envelope for a birthday present that was already decorated then was able to mail it off. Saved the hassle of having to wrap gift then put in a separate envelope to ship. Have several styles and sizes to choose from. Already decorated boxes too that can be mailed out as is.
