The customer service here is above and beyond. Stopped in because my rental from another location had tire pressure issues. They added air to all my tires and set me on mybway again. Super nice and helpful!!!

Got routed to this location since they had the 20 truck we needed. First time being here and the whole staff were as awesome as all other U-Hauls Ive been to.

Broken trucks, rude customer service, and a company that specializes in miscommunication! Run from this company!

Price is right. Equipment in excellent condition. Very helpful and friendly, staff and management!! They backed out my truck for me and put the dolly in the back. Quick in and out service.

If I could rate 0 I most definitely would. I had a scheduled appointment for hitch placement yesterday. Went in, dropped off car, and waited. They called and said come pick up your car, we dont have the part weve been waiting for a week to arrive. Ok, no biggy....not all the parts came in. Said they were overnighting and will be here by Friday. Leave and we will call you when the when part gets in and put it on. I just called for check up, to plan our already postponed move, and Crystal at U-Haul informed me that it, might be here tomorrow, but if it is, my hitch installer is already booked, has another job, and cant work all the time, he has four already scheduled tomorrow. I asked if she was saying that....they wouldnt fit me in after already not having the parts they needed in the day of the scheduled install and also making us wait days. Our trip was scheduled around this install. She stated, no, he is too busy! You guys should really be ashamed and I am disappointed. It was imperative for our trip to have the hitch installed. We waited over a week for the appointment and YOU did not live up to your end of the aggrement. Then you wont even fix it! You are not good representatives for the company.

They have one person to check people in. We stood there for 30 min before getting helped, and as we stood there 5 more people walked through the door. It seems the company does not want to hire actual people but save money and have you order online, which is also a waste of time. Im very disappointed in the quality of service just to save a dollar

I love their tape. Better than duck tape and cheaper. Good prices on boxes and u haul rentals. Nice helpful people.

So slow..... I made a reservation and told them I needed it by 8 sharp and was assured that was no issue. One person was ahead of me and it took literally 40 minutes. This is ridiculous dont go here. You could probably build a trailer in the time it takes to rent one here.

Service has gone down hill in the past year. They told me I had to back out the truck myself, and that they no longer do that for the customers any more. However, the truck was parked between a pole and another truck that was parked at a slant, leaving little room to back out safely. Then they gave me attitude because I refuse to back it out. So, if I hit something I will be charged before I even leave the damn parking lot. Bunch of lazy asses. Used this place for 6 years, and will no longer use them. On top of everything else, I just got a notice that they tried to charge extra other than what was on the signed contract. Never, ever using this place again. It gets worse... My credit card company calls me to let me know that Uhaul has been repeatedly trying to charge my credit card. I had three pending charges on their for a total of $120. It was a day rental and went only 6 miles. Credit card company declined all charges, and I had to cancel my card, and get it re-issued. So, now I have to update all businesses that I use for automated pay through this credit card. I am extremely upset, and would not recommend anyone use their services.

Friendly folks. I was dropping off a trailer after a 400 mile haul. It was nice to get off hook and get home without any hassle.

Added mileage and switched drop off location after I arrived to increase cost. Brian Ward is a liar and a thief. I had to rent a truck after a serious vehicle accident and these crooks took me to the cleaners. Scum of the earth.
