Took my car in because the brakes weren’t working. They told me the parts I needed and I got OEM parts. They had my car for over 2 weeks and finally called and said it was done. Went to pick it up and the peddle went to the floor before it would stop. They kept it for another 3 WEEKS! Almost 2 months there and called again saying it was done. Peddle was exactly the same as before. Going straight to the floor. He got in the car, presses the brake peddle and said the car stops. Very unprofessional. Don’t take your car there unless you are willing to wait weeks for them to do nothing.

Took my car in, they fixed it, next day it overheats and there is NO fluid in my radiator.... Hmmmmm why? Was not even remotely close to the issue I was having. Following day the SAME exact issue I took it in for is occurring. Pretty sure these dudes are just trying to scam me for more money because I dont have a penis. Not today satan! Who even changes just one cool and spark plug anyway!?!? Had I not been traveling for an emergency when they called with the diagnosis I wouldnt have let them touch her.
