After waiting for 11 days for our company logo to be Adjusted to fit THEIR equipment (cuz we had them done before on the size and style that we showed them but their machines apparently cant make it), I called to ask how much longer it was going to be, I understood since the beginning that it was going to be a waiting time for the stitching, I just needed to know how much longer just to Approve the design. I was left on the open line while they talk about how much of a liar I was for saying that it was 11 days ago (from the Jan 28 to Feb 8), and how I supposedly talked to a man at some point when I never said that I did. After she came back to the phone and I confronted her, about of how disgusting it is to be talking about paying customers that way, and how unprofessional that was, and then the excuses came, It wasnt 11 days because we didnt worked last week.. Like it was my fault that they didnt! At the end I asked for a refund and Im still waiting for the manager to call me because apparently they want to charge us for digitalizing the logo that we havent even approve yet.. we will see..Be careful English speaking customers, I only caught up with that cuz Im bilingual.

Today was my first time at the store . I was just passing by the store looking on space for lease and saw the sign and it did draw my attention went inside and i end up spending over $400 the service was super great they took the time to explain every details . Theyre really a great sign place. They gave me exactly what I asked for. They were honest and accurate about time frames. They completed the job early and with perfection. Also very fair with pricing and EXCELLENT with communication. Weve used their services twice for signs and they will be my first go-to in the future for sign needs. They offer many other printing services, too, which Im considering trying out next time I need business cards, etc.

Went there about a month ago to ask about business cards and their service that they provide. My wife and I was being attended by the owners son. He told us that we would have to pay $45 to come up with a design, which I ended up bringing them an example of the card to them but still charged me the $45 anyway. Also, charging me an additional $80 to create a logo for the card which I also brought the logo to them myself but yet still wanting to charge me for it. During the whole time they was sending us proofs of what they called designing the card through email, my wife was letting them know that she doesnt like the example. It looked tacky and out of the 4 proofs that they send the only thing that changed was the colors but yet they were forcing us to pick a design with a FINAL notice. Now, they are keeping the $45 for the time spent and $15 for the cancellation because I called today telling then that I just want my money back. The purpose of me going and paying the $45 was so that they can design and make my cards professional because of the type of clients that Im going to be dealing with was important for me to make a good impression of my business. I told them that my cards wasnt going to be left in these stores and supermarkets that people doesnt even pay attention to them. They are unprofessional, amateurs, rude, and expensive. Dont go to them if you expect quality on your card.

Update 3 - So im updating this again as I just got a call from Anthony. Dude started off with an apology which is admirable. 2 things first, he remembers me, says a lot about him. 2 he took the time to call. I think things ultimately came down to a miss understanding which is great. I was really disappointed before now Im relieved. Anthony is looking into what happened. Faith in humanity was restored. Much needed right now.That bein g said I was wrong, should have held off . Please support this small business. They are willing to make amends.Update 2. Never was able to get this company to honor their original quote. Stay away and find a better more honest shop.Update 1. Soo i hate doing this especially after have a great experience the first time. Unfortunately I have to change a 5 star rating to a 1 star. So what happened. In November i had some shirts made. At the same time i got a quote for more shirts. The number of shirts was 200. 100 white and 100 black. They would have the same image printed on each just flip colors so the white shirt black image and black shirt white image. I was quoted 4.50 for the white shirts and 5.50 for the black. I have this quote still. However when I went into the shop yesterday i forgot the paper but i told them the quote. Lady disappears for about 5 mins. Comes back with 6.50 for the white shirts and 7.50 for the black shirt and 2 set up fees. Having done screen printing i dont get 2 setup. Its the same thing just different colors. 1 screen needed not 2. On top of that why 2 dollars extra per shirt? Thats 400.00 more?

Ordered a sweat shirt to support my grandsons football team. Not only did it take a month to receive but whats the worse is that the sweat shirt material is very cheap and sheds, I keep finds small balls of the material everywhere on my other clothing. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!

0 stars if i could rate! HORRIBLE all around. Called and got a price. Went in and nobody acknowledged me for 5 minutes. Then after speaking to them and paying a 50% deposit, they came back and told me the price per embroider shirt will be more than what they charger me for. After talking about that issue, they gave me an increased but discounted rate. They told me that the proof will be done in a day and it wasnt as it took 2 days. The logo looked ok but had some loose threads in some places. Then the next time i went in they told me that because of the logo the shirt will crinckle a little around the embroidery. So we agreed to have just one shirt done to test it out to know if we will proceed with the other shirts or not. I asked for a time frame and she looked me in the eyes and said “i dont know” i asked her to ask the designer and she said i dont know as well. At this point i was fed up way too much and asked for a refund in which they decided to charge me for the digitization with a cancellation fee as well as tax. They also did not give me the proof that i paid for. Worst service i have ever received! I di not recommend this place to anyone!

This people are so disgusting they promise a service that they didnt provide and then told me i couldnt get my money back even though they charge you a $15 cancellation fees. Be aware that when you cancel you just dont lose the cancellation fee but you lose the $45 for them designing your card even though you get no product. Their card look cheap,you can get the same or better quality on vistaprint for way less. If you want 5000 bunisses card that look like taxi drivers cards to place in the Conner of a restaurant by the hundred this place is good for you but if you want quality on your card take your business else where. I should had read the reviews before going there they dont lie thats why they have such of low score on it. Always read all the bad reviews on the business and if they all say the same thing is for a reason 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔.i already post my review but I had to come back and edit my review because as soon as I post it the son of the owners called me back telling me how dare you post that about us! Unfortunately, I didnt have a good experience because it was the first time I used the services. It took 20 days for me to deliver the product that should only take 7 to 10 business days, by mistake of an employee that I understand is no longer at ease, since before I made the complaint with management. I submitted my complaint to the gerenca but honestly I did not get the best solution from them. So I kept the situation that this brought me and I had to pay for the broken dishes. The quality of the product I will be seeing today because I have to pick up the order that ended yesterday from January 20 that half of the order was paid. but it was not until February 1 that they noticed that an e-mail was missing to approve which had already been approved in the store with the person who attended me. I hope that if I had to order again with you, it would be to get a better experience since my business depends on 80 percent of advertising and its location is closer to me.
