We loved the design and everything this company did for us!They were professional, fast and super helpful!The best part of all was the price ! This review is based on the two times that I have worked with Johny and Sunrise Printing. First the quality of his products are second to none. I have ordered everything from shirts to hats to magnets and business cards and they all came out fantastic. Customer service wise he is usually very responsive and keeps you informed on the status of your order. This time was a little different because I know that he was super busy but usually his communication is solid. He will also deliver your order. I would highly recommend and I actually do when people ask about a print shop. Give this place a try and you will not be disappointed.

I came in to their shop one day with my husband and wanted to see about getting his tailgate wrapped the old man came out and took the measurements and recommended that we do our back window he said he would put something together and send it over to us to choose from and asked that i send him my graphics to an email he provided on a business card. I did that. A week later i still had not heard back from them so I called them and they told me they did not Receive my email so I said I would send it again they said they was going to send me a text message so i can click on the email. Here it is 2 weeks later and still nothing!! I would recommend them if you want to waste your time!! Still with out a wrap!! Great job guys!!

My experience with Sunrise Printing & Sings was excellent. Originally I had placed an order with another nearby company, who promised to have everything completed. Needless to say their quality was poor and told me they were “sorry and very busy.” Thankfully I found Sunrise Printing & Sings. They had stellar customer service and prices. I am very pleased with how efficient and knowledgeable Johny and his team was. I was recommended to Sunrise Printing & Signs from a friend of mine. I gave them my ideas for a rememberance shirt I wanted done. They had the design done in a very timely manner. Within days they had the sample complete and ready for pick up. My total order was over 120 shirts. The shirts came out amazing. The only negative thing was that one shirt had the logo upside down. This is where their customer service was outstanding. I notified them about the issue and it was taken care instantly. I would definitely use them again for any shirts or signs that I will need in the future.

First things first...I am very serious when it comes to pay someone for a service with my hard work earned money, I know they will try to soften my review or justify themselves with a cheap excuse but the TRUTH is this....They need to pay attn to what they are doing when it comes to car/truck graphics etc. or just get some trainning before doing things that are out your guide lines...stick to t-shirts and banners thats your thing ...These guys charged me in advance for everything,materials and labor (wich I dont care if you do things the way they are supossed to be done wich they didnt) then after days of waiting and not answering my calls,texts etc.(their excuse was that they have problems with their phone service) finally my order arrived just to find out they ordered the wrong color of material,tried to justify it by saying the colors on the older lines in my truck was faded due to sun etc. I proved them wrong by taking the card of colors and matched it up with the right color but they still tried to make me take the material wich was not even close to the color I needed....anyways,at the end of all the going back and forward Johnny (sales or supervisor,not sure what he is) made the call to replace the material for the right one...wich arrived next day but then they screwed up the angles on the lines (I politely told them to please pay attn) not once but twice...I went to visit some friends who live close to the shop so I could kill some time... made me wait for the entire day (their installer works day or night they dont have a reg. scheddule)..took them forever so I went to the back of their store where my truck was to check what was going on... (it was around 11pm) guess what....?...You got it!!! lines messed up again and the installer said they did not had more material so it was either take it or take it...now Im gonna have to SPEND MORE $$$ to take off and redo the passenger side for a 4th time...my advice to you is....IF YOU PAYING THIS PLACE FOR A JOB THEN YOU MUST TO BE RIGHT NEXT TO THEM MAKING SURE THEY DONT SCREW UP THINGS SO YOU DONT END UP LIKE ME PAYING MORE MONEY FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS SUPOSSED TO BE DONE RIGHT ON THE FIRST PLACE....I gave them meassurements and told them how to do it...but they still messed it up...I am very dissapointed with this place...

I contracted this company, and the people who work for this company were very stickler about the payments but when it came time to do the job they didnt show up.I contacted Walter to finish a job we schuleded a day to finish the job and he never showed up. I believe my biggest mistake was paying up front in advance. The job is done very well but its done incomplete.

Johnny knew what I wanted I originally would go to Fusion signs in Kissimmee FL as they use to do all of my wording for my vehicles but after I called them they are closed on Saturday and vlose early on Fridays that made me unhappy I was coming way..from Deltona to get the wording done on my truck Googled the sign companies and came across Sunrise printing and Johnny took less then 30 min. To do my wording for my truck at a great price and...quality perfection work and I appreciate the time he took on a Saturday to do what I requested I would give that company more then five stars if I could but there the best at what they do and I will be taking more of my cars to them for work and T-shirt projects as well Thanks!!! Yall rock !!! :)

I Contacted this company in an attempt to get some minor work done. I spoke to a young man by the name of Johnny, and he assured me that he could get the work i requested done as it was very simple and can have a proof for my viewing emailed to me the next morning. I never did get the proof. I followed through with two (2) courtesy emails as i figured they may be busy. Its almose a week and they have not had the courtesy to (1) call me back with a status or (2) email me back a response to my two emails i sent. I am a new cutomer. I have a local business and would never treat a new client like this. New clients is what runs your business. I have taken my business elsewhere and will not refer no one here as this is not how you treat a new client.

If i could give it no star i would. Had the worst experience with these people. They gave me no sort of communication when it came to the shirts I ordered. I asked for all yellow shirts with a spongebob birthday design and i got 3 yellow shirts...one white, and one a lighter yellow with a very small design on them. They said they would make it up to me by making me a free birthday poster where the kids could take pictures with it and they NEVER came through with the poster. Just returned one of the tshirts they were suppose to fix and never did. These people are horrible. Never will i do business with them again! Very dissatisfied and disappointed 😔

I wish we as customer be able to give lower scores,but this is it!On 3/15/2016 we hired Walter Echevarry to process our business order,that included business cards,graphics and t shirts we spend a total of $441.45 and unfortunately we paid all in advance (bad decision) after 3 weeks and a lot of cons we only received the business cards. On April 1/2016 I request via email and phone a refund and cancellation of the products not received and Walter Echevarry agreed and even confirmed via email to refund the amount a total of $311.45 after deducting $130.00 for the business cards received. I have to hire two other company in order to get my products and spend another $400 .Today is August 25 of 2016 and I am still waiting on that refund that per email agreement it would be back on my bank on 3 days after 4/2/2016. Yeap! I an still waiting for the refund. I hope this review help someone before hiring this company.

I went for papers for my car. The experience was terrible They did not do the job for my car.they charge me the hold amount. they wer going to charge me a deposit and the charge me the entire amount of the price to my card wen i went for the services the did not do it giving excuses i told them i want a refund the gay sead in 24 hours i did no refund i had to col my banck and They are investigating.DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED😡

How do you conduct business when you NEVER pick up your phone and when we go to your location there is a handwritten note that says will be back. We ordered brochures from this place that had a deadline of June 4th and theyre STILL NOT READY! We missed having our marketing materials for 2 events already. Will NEVER USE this place again! We were given excuse after excuse as to why the materials arent ready, including the folding machine was broken, to oops, they were printed upside down!? Who does stuff like this?? Sunrise Printing & Signs of Kissimee, thats who! I am posting a review on my Facebook page as well to let other companies that we associate with know NOT to use this company if they want their materials done on time & correctly. Terrible customer service!
