Wow! This is the biggest big lots weve ever seen. Its huge! Pretty much has the same stuff as our local store, but this one is better organized with nice roomy aisles. Its the first big lots weve found with clothing, and wifey scored a couple of nice tops. Love shopping at big lots.

Where is the merchandise in this place? Such a big place and no stock. Then the amount you need to spend to get free shipping is outrageous. I hope the other big lots are better and worth the trip.

Ridiculous wait line. There’s a line of people waiting to check out and yet the cashier is standing there talking about their personal lives after customer had checked out. Finally realize that they are holding up a line of angry potential customers and say they are just making sure they have good customer service and then continue about their life stories! Very frustrating when it’s 5:30pm and everyone is trying to go home after work to their families. Will NOT ever come back here.

So we went to use curbside pickup for 1 item a small bag of puppy pads. We park in the spot and call the number and the young lady puts us on hold to find the order. Ten minutes later still no response. I walk into the store that has onecashier for a line of customers that are outthe door. All of a sudden another cashier comes and then a third. 25 minutes later I get my 1 item. Come Big Lots I know you are better than this. The cashier was apologetic but girl needed help.if I was a manager at this location I would make sure to kick this problem in the tush. Also your parking lot was a trash heap. The only reason why I gave you 2 stars is we like most of your products and your cashier seemed truly sorry.

I actually went for a job interview. Cynthia, the manager, was very nice!. The store was very clean, everything looks new. They have Broyhill furniture (Big Lots bought Broyhill) and there is not only a layaway with no interest if paid within a certain time frame, there is also a Big Lots credit card you can apply for. I definitely recommend. I saw several good deals as soon as I came in the door also...also, the line moved fast which is always a good thing!

The cashier Genesis is very rude! Did not ask about rewards. Most customer services got better since the pandemic, but Genesis seems to be on her own world.

I love the furniture they have to offer. I havent taken any pictures as of yet. But I will once my order comes in. Great customer service from Brad & Tim.

I had to request assistance from someone in the furniture area as they didnt have want I wanted on the shelf. The website showed only 1 end table in stock, but they actually had 2 in the back. I was greatful as they saved me a 2nd stop at the next Big Lots.

This is our favorite Big Lots...covers so many items we shop for. The plus is our Family always enjoy their gifts.. I had a most helpful an friendly checkout assistant,her name is Edith. The other lady I like is I believe the mgr. Shes always friendly an interacts w/employees. She was checking w/Michael in furniture on preparing something. I think he was teasing w/her as his ans.twice when she called his name was huh an huh again. Was able to finish holiday shopping. Dee Templeton.

Never have I ever experienced a horrible shopping experience at big lots. I was treated raisiest by management. He was very rude and not helpful to me are the 2 women in front of me. He knew he was wrong because he begged me several time to correct his mistakes. I contact corporate still havent heard from them. The store in kissimmee need to fix management.I will not return

Looks really nice in there since the remodel!!! Outside no change at all, but soon as you walk inside its like wow! My latest fun find was this Rustic 5 shelf book case! Now I get to shop for decor to put in it!

Delivery w 53 dry van. Scissor lift on N.W. corner of building. Had 2 stops, so this involves double spotting both trailers that require blindside parallel parking w/ 80 from lift to fence line w 4 wheelers using back of shopping center for a shortcut. Staff friendly and helpful

Found what I was looking for and almost empty (not a lot of people on the way). And nice employees.

We went to the Big Lots closer to our house looking for a couch. The employee there was less than helpful and brushed us off. We tried this store and was pleasantly surprised! Tamara was incredibly helpful and called other stores to help track down the couch we wanted.

The amount of aggression I was displayed by one of the managers for a simple situation was breath taking. For someone who just spent $1500 in the store I am appalled. I am so glad my wife was not the one to be treated like that and I was the one who walked in the store instead. I am taking back every item I bought and I will be uploading a video on the internet of what I experienced. I believe his name is Tim light skin gray hair fellow. I am taking this issue to corporate and the better business bureaus until I get justice.

Bad experience!!! In a normal day(Around 11 a.m.) it not possible, 4 cashiers and just one attending to the customers when the line has a 6 customers!!!!

Not as much merchandise and variety as before. It looks more like a furniture store. Usually not crowded.

Very bad customer service. Stood around for 20 minutes waiting for an employee to help me in the furniture department we found another employee that was busy stocking shelves but helped us find the sectional we wanted but when it came time to pay we had to deal the the other employee that was too busy flirting with cashiers in the front to do his job. We left after ten minutes of waiting after he said hed be right with us.

They need better customer service. The gentleman in the furniture section acted like he didnt want our business. He asked to be excused in the middle of the transaction just so he can go and talk to a female. After a long wait he came back and started to rush us. Not happy at all.

Big Lot used to have great prices in their store I dont know what happened the Big Lot prices the giving a little bit outrageous but they do have some good stuff there at a reasonable price you have to go there and take and see it do you believe it.

Very helpful in trying to find an item I was looking for. Their system said there were two in stock but we couldnt find any. They double and triple checked for us without an attitude. Staff has an experiment attitude. Not sure if the female employee was a manager or not but she showed how much she cared about the customers.

I was surprise at all the variety of stuff they carried. The cashier super friendly and attentive. Clean and spacious. I liked that everything had a price tag.

Big Lots USED to be good, now its just OK, average. You still find good deals on some items, mainly groceries (and energy drinks are the cheapest here). I still like the garden/summer section.

Very clean. Very organized. Friendly staff. They sold out 4th e item I went shopping for but I got a few more stuff I wanted with very competitive prices.

After browsing around for more than one hour with my daughter and having items in our cart, were told that the store is only accepting cash because the system is down. We werent in a rush so we stayed thirty minutes more. To no avail...We left without our items and several customers who came in to shop also left. This is not the first time that Big Lots has trouble with their system. Its time for an upgrade.

Located in Kissimmee a short drive away from medieval times. This store is the lone survivor in its plaza after another defunct K-Mart went out of business a couple years ago. Its a big store with friendly staff I did not give the store 5 stars more because of the company than the location. Big Lots, in general, dont seem to have the selection or deals they once had. Something completely out of the stores control.
