I feel like Everytime I walk into a journeys they never have what I want. I wear a size 3.5 and im 43. My 16 ur old wears a 3. We couldnt find anything. Someones it sucks having tiny feet 🐾😂. The staff was nice but not informative

Just left the journeys at the loop and my experience was not great. The lady working the store did not greet me at first because she was on the phone. Once she brought me the sneaker I requested the box only had one shoe in it and it was used and dirty. The shoe was clearly worn and returned and since she looked in the box beforehand when she removed the other shoe she should have seen it and not brought the dirty shoe for me to try one. Horrible customer experience. I won’t be returning to this location.

Location does not open at 10am on Sunday

Just bought a new pair shoes and they came in today . Even though they didn’t seem worn they came with hair on the inside soles.

First off I bought shoes from journeys at the loop and they didn’t have my size do I returned them and ordered a smaller size and an employee told me they’ll be arriving by Monday and they’ll give me a call and email me when they arrived so I waited until Monday and called but nobody answered it took me a good 10 times to get an answer from them and they told me that there not in and that they’ll be there tomorrow Tuesday. So I call again on Tuesday and they still haven’t arrived and they told me there is a 4-7 business day period and they still have time to bring them and I was like whatever okay. It’s friday now and I didn’t get a call or email from them so I call customer service they helped me locate my order and come to find out they arrived Wednesday at 11:43 AM so I called the store to advise them that I never got a call stating my shoes arrived then the employee told me that they will be there in the afternoon when I just spoke to the customer service agent telling me they were already there so I let them know that and they said yes there arrived here late afternoon Wednesday and I told them that the customer service angent said they were there at 11:43 and the employee told me they arrived at 1:30 pm. So why lie about them arriving late afternoon? But anyways now it’s Sunday August 26 and I was here since 9:30 AM the store opens at 10:00 AM and it’s 10:28 rn and the doors are still closed and when I went to open it I seen an employee and I waited 5 minutes there and they still didn’t open the door. So now I’m wasting gas leaving my car on because it’s hot outside just cause they do not want to open the door. Never again will I buy from this store.
