I love this store customer service was good but store manager doesnt seem to helpful or humble.

I went to your location in Orlando,FL (3206 N John Young Pkwy, Kissimmee, FL 34741) to browse and buy some candles. I went to check out while the trainee was helping other customers. The manager called the trainee away from the customers to come all the way to the front to ring up my candles. It would have taken the manager less than a minute to ring up my candles and then she could have gone back to do what she was doing. Terrible!!

The ladies there were so helpful and ALWAYS have been ...they greeted me like they was happy to see me ...they personalized their conversation with me and was happy to enlighten me with offers and future discounts I love going to that specific store its always a pleasure ....only down side was the couple I originally went in there withwasnt really a saver 😔 I was excited to actually see a discount but it averaged out to the same coat as the other candles 🤷🏽‍♀ other than that I enjoyed the shopping experience ...just got to read the fine print on the coupons 😬

Staff was very helpful. I only had a couple questions but the clerks were very attentive

Great customer service. I even noticed them sanitizing the baskets after each customer use. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Major shoutout to Hector at Yankee Candle at The Loop for being incredibly helpful while the store was only open for Curbside Pickup. Hector was kind, courteous and was ready to help in any way he could to make sure that I got what I wanted.

Christmas week... per the website the store is supposed to open at 10:00AM...still waiting for them to open at 10:20AM....🤔 Multiple people trying to get their shopping done..watched 10-15 people walk away due to the store not being open for business at the listed time on the website.If your hours are indeed different on Sundays -please update your hours on the website in order for people to make shopping plans accordingly.

The guy working there was very helpful and kind.

Store should have been open at 10, no sign on the door with hrs. I knocked on the window, lady talking through her mask and closed door finally uses hands to say not open till 11. You lost 4 customers waiting to get in. Poor communication on your part.

Sara was excellent helping me choose different fragrances and when I did and they werent in stock she ordered them for me. I bought 6 candles and 2 plug-ins. I ve been buying Yankee candles for decades believe me no other candle measures up. MERRY Christmas
