Stopped by to purchase some Christmas gifts for my family. They have a few sales like: Buy 3 get 2 free or buy 2 get 1 free. They also have some gifts bags already put together 🙂. There was a line outside but it took less than 10 minutes to enter. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Also using safe practices. In addition to safe distances, and mask, they spray everyones hands with hand sanitizer, and give you a paper bag to shop at the door before entering the store. 😷🙂

I was searching for a house warming gift for a young lady. When I went in I was greated by a very friendly sales associate. She suggested the perfect gift and I purchased it. The sales associates were all friendly and professional. My first visit to the establishment and I was impressed and would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for such a gift.

We drive to the location, paid $2 toll to find out they are closed to 12 on Sunday. The website shows 10:00 on Sunday. Called manager said she sorry but cant let us in till 12:00 which has been the hours for months. Told her website shows 10 on Sunday and there are other customers also waiting outside in the heat because the site shows open. Dont go here on Sunday per the website hours.

Good morning,I would like to start out by saying the staff here is great. The staff greeted myself and husband as we walked into the establishment👏. Everyone was knowledgeable about different products and the sale prices, but one employee (MRS.CATHY). She is energetic, pleasant, sweet, her eagerness to go above and beyond to make sure we was happy and brought the right products for our home size and the gift we initially came in for. Staff was amazing. The store was 92 degrees with a broken AC unit. I was shocked they had these poor staff working in this HOT BOX. The employees were all amazing but conditions were bad.

Love this brand, they always have great deals and sales I cant resist. Is the first time I buy their candles and I was amazed!! Such delicious fragrances, so many to pick from, I ended up buying 6 🤩🤩🤩 after lightning one up I knew it was worth it!!

They are constantly cleaning and sanitizing. Felt safe while shopping. They limit how many shoppers can be in the store at any given time. Nice set up to keep everyone safer. Friendly employees and very helpful.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. After waiting over an hour in line and another 30 min in line to purchase, I realized I didn’t have my card on me. 🤦🏼‍♀️ So I asked if they could hold my items and I’ll come back. Well my boyfriend doesn’t get there until 30minutes prior to close, but the staff were true to their word and kept my items on hold for me. When the staff had heard what had happened, they all felt super happy that we would come back and they were very excited to show their appreciation for our business. This staff member pictured, not sure of her name but she is an amazing asset to your staff and she really went above and beyond. Thank you Loop B&BW you are now my number one location always and forever. ❤️

Unfriendly team works at Loop location. I received two sets of same coupons and was not able to use them at one visit. I understand it’s one set of coupon per customer, so do not blame your corporate for sending duplicate set, just let it to be used at the same visit and do not tell me to come back another day special at this time when we all need to minimize unnecessary trips to the stores.

Was happy to see this location open finally. Had to wait outside for 15 minutes before entering due to covid but employees were friendly and keeping all in order. Got what i needed finally!!! Hopefully more locations open back up. Their half yearly sale is going on currently as well.

The store is well organized and well stocked. Went there yesterday and asked for a particular foaming hand soap. The young lady I asked said they were all out of that scent. Very disappointed because it is my favorite. So I took a walk back and there it was, on the side back wall. The place is the size ofan outhouse, please tell your associates to learn the stock set up. She was also not very anxious to help me. I will go to the mall store from now on.

I went to this location on 12/07/2019 for the annual candle sale and I have to say, kiddos to the staff for such an amazing job. They were so organized and I was able to shop in peace and get all my candles. Great job! 👍🏼

The women at the door was super nice and helpful... I saw a couple leaving and she asked you didnt see anything you like... They came in For a certain item she was able to get them back in the store and find them the item they were looking for... Great customer service..... And she got you guys a sale....

What a horrible experience. How do you go to make a purchase and have bags restricted to a purchasing client. The worst part is having one of the sales associates whom feels the Christmas spirit and wanted to give me a bag while the other sales associate rudely snatched the bag from the other and rudely says no more bags for you. I am appalled at how this store treats its customer specially during this holiday season. They are not at all prepared. Super saddened at how my Christmas Eve shopping went specially at this store.

We do a lot of shopping here around the holidays, and the manager Andrea is amazing. She is very kind and helpful, there was a sale on for the buy 3 get 3 free and I missed it (due to I work graveyard shift and I over slept when i woke up the store was closed), so I went in the next day and and Andrea offered to honor the deal for me. Also Adrian is awesome he did the same thing for my mother earlier in the season. Love thus place and all the employees!

Cathy greeted us and was absolutely wonderful and helpful. Her bubbly personality and excellent customer service make this the only Bath and Body works I will return to. All around an amazing location!

Great sales for your discontinued items or unusual scented items but most scents for me i dont care for so really couldnt enjoy 75% sales. Dont get me wrong i got stuff on sale but wishing all were 3.95 each (75%) lol Employees were pleasant trying to restock for tomorrow. You can also purchase online as well. I went in personally to smell some i was not familiar with.

I went to this store on Dec. 13th for their fun size fragances $1.95 sale, as I entered the store there was this loud lady who basically just yelled at me and my girls and people just starred at us, it was so embarrassing!! The store was crowded obviously, so there werent any bags available upfront. After I waited patiently in line with a 2 and a 1 year old, this lady named Reisa asks if Im paying with card, I was, so I went up to her and after she scanned all of my items and asked me to insert my card, put my pin and everything, she says she has to do it all over again because supposedly it didnt go through. I wait patiently again and left three of my items, put my card again and pay. Ask for the bathroom, go in with my girls come back and she hands me my bag. GREAT, she was very nice!! Next day, I check my email and notice I had received two different receipts, meaning the 1st transaction did go through and she charged me twice. I went to the store again, speak to like three different associates, her even, and the manager I believe she was, told me to call customer service, I leave the store, call them and they say to wait 5 business days for my account to clear, if not to call back. I did and it didnt, so I called back and guess what they told me? They couldnt refund me my money as it was two different transactions (since I decided to leave three items). Basically, I just paid full price!! 🤦🏼‍♀️ They made me feel as if I wanted to steal money.

You should definitely check out this store. The sale was for the 8th, I forget my password and forget to reset it... The items that I had in my basket was for $6 a piece, the next day I went to go check out and they were back to $13.50 a piece. I went to the store and asked the sales associate if theyre still $6. She says no, but she can check if I can still get them for $6 a piece. She checked and I get each item for $6. I love, love this store.

Large variety of lotions, sprays, wash, and candles. The intermingled scents can be a little overwhelming. But great place to find an appropriate gift for almost any adult. Always very good and friendly customer service.
