When there a couple times always help me out with great service most recently Went there today my lug nut ended up braking in half couldnt take my tire out they couldnt take off my tire either but they did recommend me to other local mechanic to take it off and I was able togo back to replace the tire they basically saved the day for me and save me a lot of money is a great place

If only I could give Osceola Speed Tires more than 5 stars...This establishment is A++. I plan on returning for the other services they provide for my vehicle from now on. After discovering on Monday that one of my rims cracked, the owner, Pete, and his wife, Ericka, were able to help me find new wheels quickly and were able to install them by Friday. While another tire spot, quoted me a 4 week wait for new wheels at a higher price. The overall service was quick and efficient, and at a reasonable cost. Their customer service is above and beyond and I love that its truly family owned and operated.

Absolutely love this place! I’ve come multiple times with different cars and the experience is always the same! They are very welcoming, quick and well priced. The waiting area is extremely clean. I drive from Poinciana to them every time I need tires because I have never felt so welcome and comfortable at a car maintenance shop. This morning I came in as a walk-in at 9:51am to change a tire and it was finished at 10:05am. I am always shocked at how quickly they work. At tire kingdom I would’ve had to wait around for hours and pay an insane bill.

If I could give them zero Stars I would I dropped off my new rims that I had previously checked at home and they call me that one of the rims is bent they dropped the rim and wouldnt even admit it stay away from this place.. sorry but in this case you were not honest. you got defensive and automatically assumed Im a liar instead of questioning your employees Im 54 years old I have nothing to gain I bought new I brought you new rims and one of your guys dropped it but thats the way you treat your customers good luck with your business....

Edit 6/12/2020: The owner responded and I did not get that “choice” that they’re talking about. I called ahead my first visit asking for used as well as when I walked in. Just be transparent next time with your customer and explain like how you did it when you responded to my Google review.I visited this business two separate times for the same service: a tire replacement. My cousins raved about this tire shop. So, I’m writing this review because the first time I visited (Jan ‘20) I was quoted $35 and then after completion was charged $42. I questioned the cashier (wife) but not too much because the service done by her husband was quick. Yesterday, I visited again and was charged $35 this time...for the same service. I frequent this plaza since Tomato Express Market is the only place I can find my childhood favorites and would like to have a reliable tire shop in the same plaza, but if I visit again, I expect to be charged $35.

This place is amazing! The owner and his crew are incredible, they do great work and have the best customer service! I’ve come here a few times for different reasons and for tire problems I’ve encountered on two different cars. The new tires I bought here a few months ago are great. My most recent visit here was for a relatives car to get an alignment and the tires balanced and mounted. The place is clean and the staff is just as great compared to the first time I walked in a new costumer months ago. I can honestly say that I am not worried about having an issue with my car’s tires and next time I do I know that I’ll be taken care of right here!

I have been here twice in the last 3 months. I can honestly say I have received excellent service. The first time i went in was for tires. prices were good! 60 for 2 used tires but they were LIKE NEW, and that included balancing. Today 7/28/14 i went in to get a set of wheels balanced. like everyone saving i called every place in town literally, with quotes from 32.00--49.99 only for balancing.These guys went above and beyond for under 30 for the balancing!! super affordable and easy on the pocket. Great people, Great prices, Excellent fast service. I will be back :)

Ive been in this shop 3 times so far. First time I purchased a used tire for dirt cheap that was in great shape. Second time I went for my fathers truck as well. The pricing on the services was great. The third time I went for my truck. The price was reasonable, not as cheap as the first two times but who gives... The only issues I had was that the hubcaps were not inserted correctly, lucky me I didnt lose them and that I had to re-adjust the nuts on all (4) rims/wheels on both vehicles to be 100% sure/safe. On my dads truck it appears that it was not aligned since the tire on the right side is wearing faster than the other 3 tires with just 2 weeks of purchased/mounted. I looked underneath where the tie rods adjust its alignment and these were not even touched. Mud and dust were intact as If the alignment were never done.Bottom line: This shop has good customer services, its humble and faster than any other shop Ive shopped for tires in town but in my opinion the DIY method is most trusted.
