I brought in my f150 and I have to say that they delivered on the promise. There was a tiny blemish that the manager had to show me when I picked up the truck. I could barely notice it. He said come back in two weeks and they will fix. Good enough for me! Im taking my wife and my moms car there too. The staff is awesome too and look like they enjoy there job.overall good experience.

I just bought a new hood for 300$ and someone at the paint shop left a dent on my hood looks like they forced their palm closing it also overspray on my headlights and a scratch across my driver fender I’m not gonna want any body work done here I want a new hood I had body work done by this same Econo paint shop and the body man needs more experience this ain’t even a factory hood for my Tahoe it a HD hood from a 2001-2002 Silverado I’m so sick to my stomach right now I came to this shop hoping to leave happy and i feel like giving up on my truck i guess this is what I get for trying to get paint the cheap route I really hope they do good by me cause they seem nice there

Over all the paint looks good just some minor imperfections with some chipped paint or some spots that could have been stripped more before painting over old paint. I’ll definitely probably be coming back for the warranty before the years done. To fix the chipped paint on the mirrors and the peeling paint on the bumper. Only thing I would say that I didn’t like the most was waiting a week to get the car back. And waiting in the office for over 20 mins to get someone to come to the front. But it’s not always like that. My paint was only $366 with no clear coat And original paint with one year warranty. It’s been 2 months now and the truck started bubbling

Very Nice Paint and Bodywork for a reasonable price!

They are getting 2 stars because of price only it was really affordable but below you will know why where do I begin the lack of attention to detail is astounding. There was overspray all over the cars trim. Before having a customer come in to pick up the vehicle the least they could have done was clean up the overspray all over the trim. This had to be the worst tape job ever. I can’t believe they were not embarrassed to hand over the car in this condition. I have zero expectations that this paint job will last based on the customer service and lack of attention to detail. The sanding is also very minimal so minimal that glue from an emblem that we removed still showed through the paint they didn’t bother to sand it off so I’m pretty sure they didn’t fully sand the entire car and only did a few areas very lightly. I can also see some areas where the original chipping paint was not sanded fully and was just sprayed over. There is also some specs of dirt or lint on the door that was not originally there that was just painted over Im guessing debris from their shop. Anyhow when I brought up the overspray concern when I picked up the car the man in the office said it was just spray dust and it would wash off to not worry and dismissed my concerns. I am non confrontational so I paid, took my car and left. The photos don’t lie see the over spray for yourself so be warned that you might get paint in places you didn’t want painted including my windshield fluid spray nozzles that are now clogged with paint. Just offering my honest review for anyone who might be thinking of going here. Take the pros and cons and decide if it’s worth it.

My husband called to get information on how to proceed with a paint job on our car. He was told they closed at 12pm on Saturday and that he just needed to come in for a quote. Well we did just that got there in 2 cars with our little ones before 12pm at exactly 1140am to get a quote and willing to leave the car. And the guy was rude and said they closed at 1130am. This was a rushed morning and a waste of a trip. Would not recommend this place. They obviously did not want our business. It gave us another chance to look over at their bad reviews and now we are thankful we didnt get our car painted here. Avoid

I wish I had a before picture for my car. I have a 2016 kia optima and let me tell you. For a 2016 you would think it would be brand new. No paint chip,no scratches,dents. Nothing. Ive had my car for almost two years and Ive had enough. I looked up paint jobs in Florida and I didnt find ONE place that would help me. When I finally found one I went to this one place and they were going to charge me over $350 for just my trunk! I needed my whole car done. I was about to give up then I found Econo Paint and I had no idea about this place besides the reviews so I went for it. I took a chance. Being a single mother I needed someone I can trust with my car and being on a budget. And they different didnt! Im so thankful for finding this place. You guys did such an amazing job on my car. Wow these guys were amazing! So I came in and was greeted by Kelvin who was super professional on explaining the procedures and what I would be expecting when I came to pick up my car. I brought my car into Econo for an estimate, which I was a little skeptical about in the beginning, but after making it threw the door the assistant manager Patrick greeted me and started the estimate process. He made sure I understood what to except, also showed me cars from the day before which looked really good. Before I knew it I had faith in Patrick and his team to bring my car back to life. It only took 2 days before I got a phone call saying my car was ready to be picked up, when I was picking the car up I had a couple of questions about it and the assistant Patrick came up front to help me understand, he was very nice and professional overall my experience was great and would def recommend them to anyone.

The worst paint job and costumer service Ive ever experienced in life! I paid $800 to paint my car and the ugly paint they did in my car started peeling after only 6 month in several spots. When I took it back to the shop. The manager refused to fix it even that it still under warranty.. (which is one year)He told me that I have to pay another $200 to fix it again!!! Stay away from this place. They are going to miss your car up.

Upon requesting service from this company, I was able to get a better quote in general versus the quote I brought to them. My request was to change the color of my Range Rover from a Champagne Gold to a two-tone Silver and Black. The manager advised me of the best approach with their services as well. In addition, once the original work was completed, I noticed areas that needed further attention and they immediately set a date to address the concerns in a timely fashion. Overall, my experience with this company was outstanding.

They did an amazing job getting the peeling paint off the bad areas, I cant even tell it was damaged, and the turn around time was impressive. The paint job came out amazing. Our old 2005 Town & Country was looking rough. It’s a 15 year old vehicle with 150,000 miles on it so I didn’t want to spend a lot on a paint job. I decided to ignore the star rating of Econo in Kissimmee and go by for an estimate. I met Kelvin, the shop manager and he was super friendly and professional. I told him that I didn’t need showroom quality, I just wanted cheap to make the van look decent again. His reply, “How about I give you near showroom quality and cheap?” That sounded good to me! He gave me the estimate and I was shocked. How can they do a paint job for so little? So, I asked how long they would need the van for. He said leave it with me now and I’ll have it ready tomorrow morning. Again, I was shocked! He even offered for one of his guys to give me a ride home. Honestly, I don’t understand the reviews complaining about customer service. That all happened yesterday and was my first impression of the company. Kelvin called me last night to let me know the van was done and would be ready for pickup at 10am today. We just got home from picking up the van and the first thing I wanted to do was share my experience. The van looks beautiful and we couldn’t be happier! Is the paint job perfect? No, but I can honestly say that Kelvin delivered EXACTLY what he promised. Near showroom quality for an unbelievable price. Econo Painting & Body Works, you have earned a customer for life. If I could give them NO stars I could. I took my truck there to get painted and should have known the price was to good to be true! I dropped my truck off on a Wednesday at 8am and came back on Friday at 4pm to pick it up only to find issues with the paint job. They also never told me the price didn’t include clear coat. I asked them to fix the issues which would then leave me without a truck until Tuesday of following week. Get a call Tuesday that a piece of tape fell off and messed up the clear coat that I added since they had to fix the blemish in the tailgate. So now I am being told my truck won’t be ready till Wednesday. Wednesday comes around and still not ready. I finally get the okay to pick up on Thursday (over a week later) and the paint job is worse than before and even worse than when I first left it. There is dirt imbedded in the clear coat, paint already chipping, they broke my hood bug guard and didn’t even tell me but found broken pieces in my backseat, left a nasty used hose in the bed of my truck, didn’t even remove all the masking tape and paper, had paint on my door panels and dash, and looked like my hood and truck had tiny dents all over. At this point I want my money back which I am still fighting as I refuse to leave my truck again so they can mess it up some more. DON’T GO THERE EVER!

I see all these Nissan Trucks driving around with the paint coming off the roofs and hood almost to the bare metal. I had the same problem and brought my Nissan Titan truck here and they painted my entire truck for $400. It looks pretty good for the price. Better then allowing your truck to rust.

Great place to take your Car for paint. I been coming here for years, they do great work, they work with your schedule, also with price, they always have deals going on. For about $300 you can get your whole car painted. They also do great body work. Call or go and speak with Manager Mike. He really knows his stuff about cars.

My wife and I have a 2007 Nissan Altima that has been left out in the Florida sun throughout its life. The paint was faded and metal under the original paint was fully exposed on the roof and hood. The car needed a paint job. However, we didnt want to spend more money painting the car than what it was worth.So, we looked around and Econo Auto Painting had a special going for their Enamel Deluxe Paint. This includes a 1 year written guarantee, automative enamel from Axalta, masking all chrome and windows, and hand sanding for adhesion. The advertised price for the special was $249.95! I thought that was an awesome price.When I arrived to Econo Auto Paint, Kevin greeted me and explained what was included in the package and suggested that I pay for extra prep. The extra prep was $75 and I also paid for materials and an environmental charge. The total price with tax came out to $371.95 I was surprised and wished this was just part of the advertised priced. However, this was still a great deal compared to what I would be paying at other shops in my mind.I dropped the car off and in a few days I picked it up and it looked awesome! I was very impressed with the quality of work. I found a few imperfects near the door handles. You wouldnt see those unless you were looking for them. Overall, everyone has complimented the new paint job and my wife enjoys driving her car to work now. It was in rough shape before it got painted.tldr; I would highly recommend Econo Auto Painting. The price for their basic service is great for cars that need some love. Pay for the extra prep and dont expect perfection. They do a great job overall. My wife and I are very happy.

They painted car faster than they said they would do that was great . When I got the car home and really looked at it, I noticed they didnt painted underneath my license plate. The missing a few places on my door and honestly some of the door dents that I seen werent there when I dropped off the car. Im not saying they did it, just dont I believe the dents were there when I dropped off the car. Now Im trying to call them to see what can be done and Im not getting any answer from them.

Honestly I just have a couple words to say to those people out there in the community don’t waste your time or money in this catch of lies!Examples are I brought my vehicle here and they leave a whole drip of paint showing then I take in to get it fixed and clips from my front bumper are missing I took in little fog lamps to be installed and who knows who but someone stole the bulbs of one of them and then they say it broke! Spreading the word out there, you guys are terrible.

My wife n I took our nissan murano here to get painted white and we were nervous about what the quality was going to be but when we picked it up 3 days later the workmanship was spot on. The paint was smooth and well applied. They even did work that was not asked of them. We are very pleased with the cusomer service and over all experience. We will be back.

Not satisfied at all. I know its cheap but not free and no customer expectations no matter how low are met. The work is sloppy, uneven with several imperfections, cars are presented dirty. When confronted with this front desk employees get defensive and somewhat confrontational like its a daily occurrence. Thier response is its not dealer job plus they dont have an oven. They should have told me that when I first walked in.I hate given a bad review for I value peoples work but they wont value clients. The quality control is non existent and they expect you be happy with the worst possible paint job. I should had paid more elsewhere. Keep away dont fall for the low ball pricing. Im waiting a month until the paint completely settles to get my car professionally polished to see if I can get the imperfections out. That is my only hope! Pay more money elsewhere thats my advice for you will hate yourself for giving them your money for a horrible job.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Youre better off paying a little extra then the headache they cause. They will not do a good job. Your car is never ready when they promise it will be. Your car is given back to you dirty. They do not clean the mess they make both on the interior or exterior. Their communication is terrible. When you talk to them about any problems, they just give you excuses and then promise to fix the job. And the next day, the car is in the same condition. They tell you the car is ready over the phone and then when you get there, your car isnt ready and then try to give it to you, wgne its obviously not done(missikg pieces on bumper, screws left inside car, exterior and interior with paint residue everywhere)Do not offer any compensation for your inconvenience driving and then telling you to come back the next day. Terrible customer service and quality of service.I HAD TO CALL THE COPS FOR THE MANAGER TO EVEN TO COME TALK TO ME. UNBELIEVABLE!

This is a place to avoid, if you cannot afford$350 for maaco wait until then, why?The first thing you meet this manager DANNY a typical disparate salesman or sales manager, the only goal is to put some numbers up and generate business no matter how, bumping the price and justify it with car needs extra hand and machine sanding..ok no problem...2- most likely the car might be ready two or three days after the agreed pick up time..3- the kid that did the job just started with the company I had a chance to talk to him before and after the job..4- The paint job looks like someone is trying to revenge against you..so some areas never been touched and some areas and not supposed to be covered!!!!..5- I got the car super dirty with sanding powder, I mean super dirty no joke!!6- who drove the car ?...I wrote my mileage before the drop off and after 27.7 miles of difference..Now please for those that cares about peoples reviews and experience..what would you have done?The funny thing is right when you enter the building you see something on the wall stating instead of giving excuses, find solutions!! .All I heard is excuses after excuses.. one day they was a storm and we couldnt do anything.. another day the car isnt ready it still wet .. Another day you well thats a $300 job!! Do not waste your money at Econo Paint, they use cheaper paint and they dont do well the body work, I had a very bad experience. I had to take my car somewhere else to do all the paint and body work again.

You walk in hes super friendly so helpful but after they get the money theyre a whole different person, and they have bs discounts that are there all year long they tell you theyll give you this price if you do it today, and then they do a half ass job dont wet sand or buff the paint so its rough, bumpy and dull they painted a part of my window, part of my front grill, part of my interior, part of my headlights and taillight, did the most expensive option and still looks like $#!T followed all there maintenance precedures and its still craking and peeling only 2 months after I took it. And no one else will work with the paint since it is so low quality paint. Waste of $800

My daughter got into a fender bender and she is only 18. Her deductable is $1000 and i was estimating the repair to be $1500-$2000. We decided to pay out of pocket and not use our insurance. I did a lot of searching attempting to minimize my daughters expenses. She has an old toyota Camry 2004 with over 100K so i wasnt looking for top of the line shop. I looked at macco, the recovery room and several others. i found out that we needed a full collision shop, not just paint shop based on the extent of damage. Econo paint in kissimme offered the lowest bid of $1600 that included new hood, fender, bumper cover, grill and radiator plus painting the damaged area. i had one bid that was $3900, yeah it would have been perfect, but not in our budget. The car is only worth about $5000. Edwin did a great job and both me and my daughter were very very please. if you have an older car or paying out of pocket this is the place to go. Saves you money and the quality of work is very good. we had to wait a week, but very much worth it. Very fair and very considerate folks, good hardworking and honest. Highly recommended for old cars or want decent job at very affordable prices. Edwin is the best.

I took my car here to get some dents taken care of but mainly to get it repainted . I drop it off and let them know what I wanted done . I get my car back not running and the dents I asked to be fixed still there . And there is paint drips as well . I have a 3 year warranty but I don’t even wanna take the car back to get fixed just to go back and have my car not running again or see the same stuff still not fixed . I would highly recommend going somewhere else . If I could give this a Zero star I would . Also the manager walked away when I said something about my dents still being there .
