Tried the Kwood Sonic this time. Very busy on a Saturday afternoon. Service was fairly quick. Daughter had the honey BBQ popcorn chicken meal. Good taste for the chicken, fries very soggy : ( so she didnt eat them. We (wife and I) had sonic blasts, both were good, but light on the toppings. I had the peanut butter cup and estimate that it was maybe one cup crumbled up. Not a destination, but would go again sometime.

I visited this location a couple of weekends ago and am just getting to writing about my experience. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. We had the Banana Pudding Shake and it was wonderful. This is the best location and I can not wait to go back. It was a lot of people there but the service was fast and the staff was friendly. Thank you for the nice experience, compare the horrible one I had at another location.

Love that this location NEVER says they dont have something available(especially limited specials). The wait to order wasnt over 1 minute after pressing button and the wait to receive food took no more than 5 minutes(ordered 3 red, white & blue slush floats, a soft pretzel twist and a corn dog). They had a line full of cars in drive thru so we decided to wait at car hop and still no issues with timing or service. Best location in Saint Louis that I have encountered.

Arrived at 9:50 tried to order but didn’t get a response, it was very noisy with teenagers goofing off & playing on scooters reving their engines & being so loud that you couldn’t hear anything. When we tried to order we didn’t get a response so when tried again they told us they were closed. Ty heard the lady next to us getting mad because she’d been waiting for over 30 minutes & hadn’t received her food. I gave 2 stars for all this, IF I Ever go back & service improves I’ll change the rating.So hopefully Sonic mgmt takes note of this & improves.

Hear that you allow employee to use racial slurs ...and as a manager this person stays on, uncorrected or not fired, unacceptable.Keep the workplace a safe, clean place with decent workers.

Waited 20 minutes for our order, called back and they said it would be done in a few minutes. Waited another 20 minutes and called back, only for them to say the order was $38 when it should have been $15 because they rang up the same thing multiple times. Told them it was fine and just left because I had to get to work. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me at this location either. That will be my last time at this Sonic.

Love Sonic and their food especially their Chili dogs or cheese coneys. Very delicious food!

Dont even bother going to this sonic. It was a 40 min wait . They gave our order to another person next to us and they stuck their hands in the bag putting their hands all over our food. I asked the server if she handed our order to someone else and she denied it. She didnt realize I had seen what happened. She didnt want to remake the order. This was also our fourth visit in a row that they were out of onion rings and drinks. The food also tasted gross. Maybe theyre hiring inexperienced employees because of the covid pandemic. I wont be going back to this place.

I used to love this location; Im beginning to not like it.In January, I placed an online (DESKTOP) order, that included onion rings. I got fries. This month, I placed another online order - Cheeseburger with bacon, onion rings, drink. Got my onion rings - but no bacon on the burger, very little lettuce, pickles, and one slice of tomato.As far as online ordering, Im not too happy, either. If Im connected to VPN, I cannot place an order - I have to refresh after every link I click; and no matter how long I let it sit, I cannot actually get to the part where I choose a location and pay. So, I have to disconnect, in order to place an order - thats kinda contrary to why VPNs exist. The system needs much improvement. (Im using SurfShark + Win7 Ultimate.)

Not only was the food hot and fresh, the service was excellent. And the order was accurate. Kudos to the staff at this Sonic!

Most packed sonic Ive ever pulled into, all stalls full & drive thru wrapped around! Yet I still got my food in 5 minutes! Appreciate it!

The one place I worked at but never got tired of the food from!(It may be fast food, but I even miss working there!)Very busy location, sometimes there is a slight wait to place the order as there are 32 stalls on top of the drive thru, but once the order is in, they always push out hot fresh food quickly. I am never disappointed here!I got worried when they changed some products not long ago, I thought they were going to go a cheaper route, but they stayed with high quality products.

Not my first negative experience here. Waited for almost 20 minutes for my order. My limeaid and my daughters limeaid came out frankly disgusting. No fizz strange flavor. They did not give us my daughters chicken fingers after a discussion about chicken finger sizes...how did they miss this? Just all around bad experience.

Still waiting after 45mins. Why are other people getting their food before me when they arrived after me. And are they going to pay for my gas? Im literally on empty now!! Wasted 4.3 gallons of gas in the drive through. 0 freaking stars. I only ordered a single shake.

The food was cold and the man talking to take your order was talking as low as he possibly could so you had to keep saying I cannot hear you

I go there for their hot dogs which remind me of the Chicago hot dogs. I like the fact that they steam the hot dog buns.

Fast, friendly, cooked to order fresh! Kids love it & helps out a busy parent or grandparent. Wide variety of food & drink. Fun & safe with the carhops service!

Its hard to beat a sonic cherry limeade or ocean water on a summer day. Id give 5 if their food wasnt hit or miss, but you get used to knowing the landmines on the menu.

The little girl came out in me this afternoon. I had a corn dog and a lime slushee. It was delicious! Food was great and so was the service!

This is one of the better Sonic locations in town. Its usually fast and they care about customers, unlike some others around. They do a good job of taking care of people and the food quality is what youd expect from Sonic.

I love this Sonic. the service is always great, the employees are happy to see customers and are incredibly attentive and quick, yet still patient. The prices are good and Ive not had a problem with my food since Ive come here, its always correct and hot when it comes out. 10/10 Sonic, Id not go to any other location.

Burgers were good.Employee taking the order was kind of rude. Could not answer my daughters question as to what a blast was. Asked if it was like a shake, answer its a blast asked is it like a concrete, answer its a blast. At least describe what it is.

Kiosks not working, went to one that did. Pushed the red button on and no one answered for 20 mins...left and went to another restaurant down the street. I was eating in 20 mins somewhere else.

Pretty efficient, decent fast food

Lots of broken stalls. Instead of doing this you should block the stalls off. Either with cones or tape.

The #4 texas toast burger. The burger had a ton of onions, the tots were soggy and cold, and the ice coffee didnt have chocolate like I asked for.

New Years eve celebration took me and my hubby to Sonic. Was it planned? We have been married for 32 years and for us to be out driving around like teenagers was a hoot. Long story short after visiting the Forest Park Ice Rink. About 30 min. Thats all we could take it was frigid cold. We wanted dessert......I had the french toast sticks. This so similar to funnel cakes. It was de- licious. They car hop comes to the car like in the 1950s. No roller skates. Best french toast sticks best ever. Yummy!!

The shakes and sonic blasts were made very well and with a perfect balance of toppings.

Waited over 15 minutes to order and I ended up leaving because of that. I wont be coming back

The young lady who brought my food out was extremely polite. I didnt know I couldnt add a tip when I used my debit card and I had no cash for a tip. She said I.shouldnt worry about it and never gave me any attitude when she told me this.I wish I could remember her name but she was wkg evening shift this date.She is a great asset to your business and you should be proud to have her representing your company.

The worst Sonic experience ever. Waited 30 min to get through a short drive-thru line, food preparation and then a redo of half the food just to get our order correct. And they still forget utensils. It was not their best day.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! We came here for a quick dinner after a very long weekend. And I definitely do not expect perfection. I’ve been in the food industry and I understand the stresses of it. But what I can’t understand is just being a down right terrible person. All I need you to do is take my order. You don’t have to sound like it’s the greatest thing you’ve ever done. But I would be nice if I didn’t get cut off every time I say something. And when you answer the speaker after I try to finish my order since you didn’t let me finish and you say “what do you want”? You gotta be kidding me. “What I want” is for the workers at this location to just take my dinner order like a normal employee of any other food establishment and lose the attitude. If you are reading this and deciding if you should go here, do yourself a favor and just don’t.

The grilled chicken sandwich is really good.

There were three of us from order to when we got our food was only about 10 minutes. I will definitely go back the food was delicious.

Employee was incredibly rude to me for no reason. Spoke to me in a tone of voice that made it clear she thought I was beneath her. I don’t understand why you’d choose a job working with the public if you can’t even speak decently to people.

Kinda slow since covid

My order was wrong. No one offered to fix it. She just walked off when I told her. The tots weren’t cooked all the way, they were soggy. The chicken was the exact same way, no crunch just soggy. So I paid for food I couldn’t even eat.Update. They have redeemed themselves and been back many many times.

I have enjoyed Sonic for years, but todays visit left much to be desired. The food was okay, we didnt order anything remarkable, but the drinks were abysmal. The Ocean Water and Strawberry Limeade were the worst we have ever had, and it isnt even close. My son isnt that picky thankfully, he was just happy to be getting a soda at all, but for those of us with more discerning tastes, the lack of quality was obvious. I would have said perhaps the soda machine was out of syrup or the carbonation was off, but that wasnt even the only issue. They didnt even put enough strawberry in the Limeade to warrant calling it a Strawberry Limeade. It was almost like drinking club soda with a teaspoon worth of Strawberry puree. I realize we came by during Happy Hour, but they werent very busy and for the drinks to be this poor is inexcusable for a self-proclaimed Ultimate Drink Stop. We will not be stopping at this location in the future I guess, which is unfortunate, but it really was that bad.

Just walked over and ordered a drink. Had to stand at one of the parking lot stations and order, then stand and wait. Picnic table area is closed due to COVID. Diet cherry limeade drink was good, reduced price for happy hour.

We stopped in for rootbeer floats which are usually great. Today, it wasnt like a float but more like a soda with icy ice cream. It reminded me of at home attempts to make floats.

The food is good, I just dont understand why we still cant sit at a table OUTSIDE to eat. The tables are far enough apart. People can dine inside other places but not outside???? So stupid.
