The associates and managers are super nice and genuinely want you to have a good experience. You never feel pressured into buy things and they are happy to help you no matter what. My favorite place to go when I need to buy something last minute for a vacation, wedding, or party. They always spend time talking with me and help me find something I feel great in!

I have shopped here multiple times and really enjoyed my experience and the quality of items I purchased. The sales associates are very friendly and helpful. Recently I purchased a dress from them and it didnt work for me. I posted a review about a return issue. I was really impressed that they reached out to me the next morning and fixed it. Great customer service and responsive team. Their merchandise is really cute and I love the small boutique feel.

Workers are very friendly and went the extra mile to try and find me an outfit for my bachelorette weekend! Very cute and wide selection of clothing.

I love this boutique, and I usually don’t shop at boutiques. The employees are SO friendly and helpful, and the prices aren’t outrageous. Plus they run sales pretty often!

Super fun trendy store

Unprofessional company. They do not know how to properly handle customer service related issues. They copy their clothing from designer brands and make them “knock offs” when they’re still overpriced and are flawed, leading to unoriginal merchandise. If you want real quality and a good shopping experience do not shop here.

This store may have nice things. But management is horrible! That alone makes me not want to shop here. My favorite sales girl got let go for no reason, via text. So unprofessional

I was shopping around the Kirkwood area today on my lunch break and decided to stop in for my first time. The store was a disaster. There were boxes all over the entrance to the store, so many racks you couldn’t walk, and the music was so loud I couldn’t even think. I love the small boutique feel which is why I typically shop in downtown Kirkwood but unfortunately this shop does not offer that. The girls there obviously also work on commission because I didn’t have a chance to look for anything myself without them following me around. Sad to say I will not be back.

Bought a $50 item that was marked 25% off the very next day. They would not adjust for the sale! Poor customer service.
