I could not be more please with my service. I walked in with a million questions and Bill had answers for all of them. He was very honest and up front when I brought a product that we were unsure of the authenticity of the leather, but ultimately it turned out great! They were very prompt with the design turn around time and reasonably priced. I would recommend over and over.

Arch engraving created a beautiful engraving of our son’s graduate school diploma. They were so friendly and helpful. Ann helped me choose the perfect design. I was visiting from out of town and Arch’s had the engraving ready so quickly. I highly recommend Arch’s for any engraving needs.

The owner took a personal interest in my project, and he helped me turn an idea into an amazing product. I am BLOWN AWAY by the talent of their graphic designer! He took my vision and brought it to life. The office staff is amazing and reworked my image as many times as I asked to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. They were quick to respond & finish my product. Everything was very reasonably priced too! I wish I knew how to add a picture to show their work. I had a scrapbook I wanted engraved with a picture of a specific house and they did so well! I will definitely be coming back with any other needs I have. Thank you all so much!

Had a large wood cutting board engraved for a gift, loved it so much bought one for myself and had it engraved too.

Their design was laughably too small on the finished product.

I was tasked with finding 12, metal, full color name tags for an event with my organization. Unfortunately we only had 48 hours to obtain them before the event. I called several places, and a few even laughed at me when I gave them my time frame. I almost gave up until someone suggested I call Arch. Emily was courteous, polite, professional and extremely helpful. She provided me a proof within hours, and had all of my tags ready by the end of business the following day. I can not recommend them highly enough.

I placed an order with Amazon and for what ever reason my delivery didnt show up. According to Amazon the package was either damaged in transit or they couldnt find my address. I was in a frenzy and called Arch Engraving. I explained to them that I was having a party in 4 days and had no trophy. They accepted the task and provided me with trophies 3 days later!Thank you so much Arch Engraving! We will see you again, soon!

I bought a special pen and brought it to them to have it engraved. The service was very good and they finished the pen on time. The price was fair. I will come back next time I have something to be engraved.

Youre better off going anywhere else.Very disappointed in the rude and unprofessional behavior of the owner and management. Mainly the owner, Bill Collier, who will aggressively blame any problems or holdups to be the fault of the customer. They attempted to charge me over twice as much for a job done on a slower 30 watt machine vs. their faster 90 watt one which was requested and assured would be used. In the end, my materials werent even cut out all the way... Ill have to use an exacto knife for hours to finish the job I paid them for.My items were delayed for weeks and I kept being told that they would be done by the next week; that was if I could even get ahold of them. I received more excuse e-mails than I know what to do with and was continuously misled and uninformed by the dis-interested management.Every interaction was met with minimal effort and felt very frustrating. I would always have to take initiative of finding the status of my project week after week with no progress. Upon pickup I discovered they had switched to a much slower machine at the last moment and chose to avoid telling me (which adds up when charging by the hour). Because of this, the expensive materials I had cut ended up totally overburned on top and untouched on the bottom.. pretty much ruined.As the owner himself said, Youll find out that lasers are hard.Sadly, just really a massive downgrade from the old owners and management.*see pics (others on prof.)
