Dr. Biondo & his staff are great! The visit was quick and I was able to get my prescription lowered to where it should be. I was previously over corrected by another doctor. I already notice I am having less headaches!

One of the best doctors Ive been too. Office staff is great and nice. Hardly ever have to wait. Finding a good contact fitter for ketataconus is hard to come by and Dr. Biondo is great. Nothing but great things to say about the office and doctor especially if you are a patient with ketataconus.

This place is a very awesome place. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional and Dr.Biondo is fantastic especially when it comes to irregular cornea. I drive over 3 1/2 hours just to come here and it has been very worth it.

Ive worn contacts/glasses for over 10 years and Kirkwood Eye Associates is by far the best practice Ive ever been to. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable and Ive never had any issues scheduling appointments on short notice. It doesnt show it on the hours displayed by Google but they even offer Saturday appointments on select weekends. Dr. Biondo is very personal and I always feel like Im getting the best treatment possible.

I have been a contact/eyeglass wearer for decades and switched to Dr. Biondo with an insurance change. I used to dread going for my annual exam; however, since I have been a client of Dr. Biondo, my client experience far exceeds that of any other optometrist I have worked with. He is straightforward, honest and personable. I dont get the sense that he is trying to push me into a new lens or increase my script unnecessarily. I also have not experienced any hidden fees as I was used to with prior optometrists. The front desk is also great at getting appointments scheduled right away, the office is clean and relaxing and Ariel is fantastic to work with. She takes the time to help find the best frame shape and fit for you. Would not recommend any other Optomotrist.

This is the best eye clinic by far, the staff were extremely friendly and a huge blessing to me!!!I was visiting St. Louis with my family and completely forgot my lens at home (another state) they were more than understanding and listened to my situation and were able to get me a sample at no cost!This says so much about how truly giving and caring these people are, I called another eye clinic down the street and they could care less and even hung up on me...If you are looking for a eye clinic with staff members who are sincerely focused on their patients and who really do care about people then this is the place!!! 😊

Ive been going to Kirkwood Eye Associates for the last year for eye exams, treatment and new glasses, and have had a great experience every time. Ive gotten in quickly when having issues, they helped me pick out new frames that I love (and I get compliments all the time!), and everyone is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them!

After my wife had a great experience at Kirkwood Eye Associates she convinced me to try them as well. I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and kind. I had a problem with my frames (user error) and they were more than happy to help get me back up to speed quickly. Even if I lived some distance away I’d likely still choose to make the drive for my, and my family’s, eye care.

Excellent. I had a tiny metal chip in my eye. The doctor came back from a vacation half a day early so I would not have to wait until then the next morning to be looked at.

Dr. Biondo is knowledgeable, listens to you, and has an awesome chair side manor. He does not rush you or your eyes. He is patiently willing to suggest and try different contact brands and solutions without hesitation. Dr Drew Biondo is an amazing guy and does a wonderful job! The girls in the office are very polite and efficient. Great central location in Kirkwood. Dr Biondo has all of the newest technology including the option for a retinal scan. This helps decrease the need for dilation drops. I highly recommend this practice!!

Do you realize how wonderful it is to find an OD who listens, patiently listens, who is attentive, and whom you can trust? Finally! I found him. And... his equally friendly, unpretentious who are happy with their roles. You can tell. Forget the big, hyped-up, buy-one-eyeglass-get-one-free places with promotions (ie groupon) or large showrooms. This is one place all around, who will not disappoint. Dr. Biondo has a great thing going here.

My son began to use ortho k (corneal reshaping lens) with Dr. Biondos help a year and half ago. It was a very difficult process for me as a parent since my child really wanted it but there were lots of conflicting information out there. Dr. Biondo was patient and gave me answers to my questions, time to consider it, and (this was the best part) a really cool academic journal article considering the safety and efficacy of this lens ;-) Dr. Biodo was also amazing in his continued support/availability. When my son and I were traveling in a remote area in China and really needed help choosing the right solution for the lens (we werent allowed to fly with the bottle we brought), it was great to email him with an urgent pls help and get an almost instant response from him. Recently I emailed him all panicky late at night with a question and he emailed me back with a reassuring response within 30 minutes. Really amazing doctor, always professional, understanding and accessible!!
