Went to pick up online/curbside order. No one ever came out. No one answered the phone. Every single time I tried to get an associate on the phone my call was immediately disconnected. Beyond unprofessional. If you dont have the staff, stop offering the service until you can handle it.

There is no stopping their employees from blocking isles pulling orders for customers for curb side delivers. They due not care. Customer service? Bend over because here it comes.

Its a good Walmart, but just a little different then what Im used to. Very narrow self check out are. Couldnt even get full registers and carts through safely. Overall nice store

Its walmart. Did you expect perfection when coming here? We got what we need and left. No issues. Definitely the cleaner one in the area.

Store was very cluttered and felt like I was walking through a maze. Pallets everywhere throughout the store. Self-checkout went down while I was there and only 3 lanes were open. Slightly annoying but it isn’t the cashiers fault and they were working fast and efficiently while maintaining a wonderful attitude!

People were nice got manager tent bundle special.$30 was wonderful. Visiting from nor- cal. Was busy but cashier was very nice thank you.

The forced self check out is ridiculous while six people are standing around watching. Paying the same price for stuff and doing the work someone else should be doing.

Store is really clean but the stock is low! I’m sure it’s due to the shortage of workers.

10pm: 20 customers, four self-checkouts, 0 human cashiers. I was in line for 25 minutes.

Very displeased with the new changes that has happened. No more cashiers which is a huge disappointment for one. Also their employees are pretty rude and they dont think about their customers its quite irritating. I dont even like going to this location anymore. I wish it hasnt changed but guess we dont get that choice.

Everytime I come here it is a huge let down and disappointment. for example today the lines to check out are 8+ carts deep. They only have 4 people checking customers out.The front bathroom has no paper towels and the rear bathroom is boarded over so no access. Most of the shelves look like they havent been re-stocked or organized.From now on I am just avoiding this Walmart and will go to the one in Arnold.

This Walmart is full of good things as is all Wal-Marts Five stars

I dont love the layout in Walmart stores but I must admit they carry a dizzying array of products. Their pharmacy is also one of the most competitive for cash pay. Those of you receiving SNAP benefits have a broad selection to choose from. It might be helpful for you to know that the nutrition label is sometimes called a supplement label. Nutrition label foods are covered by SNAP while supplement label foods are not. For example, protein shakes are sometimes nutrition and sometimes supplements. Always enjoy going to a Wal-Mart, but register waits are often too long, theyll often be out of stock on items, and you have to watch that items are stocked at the right location.

Store maybe one of the worst Walmarts in St. Louis. Unhelpful staff. Place is always a mess.

I drive for Lyft. Dropped off to very kind women. Ive been there before never had a problem with anybody.

The store was in shambles. Couldnt find what was on sale what was just in a basket I dont know if it was on clearance I dont know what they were doing with the store but it was stuff sitting everywhere and not a very pleasurable shopping experience

I went here too grocery shop and they had no karts available at the front. I was carrying my 3 month old son and the door greeter told us that we had to find our cart. They also had people grabbing their own from the parking lot like corona virus isn’t a thing. Most terrible service I’ve ever had in any Walmart. Their excuse was that they were under staffed, but have 2 door greeters. Will not return too that location.

Went in 6 am Sunday 7-25-21 found north set of doors still locked. An employee saw me and opened doors. When done I had to self check. I went to leave through same doors but locked. I asked a cashier if she knew why they were closed when there is a sign that states doors to remain unlocked while building is occupied. A customer was coming out of bathroom and heard me asking and I then started to berate and cursing hat me for harassing cashier. I simply asked if she knew why it was locked. It is a safety issue. If there was a fire no one would be able to leave through those doors. I did leave a message for fire marshal about this public safety issue. Even one of the employees said he should have kept his mouth shut to me, and that they agreed with me about the safety issue.

What a dump. More merchandise in boxes in the middle of the aisle than on the shelves. Looks like theyre doing work on the store, but are they?

Nice, clean store. Still wish theyd have more checkout lanes open, just like every other store. I went to get a Verizon prepaid Motorola phone, and they were out of the model I wanted. Seems like they always keep those junky, overpriced ZTE phones in stock but I have to go from store to store to find the Motorola I want.

Clean and well stocked! Good location in Kirkwood area, easy access if traveling Highway 67 or 40.

The workers there were very friendly and helpful made me feel very welcome

Surprisingly quick shopping and check-out the day before a holiday. I used self check-out and the scan wand was missing from my machine. I went to pick up a case of soda to scan it and in whisked the attendant. He said, let me lift that and scan for you, its pretty heavy. Thank you young man. You whisked off to hero another customer and I didnt get your name.

Walmart was a very welcoming place, considering I went at 10:30 PM. I didn’t feel threatened at all. I went to buy gloves and got a really good deal on 3 work gloves. And it was a very affordable price. If I ever need more then I will for sure be going to Walmart to get them.

I love that they have everything! One stop and done. The store shoppers take up the entire isle! What is up with that! Shelves were a bit space today, but I got everything I need.

I’d give this Walmart 0 stars if I could. Don’t waste your time trying to order anything for pick up, it’ll be quicker if you run in and get it yourself. They took so long with my order that I decided to go in and get it myself. But the pick up sign that had a number to call didn’t even work! I called the number and it just kept going to voicemail. So I decided to go home and cancel the order, only to find out they marked my order as picked up when I never got my order. And I’ve been calling this store non stop for the last hour to get my refund and just keep getting put on hold. I hate this location, will never be back.

Definitely my go to place. Not so happy with self checkout, but Ill take that over nine checkout stalls, but only two open and functioning. We lost ExpressLanes a while ago and that was extremely disappointing.

Another great locale. We all know Walmart and what it is. We know that all locations arent necessarily equally the same, whether it be the temperament of the associates or the available stock. This location is one that pretty much delivers

There was a new cashier, Rhonda, working the register. Even though the customers in front of me were rather rude and ugly with her, she kept her smile through it all and thanked me for my patience. Very nice lady!

Awesome staff. My daughter has a youtube channel and a worker who was in the toy aisle told her she could have a display that was empty. I double checked with the cashier and manager and they said it was no problem at all. They didnt have to do that especially since we didnt pay anything for it. But they did just to make a little girls day.

Im rating this a three-star because anytime I grocery shop online theyre out of half of the items that Ive picked and also the garden department is very lazy they cancel my order each and every time when it comes time for me to order mulch and rocks instead of them going out and getting the items theyll cancel the order and say that theyre out because they dont want to lift the items. its very sad and you get the runaround nothing can be done except for you personally go in the store and purchase the items you cannot get heavy items thru curbside. All Walmarts need to do better because its not just this Walmart that Im having issues with

There arent any fitting rooms. It took forever to get fitting rooms back from covid, now they are gone again due to construction. They should at least have some fitting rooms even if they are make shift temporary ones.😡

Walmart has good prices and a lot of options usually which is nice. However, most Walmarts and this one in particular is predictably slow in most things customer service related. Dont plan for a quick exit if you need any help besides self checkout. Most people you ask for help dont know whats needed to help you effectively and quickly. Curbside groceries has been pretty good however

The store itself isnt the issue... its the customer service. The employees definitely dont appear happy to be there or serving customers. Not sure if its a customer service issue on their end or if they dont have incentive enough to care about their jobs. Im here to provide customer service training and coaching on how to improve employer/employee relationships!

Waited 40 min. In sports dept before a to be came to help. Needed fishing license. No help anywhere. Shelves not stocked. It was awful.

Easy shopping experience today. Sometimes the lines are extremely long and not enough employees to man check out counters.

I use Walmart for grocery, garden and household shopping. The pick up staff are super efficient and great at communicating if there was anything they couldnt find because it was out of stock, and ask whether you want the substitutions that they picked. Love, love, love what Walmart has done with their app and Pick-Up!

I hope they finish remodeling soon, cause that store is a mess. Its always hard to find what im looking for there

Just moved to south county, tried the telegraph Walmart last week and was SUPER disappointed. Today at kirkwood, greeters were friendly, stockers were helpful, and a cart guy followed us out to get the scooter!

One of the better Walmarts.... Still a Walmart, but much nicer and safer than the Maplewood Walmart.

This particular store was completely crammed with people and a total wreck.

Remodeling and I had to shop and work at the same time. While at self checkout th bags only had one side with handles. I had to scan plus check out almost $200 worth of groceries. While being watched as if I didnt have the financial ability.

Lines where waaaaaaaaaaaaaay too long! I left w/o purchasing anything.

This Walmart is 2-3 miles away & we have been patrons at this Walmart for nearly 10 yrs! Im elderly & only 5ft.,. The Employees are usually glad to help when it comes to most anything you need! Reaching, lifting plus load your car! Im not ready to sit & shop in store. Its nice to see a smile & hear good morning or have a very short talk & A true laugh. Its been a Difficult past yr. on all & the Walmart Employees worked Hard day & night to provide the needs for so many. Bless all of you. Thank you To All!!

My wife was having heat exhaustion. A worker who was going home helped us. Took a manager over an hour to show up. Dont have much good to say about the managers at this Walmart. Force you to wear a mask, but cant keep restrooms clean or more than 2 registers open when there is ten people full carts ( less than 6ft apart....☹️☹️☹️

I do not like walmart because I have to walk a mile to find and get the item I need. I t s very very very seldom I go to walmart specifically because I hate to have to walk the mile to find what I came for and anothher mile to check out

The employees seem to hate their jobs. They are not the least bit friendly nor are they helpful. Im only 4 feet 11 inches tall (thats really short) & I can never find any employees to help get something I want to buy from a top shelf. Store is dirty & the last and only time I was there this year the stock was very low or completely out. Nobody could say when the products they were out of would be available again.I will not be going back.

Great store and staff that was open the entire pandemic. Occasional hiccups but if you dont burp your not human. No stupid in one side of the building and out the opposite end like some of the other stores. Churro donuts are the bomb. Milk is the best. Btw bailey and Greg deserve a raise!

The were well stocked and clean.

They are redoing the whole store so a little bit cluttered but still was able to find what I needed.

Clean with nice greeter at the door. Baby section was all over the place and many things were misplaced,not priced,and open.

Tonight I had to do my big family grocery shopping at 9pm. Now mind you, they close at 11pm. Checking out around 10:15 and the only registers open are the self checking lanes 🙄 Yep, I had to ring out and bag over $120 worth of groceries in that little corner register with a 2ftx2ft bagging area. Not cool Kirkwood Walmart, NOT COOL!

This Kirkwood Walmart is where I go if I want to get away from the chaos at the Maplewood location. I live very near the Maplewood location. But, Id STILL do the bit of driving and prefer this one sometimes!! The Maplewood location gets THAT chaotic and ghetto sometimes; especially around night and holidays. So thus, the Kirkwood Walmart is a decent escape and sometimes it might be worth it.Thus, this Kirkwood Walmart is a lot quieter, it is usually less crowded (it gets crowded sometimes but not usually as crazy as Maplewood). If a Walmart is sold out of certain things, then Id go to this one and theres a GOOD chance that this location would have what you are looking for. The latter point is not guaranteed, but its a point to consider.Thus, this is a decent Walmart and this place has most things that a typical Walmart would have and I dont have too many bad things to say about this location. Its pretty good! Plus, across the street from this Walmart, there is Aldi and Dollar Tree which are some more fairly inexpensive places to buy things.

Dirtiest, messiest Walmart Ive ever been in! Isles packed w unloaded goods, trash on the floor and clerks unhappy and impolite! For a Kirkwood location I expected pristine but I got Arkansas!
