I went to your store to buy my favorite yogurt. While shopping there I discovered it was on sale so I stocked up. When I got home to put it in the refrigerator I discovered that it was all out of date. Not even recently out of date. Some of it was over a month out of date. Now I have no yogurt to eat and have take another trip back to your store to return it.

We always have positive experiences at this Target. It’s consistently clean and well-stocked. My favorite cashiers are Miss Tonya, who is so genuinely kind and professional, and Sabina, who interacts so well with my kids and is extremely patient.

Target is always a solid positive experience for me. The store is clean, employees are pretty knowledgeable and helpful, items are well-organized and easy to find. Prices are good. In addition, I save money at the register with my Target card.

I love all the saving possibilities for my family and feeling like Im still getting great a quality of products.

I had brief interactions with 2 different Target associates at the Kirkwood store.. They were friendly and helpful. :D The store was clean and well-organized with lots of new inventory.

Very disappointed and it seems to be a continuing trend with Target. Service is slipping. One register open, and their is a line of at least 10 people. The self check is full and some waiting their too. Im sure that makes you happy. Isnt the goal to shove the self check on people? What is the benefit of my doing all the work? I am not an employee of Target. And the idea that this has to do with corona is an excuse. Could it also be recovery from $15 an hr for employee. Which sadly have no voice.

The Starbucks inside this Target has the best drinks. Hands down best staff also well Reggie is wonderful.

I asked this young lady, I wished I got her name, for help and without hesitation she helped and then I asked for something else and again very helpful..she made me feel like I was not an inconvenience to her at all. When she seen I was satisfied then she continued with what she was doing.

Efficient & quick, but I couldnt find some products as easily.

This location was low on food stock, but better than the Brentwood location today Friday evening). There was up to 70% off for toys and half off phone cases along with phone accessories (certain brands). The bathroom was clean enough. The customer service line was long and not well located, as in it sort of blocked off the bathroom entrance and appeared crowed with not much social distancing. The cashier at the self checkout was helpful and nice.

I love this Target! The team at the Kirkwood location is always helpful and friendly! Ever since the pandemic started they have been properly wearing face masks and there is hand sanitizer available for the staff to use. I feel very comfortable shopping here.

I stood in electronics for 30 minutes trying to buy a pair of AirPods with multiple employees walking past me not even acknowledging me. I left and took my business to the Walmart next door really disappointed

When I went to use the self check out my card was being weird and not wanting to work. I tried rubbing it on my shirt which normally works and nope still didnt want to work. I asked a worker for help and she wiped it off with the cloth that she was using to disinfect the stations and then put the card in REALLY slow and it worked. Also the worker was cleaning the self check out after every single customer. Very nice.

Very convenient just like Walmart next door except this place seems safer it seems like theres a lot less commotion and I like the higher-end merchandise for pretty much the same price as well as Walmart I think Walmart does have more merchandise but I do like Target this particular store seems to be much safer and Im not sure why it seems like its the same customer maybe its the atmosphere I dont know I cant figure it out but I feel much safer coming in this Target and I feel much safer in the parking lot as far as my car getting broken into its weird Im just one parking lot over and I just feel better about it and most of the employees Ive come across and get with you have been extremely helpful especially in the electronics department I seem to get really good service every time I go in there even though I may not ask for help it seems like someones always offering it and you never find that at Walmart so job well done Target

I love everything at Target! The one near my house has friendly employees and they usually have everything I need in stock. If Im in a hurry, I order drive up pickup and the employees bring everything I need out to the car! Everyone there is kind & helpful.

The staff is very friendly and they were spread throughout the store. There were three cashiers but checkout was still pretty quick.

I found a lot of stuff with the super bowl and NFL logo. Target is the place to do shopping for all events year round.

Not all bags were given to me; Im assuming behind counter where I couldnt see what bags were left behind. Even though I always check to make sure I have everything - I did miss a couple bags. Didnt realize until I got home. Unfortunately, the cashier was very unpleasant and was so busy looking around at what everybody else was doing she didnt catch those bags until her next person in line, Im guessing. I was already out the store by then. I called the store, it rang for 11 minutes; no answer. I called the store again and it rang for 9 minutes; no answer.

Beautiful remodel, and the amazing staff remains consistent! Everyone went out of their way to interact with my toddler, from waves and smiles, to stickers and giving us their holiday catalog. Made our typical outing extra fun!

I came in to the Kirkwood Target on Monday 11-18-2019 because I have Consumer Cellular as my phone carrier and something had happened to my phone with the G-Mail. Candie was the Consumer Cellular go to person in the store at the time and even though I think it was time for her to leave, she graciously stayed and helped me through the problem. I had to come back the next day because I was still confused and we went over it and this time I think all is well as far as Consumer Cellular is concerned. I want to thank her and although I hope I dont have any further problems, I wont feel quite as intimidated if I have to call on her again.

Hadnt been to this Target location before. Isles were wide and store was much brighter and staging and department divisions that made you think of a high end retail store. CVS is also inside the store and blends into the same displays.

Looked nice! Theyve remodeled it since the last time I was here a few years ago.We were a little confused. We picked up a pillow that was in the $15 pillow slot. There were others in a $35 slot (different packaging). We went to check out and the one we picked up rung up for $35. Went to return it and they offered to sell it to us at a lower price because of the confusion. Really nice customer service and store.

Over all i did feel safe in your store. i just wish all targets would require all customer to wear mask while in the store.

The mandatory mask and social distancing rules are not being enforced at this store. I was there today and was appalled by the number of people allowed in the store and around the store with no masks. The sign and rules are meaningless if this is not enforced. It puts the employees and other customers in danger. I will NOT be back until they are. I literally had a panic attack and left the store.

There were very few registers open and I saw several Target employees doing other work. Isnt the most important thing for employees to drive revenue?

I have been a Target shopper from the beginning. I use your store brand like Up and Up and clothes the grandkids like. So basically I am comfortable at Target.

Problem customers at the checkout, make this location a total nightmare. For the third time in the last six months, we are stuck behind someone that has a problem with an expired or malfunctioning gift card, coupon, credit card, .etc. Instead of having the manager fix it, or asking the customer to just use a different credit card, they stand there for over 10 minutes re-entering the card. If it hasnt worked on the first three or four tries, its not going to work! We had almost 100 items on the conveyor belt and weve already emptied our cart. Not to mention, that this Target is always low or running out of staples and simple items. These problem customers that inconvenience others need to be dealt with and moved out of line. How long are customers trying to pay for their own orders supposed to wait?

The new remodel looks great and makes some areas of the store feel much more open. Shelves are always organized and electronics employees were helpful when I requested a price match.

For the second time, items have been left off of my pick-up order. The items were listed as being out of stock, yet I went and pulled them from the shelve myself. Both times I got the excuse that they must have been stocked right before I got there. These items were listed as being in stock when I placed the order, yet somehow sold out in the 30 minutes when I was notified that my order was ready and restocked within the hour.... TWICE. Pickup service is supposed to make things more convenient.

The neatness of store and ease of quckily finding what I need is just 1 reason I shop at Target over other stores. Also, the friendliness of the staff is wonderful. 👍

I went in for 3 items. They only had 1 of the items on the self. Tried to find someone to see if they had more in back because there app said “in stock” but didn’t have any luck finding anyone to help me. Shelves looked like they needed to be stocked. I know they are rearranging (I hate when stores do this) but items should still be stocked.

People in the store were very helpful-prices were very great-items were what needed-what i could not find the person looked into and was quite helpful and went into his scanner and back into the backroom to look for my product and was very kind

Im a Target fan but I have to say anytime I visit this location they are consistently out of the sale/specials items I want. I have also found that some of the baby foods/snacks are near or beyond their expiration dates. Wish they carried a better stock in baby dept during sales.

Its a great place to shop around for your need more items that you need and save more money on your purchase. Its way better than walmart.

I love target like most people. But this one isn’t the best. There are out of a lot of things or simply don’t carry it at this store. The staff is okay some nice some not. They are finally putting in a Starbucks so that’s exciting. Just stock your shelves!

I love the savings that I get at Target with my Red Card and cartwheel coupons. Also the convience of it all on my phone! It is great to be able to look up an item on my Target App and it will tell me what aisle to find it in also.

For months, the Kirkwood target store has been renovating. The renovation should be complete. I can not find the basics at the store in it’s current condition. I will have to buy them else where.

When I had an issue they fixed it and treated me great. Nice clean location. Recommend!

Do you ever wonder why parking is so bad at this location? I happened to get to the store 10 minutes before they open and I noticed that their employees take all of the spots up front. The best 50 parking spots are taken before the store even opens. Why not make employees park at the back of the lot and let your paying customers have easier access?

I love this store. You can ask for help and you always get it and the staff is always friendly. I like that I can get in and out fast. The store is always clean and I love Kevin that helps with the carts, he is always so nice and wanting to help you!

I used to shop at Target all the time now I hardly ever go there. Service is slow, staff friendliness is hit or miss. I can go to many stores to get these products and go to the stores that have great service this is not one of them.

Target always has what I need and more! Their clothing selection is so much bigger and with more style variety! My absolute favorite section is the home decor. I could live there!

When I entered the Target store today in Kirkwood,Missouri, I was sadly disappointed to hear music now playing throughout the store. It was always so pleasant to shop in the store without any music playing. The music does not add to my shopping experience. It is horrible to have to hear the unnecessary noise. Why? GET RID OF THE MUSIC. NOT NEEDED.

This store is so worthless I wish there were negative stars to give. I have talked to 2 different mangers about stocking the effing shelves in this store and they refuse. This has gone on for months. Never seen a store that didn’t want to make money. Guess with a crappy starbucks they think everyone wants to drink that swill and won’t stock the cold brew coffees. I have tried and tried to get them to stock the shelves, I used to spend a lot of money here. Never again.These places wonder why no one wants to shop and everyone buys online. This store and its employees are worthless.Check your expiration dates people!!! When they do actually stock the shelves it’s with a bunch of garbage that has been sitting in the back long enough to expire.

So I ordered a couple things for my gf online on the 13th, paid in full, and unfortunately for me I used the free delivery option to have it sent to this Kirkwood location so that she would not see the gifts in the mail. I got the email alerting me my items were in on the 21st, and went to pick the items up on the 23rd. When I arrived they informed me that they were put out on the showroom floor for sale?! They explained this is standard procedure if you do not pic them up within a week to do this. I explained the timeline, and they were ARGUING with me saying they got the order on the 13th. When they realized that no I ORDERED them on the 13th, and they got them on the 21st two days before, (I have the email) then they started saying oh well its actually only a 3 day policy during the holidays. ITS STILL NOT EVEN 3 DAYS HELLO! I dont understand considering I paid for the items, and the manager said sorry I dont make the rules why dont you go look on the showroom floor, and Im sure you got a refund. How does this make ANY sense. Now you have to re-sell the items, and also have an upset customer. RIDICULOUS

Store cleanliness and superb customer service

We went out of our way to go to this store because the Target website said that they had our item in stock. All we wanted was a pack of colored pencils but they were no where to be found. The employee told us that the website inventory is never right and that they had none. Thanks for nothing!
