I bought a 2017 Honda Odyssey with only 30,000 miles on it. When I went to get it plated it turned out they never ran a safety inspection on the vehicle. I had been driving it for a few weeks with temp tags and my three children in the car. The manager said it was no big deal and he was “sure it was fine”.Within two months I had to take it in for new brakes and rotors because the rotors were warped. I also had to get brand new tires because they failed to rotate the tires so they were too far gone to just rotate and needed to be replaced. Ended up costing me more than $1,300 for everything. Really frustrating experience.
Traded in my daughters car, Longest story short! Dan, Mindy, Shane and Jeremy were amazing! They took car of us and made my experience 90% better than how it began! Its wonderful when stand up people go above and beyond to help a family out! Thanks Lou Fuze! Your staff was amazingly helpful, honest, trained in CUSTOMER SERVICE which now a days is a plus. DEALERSHIP CAR SALES: this is a review of the car sales team and not the mechanic services here.We Purchased a new car here in March 2021, Financed through Toyota and the loan officer here did a poor job. He applied for one type of financing without confirming the actual Toyota offer my husband wanted. After my husband helped him correct this issue he apparently Re-applied to a different bank and now there is a lien on the title. It took hours to fill out the paperwork when it should have taken maybe 20 minutes especially because we had a prescheduled appointment to have a quick low contact transaction (due to COVID). Also after having the car in our possession my husband was contacted about other paperwork that needed to be signed.This issue has still NOT been resolved after calling the Mo DOR today (August 2021) to inquire what we needed to do for the title. Luckily we were not fined by the DOR for the incompetence of the dealership. I hope and pray this is not an issue when our title is released to us after we finish paying off the new car. If this does happen my husband will not be happy and likely go to some board or Toyota themselves to place a official complaint toward removal of their contract with Lou Fusz.(I’m not sure how this works but I know if my husband has to play a move, the chess genius that he is will show and Lou Fusz Toyota will experience a check mate).The only pros is they had the specific vehicle we wanted for a fair price, which is something ANY dealer could have offered.The sad thing is my parents over 25 yrs ago had a similar experience in regards to poor customer service with Lou Fusz. I wanted to give them a chance and am bummed that the loan officer was so incompetent.
Took my car in for regular maintenance, tire rotation. I thought I had a slow leak as my tire sensor alert kept appearing even shortly after filling the tires. Scott was honest with me and they soaked the tires, didn’t find any problems. He didn’t try to sell me a service I didn’t need. He even made arrangements for a porter to pick me up from home to pick up my car. Great service.
They are friendly, not like other places, they ask you, they answer and help to find. Best in St louis!
Honestly the service was good online. But we werent told the entire truth about the vehicle we drove 350 miles to purchase. When we pointed out the damage we werent told about we were told take it or leave it. And we have yet to receive the items we were promised. Hopefully they make good on that. On a bright note. We absolutely love our blazer!

Recently bought a certified pre-owned Toyota from this dealer. Salesman was easy to work with and the only reason I am even giving two stars. Within the first week I was taking a look at the engine and immediately realized there was a large amount of corrosion all over the battery terminals. This is supposedly one of the points that they check when certifying the vehicle. Also found that the air filter was dirty. Called them and I was told that I would receive a new battery and new filter. Go through the hassle of taking the car to the dealer which I do not live near and I am told they do not have a courtesy car for me to use despite being told I would have one. After waiting about 10 minutes they found a car that I was able to take for the morning. After getting my car back and driving home, I open the hood to see they did not replace the battery and in fact just cleaned the corrosion off while making a mess all over the entire engine in the process. It looks like they took an air compressor and just blew the cleaner and battery funk all over. Call back and they give a half hearted apology and offer to pickup my vehicle to actually replace the battery. Owned the vehicle 1 week exactly and it has been nothing but a headache dealing with the dealer over something that was supposed to be checked to begin with! Feels like dealing with a side of the highway sketchy used car lot. I will not be taking my vehicle back to them after they finally make this right. Sloppy operation.
This is a nice place but they are not fixed when they come to prices I saw a car online worth 4k but when I headed in to go check it out in person I found out it was 7k so watch out ..whatever they post is not the real price

I bought a used car and while the sales person was nice and professional, the management and websiteare very misleading in that they offer a warranty and it does not cover very many items and they make excuses for why things are not covered.
Poor service. Didnt seem interested in making a sale. I actually felt judged there. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!

Roger helped me with the difficult task of finding and buying a reliable, nice used vehicle. He was kind and friendly, as well as everyone he worked with that I encountered. It took five hours and he got out of there late, but he was still friendly and helpful.

Best dealership experience Ive ever had. My plan was to keep my car for a few more years and just pay cash for my next one but that plan went out the window when my transmission went out. So I had no choice to go to a dealer. This place was amazing. Very low pressure, that even includes the dreaded financial guy. Fair deal. There was an issue with paperwork that they fixed right away.

Made a 3:00pm appointment. We were greeted & asked if we could wait as he was working with another guest. 45 minutes later, he is finally able to speak with us and he cant find the keys to the car we drove all this way to see. Very disappointed. Not impressed.

Very rude, unhelpful, slightly overpriced. Their staffs really dont care if you arent buying their cars. They dont negotiate or come down in the price even if you prove that the car needs some fixes.. I would never walk in again nor refer any.. Above all, all their vehicles in this lot are AS-IS.
