Multiple times have gone and no electric carts available inside. People dont tell workers whod gladly follow them to vehicle to unload and bring back in theyre taking to vehicle, do worker outside long time brought me one been outside so ling was super hot to touch. Otherwise, just ask, help. Us friendly, willing able to help you. Cashiers unload my electric art in counter, to g up, bag, put back in, try find carry out to out it in my vehicle and bring electric cart back immediately. Well stocked, had everything I needed wanted and more .

Depends on whos working at Walmart that can be a very pleasurable experience some of their auxiliary items like magic cards and things like that are never in when theyre supposed to be but otherwise if you need clothes food stuff like that this is the place to go in Kirksville Missouri

Quaint little 1980s store. The place was nice but aged a lot. Other than that its your typical Walmart

Store was quite chaotic with new shipments sitting everywhere. There were a lot of checkouts open so that was awesome! Employees were friendly and able to point me in the right direction for what I was shopping for.

One of the better Walmarts I have shopped in lately. Clean, organized, and well stocked.

Its Thursday, the shelves were low on food stock. Store needs to be cleaner. Guy sanitizing the carts also greeted us, that was nice.

The employees are very kind and always willing to help with a smile. they actually go the extra mile to help you which is very rare.

Customer service is extremely nice. Most workers will be willing to help you. All Walmarts can be improved so dont expect gold standards here.

Go here often and usually have a good experience. We grabbed turkey slices without a barcode on them on accident and asked for help putting into self checkout. We didn’t realize it had no barcode and was one of the last items we were trying to scan. It took 5-10 minutes for someone to get there to help us and then they were very impatient, rude, and acted like we were dumb and a waste of their time

The person at the self checkout was absolutely wonderful today Im sorry I did not catch Her name she deserves a raise a very good people person.

No Coffee Mate flavor Crem Burlee either. Dont know why this store doesnt carry it. Everything else was great

Its Walmart. No humans to cash out the customers. Come on Wal-mart. If I have to ring myself then I should get the employee discount. Hire some people and stop increasing the automatic/self check lines.

It seems to be a pretty good store. First time there. It was very busy on a Sunday afternoon.

Kind, polite, and eager to help. Lots of teenagers working I noticed.

If I could use less than one star I would. There were six people in line with large orders, one of them handicapped.....and only one checkout at 9am. When one of them complained an associate said that there were self checkouts for a reason. Very rude. If I had somewhere else I could have gone here in town I would never set foot there again.

An employee in Kirksville, MO Walmart was very disrespectful to my family and I. We purchased super glue and our light at self checkout turned yellow, after we talked to her and we were very polite, she then asked my mom for ID, she continued to watch us as we were checking out and watched us as we were leaving the store. She was treating us like we were criminals and being very rude.

No cleck out clerk people. Wouldnt go back!

ABSOLUTELY DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! I sat outside to wait on mine to be done getting tires put on. When they brought it out of the garage to do the circle 8 he hot rodded my car squalling the tires. Then after all that they didnt give me back my good tire i told them i wanted to keep because it was basically new. Went in a MONTH later almost because the manager NEVER called me back like he was supposed to so we could figure something out. They say today its not there and they dont know what to tell us. So on hold waiting for a manager yet again currently been on hold 17 minutes.

Why dont they all have the same layout, I always get lost trying to find different foods.

Place is clean staff is nice when you can find someone. However been to other Walmart’s that have been better but seen ones worse. I’ve been going there since I was born but they added so much stuff now some of the aisles you can only fit one cart down.

The produce is great!! Buuuut, PLEASE STOP MOVING THINGS!!!! THE customers will APPRECIATE walking into any store ANYWHERE and FIND IT- EASILY. YOUNG, OLD, DISABLED PEOPLE...ALL want the independence of shopping for themselves. It is easy if the stores are predictable for them...

The automotive department could have more people working in there one guy helping a line for people just a bit too much but he did know his stuff

I use to love going to Wal-Mart but since they wanna jump into the political game and take current items out of their stores and dictate what we should and shouldnt be doing I only go there if necessary. I hope they realize their actions are driving their customers to shop elsewhere and change back to the family oriented store we all grew up with. Politics ruins relationships

Looks and feels like a wharehouse. Messy, cluttered and not easy to navigate.

Went there to get my kids hair cut and shop after. I found it interesting that they enforced how many bags of wet wipes I could buy for my child but not the dozens of people who are walking around in there without face masks during the Covid-19 pandemic. I noticed a lot of people wearing them to get in the door and then taking them off once they were in there. The whole thing was kind of off putting, like youll enforce how much of certain things people will buy but not if people wear masks in the store when theres a deadly virus going around? Seems legit(sarcasm).

Workers during the day need to be more friendly plus in electronics the workers should b able to help us set cell phones up like before.

Decent place to shop, pick up is amazing

Getting worse each day. Short of associates. Empty shelves. Selves arent cleaned and emptied of boxes. Outdated goods are not being pulled. Most new associates have no clue where anything is in the store. Need to fire dist., & store mgt.Neither knows anything about keeping a store up to par ie: shelves empty, dirty, not faced. Young employees clueless of where items are & not checking their areas for items that dont belong. Bring back the old mgr.,(Doug) at least he didnt hide & was on the floor and most importantly took care of the store.

Its decent. Like every other Walmart. Staff overall is helpful. However, front end staff is a bit different. Unfortunately, I have experienced many ppl of color be profiled (including myself). Its very upsetting, but this is not the only Walmart location that allows this to happen. Hopefully one day an improvement will be made in regards to this matter.

Employees dont take pride in their place of employment at all! Store is a mess and parking lot has carts scattered outside everywhere. I shop at Hyvee as much as possible to not have to go in this store, but sometimes just have to.

The staff is never really helpful or nice.especially the front customer help counter.its basically what you would expect for a Wal-Mart if youve been you one before except they seem not be quite a bit more rude than others.but there car service is open up again and most things are pretty cheap or at a decent price.

I lost my keys to my apartment and keys for other places. I called all the places I went to and found out someone has turned them into customer service at the Walmart that I just visited. I live an hour away from my local Walmart. I called and YES they have them and they are going to mail them to me. Thank Goodness!
